I cannot recommend Honda Cars of Aiken enough-Arvin, Deshon, and Joseph made my purchase stress free and enjoyable. Arvin was patient enough to let me drive every car I wanted and had beyond superior knowledge of each car, Deshon made sure I got a fair amount on my trade-in, and Joseph carefully explained all of the financing paperwork and made sure I got the warranty that suited my needs.

Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and friendly, and it was extremely clean. Before I left, Arvin went through all of the car's settings with me, set up Apple Car Play, and made sure I understood all of the features. I told them this is my 500k, 30 year car, but if/when I am ever looking to buy another Honda, I'll definitely plan to come back here. I felt like I got a great deal, and I really am very appreciative of the overall experience they provided. By far, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Purchased a car on December 28. Salesperson was great. Person doing the loan has problems being truthful. I suggest you carefully read your deal before signing. Sent someone here two days later and they purchased a vehicle. I was told I would receive a $200 referral. Today is February 11, still no referral. Repeated attempts to find if or when I will receive the referral money have been ignored. At this point I would say stay as far away as possible. The company is obviously poorly run and cares little about their customers.

I had my 2018 Honda Accord worked on. All the warning lights came on and the car started to run rough. After running diagnostics and a test drive, the mechanic found a hose had detached from the turbo. The mechanic had to remove the intake piping to access the turbo piping to reposition the hose and tighten the hose clamp. I was charged $280 for labor and $28 shop fee.

When I got home, I open the hood to show my wife what the problem was. There are four plastic clips that hold the air intake down. Of the four, one was missing and two others were broken at the top. You think for $300, if they broke the plastic clips, that they would replace them with new ones. This was a costly repair to tighten a $3 hose clamp.

Geri P. has been my sales rep twice! She has helped me for years. Not only is she a great person throughout all of the passing months she has checked on me and my car to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase! I send everyone to her looking for a car. She has sat patiently with me for hours through the purchasing process of both cars and made sure every loop that needed to be jumped through was done. I recommend her to anyone.
