I got my 2016 Ford Explorer in October of 2020. When I drove it off the lot I heard a few noises, so knowing I had a small warranty with the dealership I brought the car to them, let them drive it and hear the noise. All of the noises I heard were heard by the person who drove with me. I was told to bring it to their mechanic. When I picked the car up I drove it for the day and the noises started again.
Fast forward a bit I brought the car back again and they fixed something which was not any of the issues I brought it for in the first place. After the second time I dealt with the very sad family situations and was unable to bring the car back again. When I did bring it back again they told me they would have me pay for the part but not labor and that the part was very expensive.
Now mind you this is the same issue from when I bought the car. fast forward to last week. I paid 500 to have part of the issue fixed and the ac compressor went and now the car will not even start. So essentially I have a car sitting in my driveway that does not drive and a dealership that has said I'm lying. They really made me feel comfortable when I was buying there and it was a scam. I'm hurt, stressed and carless with 6 kids because of them. Be careful who you buy from these days
