H & K Motor Sales

I recently purchase a used pickup truck from H & K Chevy. I must say that this dealership and the people there were very nice. A young, pleasant young man named Kyle was my salesperson. Kyle was pleasant, honest and accommodating from my very 1st phone call to picking up my truck. He never lied to me and/or claimed to know something he didn't. If he didn't know, he found out for me.

He did everything that he told me he would. They listened to what I had to say and didn't try to force anything I didn't want on to my deal. There was one issue that I had after leaving the dealership and they immediately put their service department on to it and it was fixed to my satisfaction immediately. I very highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, that you give these people a call or visit

I've had a couple bad experiences with dealerships in the past so I was cautious when I went. I have to say that's I was completely impressed with this dealership! I had cancelled the day before I actually went and my sales guy was really understandable. I had driven 1 1/2 hours to get there. I planned to go see a couple trucks here and another truck in Wapakoneta, When I got there, my salesman Roy who I recommend, had the trucks ready for me to test drive.

I don't know if they do this with everyone but he let me test drive them by myself and told me to take my time with them. I really appreciated that. They gave me a good number for my trade in. Their numbers on their vehicles are priced to sell. I never made it to Wapakoneta because I bought a truck from them. Other dealerships makes it an all day event to finalize a sale.

Not here. The finance manager was great to work with. Had me in and out with transparency through the process. No hidden numbers. As I was getting my belongings in my truck, the finance manager came out and handed me a $50 bill that apparently had stuck to another one when I put money down. He could have easily kept it and I would have never known. That's integrity! Go to this dealership. Go see Roy. You won't be disappointed. My sales guy Roy was awesome.

The sales lady was in constant communication with my vehicle build day, arrival. She contacted me while she was on vacation a couple of times.

I purchased a 2018 F-150 special edition today. Mr. Roy and Mr. Brad were phenomenal! Expert service from start to finish. I drove 3 hrs to get there. They worked with me on my uncertain timeline due to the weather and they did not disappoint upon my arrival. I could not have had a better buying experience. Thank you.

Roy Salisbury did a great job finding the vehicle I was looking for. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Bought my car here and always had the oil changes here. last oil change they said I needed a new oil plug it was stripped.while in another state the oil plug fell out. Had to get a tow, taxis, and a hotel for the night and miss a day of work. Firestone Auto Care on the loop in Louisville was amazing to us. But it all came down to the oil plug not being tightened or the wrong size oil plug. H&K tells me I'm glad it was an easy fix for them and I'll tell the service manager.

In response to Ryan W quickly getting back to me and talking with me of the entire situation and my concerns we resolved the issue and I am happy with his response thanks again for the follow up and making things right.

I went there from north of Detroit to Continental, Ohio, to have a look at a Honda Odyseey. The vehicle was like described in the add and by Kyle over the phone. Kyle is a very calm and experiences sales expert. He went with me on a short trip with the vehicle and explained all the features. There was no price negotiation possible, but I have to confess I was already very satisfied with the price and I got much more than I expected for my trade in. The purchasing process was very smooth. I recently had the great task of purchasing a different vehicle. I have never been to a dealer that made the process so quick! They are all friendly and knowledgeable and I was finished with the whole process in an hour and a half. Please check them out for your next vehicle purchase. It is worth the drive to Continental, Ohio.

It's easy to leave a good review for a company when everything goes well. The real test for a company is how they manage when a problem arises. Will they take care of the problem? Am I going to have to fight them to do the right thing? Do I trust them to be honest? My experience with H&K tells me that without a doubt, YES, you can count on them being responsive, fair, and trustworthy.

I experienced a fairly significant issue shortly after purchasing a car for my daughter. They were under no obligation to help me at all. But they did. They went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I live an hour away, but they earned a loyal customer that will return when I'm ready for my next purchase. I have no reservations about giving H&K my highest recommendation.
