Was there for my daughter in law to look into and test drive a car. Awesome service! And she ended up buying it!

Bought my '09 Ford Ranger from them back in April. After looking for well over a month for a used, smaller pick up in the 4000-7000$ price range, I settled with Hawk Motors after contacting over a dozen dealerships in the area. They had it priced VERY aggressively, and told me they had several offers within a couple hours of putting up the posting.

After a month of getting jerked around by various salesman type people who were trying to give me the ring around, I found the frankness of the husband and wife team at Hawk Motors extremely refreshing. Most of the car salesman in the area would get defensive or even rude if I tried to ask questions about the vehicle or negotiate before showing up.

I'm one of those people that does not like the whole "show" when it comes to purchasing, so the whole hawkish salesmanship act is a big turn off. you will not find that here, I found the husband and wife who run the shop to be very straight forward, no nonsense, and accomendating, and couldn't have been more impressed with thier attitude. happy to say the Ford is running great and would recommend hawk motors to anyone in southern Maine.

Bought 2 cars from Hawk Motors in the past. Every car is top quality that I've looked at and you can drive out with confidence. Good mechanics on duty too.

Just bought a Jetta from Hawk Motors and couldn't be happier with my choice. John and Debby are honest, fair and truly wanted the car to be right for me. After having it for a week I discovered that a caliper had shifted and was causing a burning smell (nothing that John could have known about), they are taking care of it and even offered me a ride to the beach while I wait. I highly recommend this car dealer. People like this are getting harder and harder to find.

Over the years I have bought several used cars from Hawk Motors. One for myself and two for my son. I have found that John goes thru each vehicle and checks them thoroughly before putting them on display on his lot. I have never had a problem with any of these cars. They have always lasted and ran well. I have sent several people to John and they also felt well taken care of with the cars they purchased. It is hard to find a used car dealer today that you can trust. Hawk Motors is the place I send people to over and over again because they earned my trust!

My brother bought a volvo here almost 4 years ago about a year ago I got it from him not a single problem with the car in all the time we have owned it. Great car dealer.

I recently purchased a PT Cruiser from Hawk Motors and wanted to thank them for all their help and patience with me. I also purchased a Ford Explorer a few years ago from John and it is still running great! I would definitely refer Hawk Motors to family and friends when purchasing a used car.

They dont negotiate because they are selling at a fair price. They go thru their cars and take the extra step to make sure it is a good second hand car. You wont be sorry if you buy a car from them. My mother bought a saab and has been the best car and have had family buy cars and always great cars.

Would I go back to Hawk Motors to buy another car? The answer is yes. I bought a Saab from them almost 5 years ago. It still looks brand new inside and out and every feature of the car still works fine. All I have done is regular maintenance and have been very pleased with my purchase. Never mind that I'm so pleased with my Saab, more importantly, John and Debbie are honest and proud to serve the people that have patronized their business over the last 25 years.
