Absolutely the worse I have ever bee Treated. First of all it took almost a full week to get my car into the service department.then when I did they kept my car all day and wasn't even able to fix any of the issues., I called three times and never received a return call. I even called and talked to service manager and he never returned phone call.

I had my work on my car done elsewhere. I was a returning customer it was my second car to purchase at Hall Buick. I can not believe how terrible the service department has gotten over the last couple of years. I will never return to Hall Buick again.

I will never buy another Buick as long as I live in Tyler. The service department is incompetent, slow and have zero customer service. Both times I have been forced to use Hall service, you have kept my car for 4+ days and no loaner cars. The first time, you refused to fix the issue. The second time, you kept the car for a week and broke something while you were fixing the first thing. Again, no loaner.

I was completely inconvenienced and they didn't even bother to notice that I needed an inspection done for plate renewal. Which should have been offered, but again, zero customer service. Both times I had to make calls to you to ask about updates. This last time, I dropped off for a Friday morning appointment of a holiday weekend and never heard a peep on Friday afternoon to give me an update.

I never heard from anyone on Tuesday either. I had to call you. Then I had to call the next day too. Finally by the 3rd day the "service advisor " called me to update me and tell me they still weren't finished. I think the mechanic should have to loan out their personal vehicle to customers if they can't work in a timely manner. It is a huge inconvenience to not have a vehicle. Having to borrow others cars or beg for rides and inconvenience others because of your inefficiency and ability to prioritize.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my experience. I initially took my truck to Peltier (big mistake). I then found Hall Chevrolet in Canton where Robert was so nice and took a great deal of time to explain what was wrong with my brand-new truck. He introduced me to Mr. Hall and they both agreed I needed to take the truck to Tyler.

The people in Tyler - Brody and John went above and beyond to keep me informed and made sure my truck was fixed and I was less stressed. Mr. Hall also personally called to explain to me everything that was done. He made my issue seem like it was his top priority. The service was exceptional from start to finish. If you need a new vehicle or service on your current vehicle, I assure you these people are top notch. Again, was blown away by the service I received.

Had a very good experience with Hall Buick GMC, Abraham was extremely easy to work with to help me find the truck I wanted. Did most of the work via text and phone and was in and out day of in less than an hour. There was no pushiness or additional markups, the whole process was remarkably clean and fast. Glad I found them.

When I recieved an estimate for new tires I found they did not tell me there was a rebate which I found on my own. I brought this to there attention and they did adjust the price, however they do not offer road hazard and do not rebalance unless you pay for it. The compatition gives you road hazard and lifetime balance for the same price They had to order the tires I wanted which they did recieve in two days which was acceptable.

I made an appointment to have them installed the next day. After waiting for 2.5 hours I was told they had completed my tire installation but could not do the alignment because they had been to busy with other customers and I would have to make another appointment. The whole reason I made the first appointment was to get everything done in one trip. After a heated dicussion they got the alignment done while I was there. This process was very irritating and took way to long to get the work done

Everyone from top to bottom was amazing. It was worth the 8 hour total trip to pick up the vehicle. Jeremy was great to work with and didn't waste any time with getting everything taken care of. He was very professional and up front about everything. I might just have to make the 8 hour total trip the next time I need another car!

From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated with courtesy. We did not have to wait for anything or anybody. The whole process was easy and pleasant. This is my second car purchase here and if and when I need another one, I will buy it at Hall.

Great experience with Chad Scott. He is knowledgeable and courteous and was a pleasure to deal with. It took me 3-4 weeks to work out what I wanted to do, and I never felt like I was pressured at any time. Excellent trade-in valve. The General Sales Manager Rey Sanchez was also great to work with.

My service advisor was very informative and friendly. Everything that needed to be done, was done quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in an hour, I thought that was great! Thank you for taking such great care of your customers. Keep up the great work!
