From my sales man Nick, Service manager Rick, and Sales Manager Dillon; these guys will forever have my business. Stand up guys, had a minor problem with a pre owned unit I purchased, and these guys went above and beyond to communicate, quickly diagnose, and fix issue. Truly appreciate these people. Not many bussiness out there to treat customers with respect like these gentlemen did. 10 stars from me folks!

Buyers beware bait-and-switch tactics. especially if you are from out-of-town. My father-in-law drove 7 hours with his brother to purchase a Can-Am from this dealer. They were told to bring a check and the title to the 1-year old Can-Am they hauled in on their trailer to trade in. They brought both and actually brought a Certified Check from their local bank but the dealer still wouldn't honor that when they arrived - EVEN AFTER THE DEALER FINANCE MANAGER PERSONALLY SPOKE WITH THE BANK PERSONNEL TO VERIFY THAT THE CERTIFIED CHECK WAS LEGITIMATE AND THE FUNDS WERE THERE! THEN THE DEALER TRIED TO CONVINCE HIM TO FINANCE THROUGH THEM SO THEY COULD PROFIT FURTHER FROM THE FINANCING!

They even made their own sales lady cry because she lost a customer and commission. so think twice if you are considering a sales position there too! Bad business. Reputation is everything these days. If they keep this up and don't correct things. theirs is toast.

Was all good quick and right out the door on oil change and tires rotation. But checked on parts for master switch for windows, door locks and mirror adjuster price was a bit high.

Only thing I'm rating is the mandated Ford Mustang recall and replacement of the airbags. service was free. scheduled and they were ready to replace them on time, and did so within 45 minutes.

Do NOT buy from here! Customer service is terrible. They are unwilling to work with customers on issues. Salesmen add things into the contract without the customers knowledge. Very shady business. We bought a vehicle and something went wrong with it within the first 3 days we had it and the owners/managers would not rectify the issue. These were not minor issues either.

They were SAFETY issues and I have children. The car was not detailed and I don't believe it was checked over by their service department. Please rethink buying from here especially if it is a used vehicle.

I purchased a newer model Chevy truck from Holzhauer back in January of '22. It was my first big purchase after being discharged from the Army. It's been less than 4 months since I purchased the vehicle and I have put less than 4,000 miles on it, just barely exceeding 30,000 total. I took it in today, because the Check Engine Light came on a week ago, and this was the first time my work schedule would allow me to do so.

After 2 hours of waiting I was called to the desk and informed that I owed $135.00 for about 15 minutes of work as they had not gotten to it when I first arrived, although I made my appointment and was guaranteed to be seen at that time as the Chevy Department was "not busy at all that day". They proceeded to inform me that the repairs for what they diagnosed would be more than $700 in addition to the $135.00.

After a call to our family mechanic, who is a more than 20 year licensed veteran of GMC/Chevy vehicles, I was assured that with parts and labor it would not exceed more than $200 out the door. My goal was to give my business to a "small town" family dealership who professes to value and key on customer service and have your back should anything negative arise.

I must say to be treated this way both in terms of attitude by the service technicians and the level of disregard by the dealership as a whole is insulting, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I don't have a lot of money or influence, but I chose to put my trust in both a local and family owned business and was sorely disappointed. I strongly recommend from here on out for your own financial and monetary well being, as well as familial peace of mind that you and anyone you know, not do business with Holzhauer of Nashville IL, or recommend them to anyone. You will only be let down.

Quick friendly service with very reasonable rates, better than any dealer I have been to before. I will definitely go back.

Inquired about a new dirt bike, and then filled out a credit application. Business did a hard credit pull, told me I was approved. Then the salesman, Morgan K, would no longer return calls or emails. Very bad business on so many levels. Messages to the owner and sales manager went unanswered, as well.

I bought my gmc Turan here and they always do my oil changes and anything else I need done. They are smart and friendly people who are always busy but take the time to answer all my questions. They actually care about ur needs and concerns. They look for the safest and cheapest way to go for you first and then also tell you other options you have. I appreciate their honesty and for that I won't go anywhere else!

One of the best auto buying experiences I've had. And I've bought many cars over the years. I had been looking for months for a particular Cadillac. Other deals just didn't feel right. But then I came across Holzhauer. And there it was. The perfect one. My sales representative was David Means. I can't say enough about David. He is the consummate professional.

No pressure tactics. He really accommodated me. If you find a vehicle you're looking for at this dealership, by all means see David. And special shoutout goes to Tony Hopkins, business manager. He put the finishing touches on my deal. Everything went smoothly. Go check them out!

We bought a 2018 teryx4 from them. They said that they had serviced it and checked out everything but the strange thing is the salesman Roger would not let us drive it until we bought it. We drove it to the trailer after we bought it.the breaks felt weird as well as the steering, we got home and took it out the next weekend. It messed up on us; the steering broke and it did not have any brakes, so I called up to holzhauers and they said someone would call me back.

I never heard from anyone. I called back again and Roger Graham the person who sold it to us told me that he didn't sell it to me because he doesn't sale used machines and he lied because we got the text on the phone from him. He assured that he would figure this out and get right back with me. We have yet to hear back from him. I would not buy anything from this place.

Here we are with an expensive sxs and it's already messed up! So I'm telling everyone we know about the experience we had there and how we got treated. This place is awful. it's sad you drive over 2 hours and they will not even call you back. Watch what you buy from them as they LIE!

Umm amazing staff! Great selection. Would of been a 5 star but they do charge over the book value for some of there new stuff. You need to watch for that stuff. Other then that we are are super happy with our purchase (need to be more pro consumer)

Everyone is always super friendly, from sales, to finance, & service! Craig Bitter is a wonderful salesman, I won't go to anyone else! I look forward to working with him again (hopefully soon) for the purchase of a 3rd row SUV!

7 days later I finally got call back from so called Service manager on warranty work. But I've went to another dealership in DuQuoin yesterday evening to fix my 2018 truck. Bought extended warranty, what a waist. Was looking at side-by-side but no more. Wouldn't buy anything from Holzhauer that might need Service! Noticed my first post is missing.

Great selection. Their are no side by sides in stock at any local dealers. Drove 5 hours from Hamilton, Ohio to purchase a new side by side. Carla was terrific!

This is a Testimony of FACT. I SAVED Money buying my New car from Holzhauer! I live in west County of St. Louis, 90 miles from Holzhauer, and spotted the vehicle I was looking for at Holzhauer for $1000's of dollars cheaper than I would have paid in St. Louis. On Tuesday, January 21st 2020, I drove out of my way to check out the vehicle I was looking for.

No other Dealer wanted or could beat the price I purchased my vehicle at Holzhauer. Do you Hate dealing with the car dealers? Good! Cause from the second I entered into the Holzhauer showroom I was treated with down home courtesy. I got the New car I wanted for the price I Wanted to pay.
