My Silverado was being checked for a recall. While at the dealership I inquired about a problem I was having with my power retractable mirrors. This is the 2nd GM pickup I have had that had this same problem. The service manager said he had never heard of such a problem, but he would check on it and contact me in the next week. I was never contacted. This is not the kind of follow up I was hoping for.

With the fantastic service I get at Hi-Way Chevrolet-Buick, there'd be no reason to go anywhere else. I don't have to waste my time going from dealer to dealer in order to find a great deal. I am always treated with friendliness and respect, and I know they're interested in getting me in the right vehicle. This time was no exception. I know they work very hard to service their customers well. They detected a problem in the engine and took the initiative to deal with it while my vehicle was under warranty. We really appreciate the expertise of the mechanics and the concern they expressed for what would be convenient for us as far as repairing the engine.

Jamie did a great job getting us into a vehicle we really wanted and something that worked better for us. He explained all the bells and whistles of the new pick up and was/is available if we have any questions. All the paper work went smoothly and we were in and out of there in a short amount of time.great service.this is our 4th or 5th vehicle that we have purchased from them.that should tell you the story :
