About our dealership: John Feckoury started in the motorcycle industry while attending the University of Georgia, during his junior year. A long time mentor who previously owned a Chrysler/Plymouth dealer decided to open a Kawasaki dealership in Mabelton, GA, and asked John to come aboard.

John eagerly hopped on his 1951 Harley-Davidson Pan Head, left Athens, and made his way back home for his dream job - although his Harley only made it to Roswell before it broke down!Starting out as a tech at Kawasaki City, John eventually moved through the Parts Department and then Sales, making the dealer #1 in the country during their first year in 1971.

Update! Shane took the bike back for repairs jo problem. Hopefully they are able to fix it this time! I brought my ninja 1000 to try and trade but the deal just wasn't right. My bike sat outside for over 3 hours next to the shops bikes. When I decided it was time to leave the manager walked in holding my mirror and claimed to ran my motorcycle over with his truck.

It was destroyed. Every inch of the right side was scratched. I negotiated and got a 2019 speed twin. I wish the story ended there but sadly the bike they essentially forced me to buy has an oil leak. I took it back to the shop for them to fix it which I thought they had. Nope, still leaking oil. I traded my sports bike for a leaking triumph and feel helpless. Hopefully this dealer can make it right and I can change my review.

I purchased a Honda Foreman Rubicon and had a great experience because of the staff at Freewheeling Powersports. The pandemic has made it extremely hard for dealerships to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I had to wait 6 months for my Foreman because of a delay from Honda. While I was disappointed with the delay, I knew it had nothing to do with the dealership.

I also knew that they were in the same situation as every other dealer in the country. I could have continued to shop around at other dealerships but I felt like I was in good hands dealing with Andrew. Andrew frequently provided updates on the Foreman I had a deposit on. Once the Foreman arrived and I went to pick it up, Andrew was outside with a microfiber towel making sure my Foreman was clean.

In addition, the Foreman was already filled up with a full tank of gas. Those are the little things that go a long way. Johnny made the payment and paperwork quick and easy as well. I felt like I was treated like family throughout the entire process and I really appreciated doing business with Andrew and the entire staff at Freewheeling Powersports.

This experience was the best that I've ever had with an automotive purchase. The team from sales finance and service were very knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin was my sales consultant and he did a wonderful job he always promptly answered my questions and had everything prepared for my arrival. 10/10

Bought a triumph trident 660 from freewheeling and the entire experience was fantastic. Everyone was super helpful even the team members who weren't apart of the sale. I live 2 hours away and was having the dealership deliver the bike after having some accessories added on. When all their drivers were sick the OWNER himself drove all the way to deliver the bike to me. The customer service is the best period and I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I have taken my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 to Freewheeling twice and both experiences were abysmal. Their service department is truly trash. There are several recalls on the Pioneer and both times I've brought the Pioneer in to get the recalls fixed they didn't do the work. I even called to make sure they were going to address everything that got missed last time and the lady couldn't even remember what they were supposed to be doing.

And this was after it had been there for two weeks. Dear lord. I've also had other maintenance issues they said they'd look at and when I get it back they didn't fix any of the issues. It may just be an issue of being busy, but they will tell you on the phone they'll fix something while their mechanics ignore it. I've spent $600 for what are essentially oil changes. There aren't a lot of options for SXS service, but would encourage you to try anywhere else first.

Kevin is a very kind and informative team member, worth asking for him. Connie and Lee in the parts department are super helpful and pleasant to work with. As someone who has bought 10+ bikes in the last 10 years at multiple dealerships and online throughout GA, Colorado, and Tennessee, this is one of those rare shops that you actually can expect fair and reasonable experience. No BS, no crazy freebies, just a solid straightforward experience.

I will NEVER buy a bike anywhere else. This dealership is hands down, the best dealership I have ever worked with. They are honest and treat their customers incredibly. I personally work with Joey who is top notch. I have also got a chance to work with and meet the rest of the team and they are all genuinely good people who want to help you. You just don't see this at dealerships anymore.

I like this dealership so much, I will just stop in on Saturdays to say hi. Had a situation come up on a bike I bought, and they rectified the issue immediately. In fact, it really wasn't an issue because they handled it so professionally and efficiently. Can't say enough good things about Freewheeling. Go visit place, you won't be disappointed.

I was traveling from Nashville TN (3.5 hour drive) to hopefully buy a bike they had in stock. I was a little concerned of what the experience would be like and worried I'd return home empty handed. What I didn't expect was that it was going to be the best experience I've ever had buying a bike or car. They were all really just a great bunch of guys.

Didn't pressure me on a single thing. It took just a few minutes to agree on the price (good deal for me and them/I'm very happy) buying my bike was actually so straight forward and transparent that the whole process was less than an hour. They were honest so I enjoyed making a deal with them. I worked with Andrew. He was a very cool guy and made it easy. Helped me play with the numbers on the portion I financed as long as I wanted. Afterwards I found out it's family owned business and maybe that's why it could be the place it is. 20 out of 20! If this place is within your range I recommended you buy your bike from them!

I had a great buying experience here but that's not what I want to write about. Joey Porter was my salesman and we kept in touch after the sale. Joey often organizes rides for his customers and I was able to accept his invitation to ride this weekend. The ride concluded at a nice brewery and I had to leave a little early so I said goodbye and started home.

About 10 minutes after leaving my bike had a problem leaving it disabled on the side of the road. I tried calling Triumph roadside assistance and was having problems so I wanted to give Joey a call to see if he had any suggestions for getting the bike running or perhaps some idea how to get around my problems with the roadside assistance. He wasn't having any of that, he left the gathering he personally organized to make sure my wife and I were OK and see if he might be able to figure out what was wrong.

He couldn't figure out the problem so he called Triumph's lead tech but unfortunately they weren't able to figure anything out. Amazing customer service right? Well it gets crazier. I've never once met Brian, the lead tech. Brian volunteers to drive an hour from his home (on a holiday weekend) to where my bike is located to pick it up, bring it to the dealer, and try to figure out what's wrong with it. Joey decides he's going to ride his motorcycle home, get his car, and drive me and my wife home -- we live over an hour from where the ride concluded.

This is stuff that I'd hate to ask of a good friend and the people at Triumph never even batted an eye. I hardly even care what's wrong with the bike, I'm just so happy to know such good people I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a bike again. Seriously, if you are in need of a motorcycle then consider Triumph and if you decide that Triumph (or Honda) is the brand you want then there's absolutely nowhere else you should even think of buying. These guys are absolutely amazing.

The parts department is by far the best in customer service that I've ever experienced in any transaction. With that being said I now move on to the maintenance department. They are by far the slowest I've ever seen. I took my bike for a regular tune up and 5 weeks later I'm still waiting for them to finish my bike. This place could be a 5 star rating if they could figure out how to get the maintenance department to move a bit quicker.

Super dealer and folks are what make it. Came in to see about trading in my 12 Triumph Tiger800XC or consigning it. Left the bike on the floor and rode out on a new Rocket IIIR. Been wanting one for 10 years now but bought others instead. The experience was very relaxing and after a convincing push to demo ride it, came back to make the deal. Very smooth transaction and quite quick at that. Johnny in finance finished up all the paperwork for both bikes and out I went with a new Rocket. Sure glad I got it as it's the last year of release. Thanks to Mr. Rickey, Dan B, , Crystal and Connie at Freewheeling Triumph/Honda/Suzuki.

I actually visited this location last summer for some help assembling a part to put on my Honda Goldwing. I was having some complications with the part and went to the service desk to see if they could help. The manager was working the service desk that day and told me to give them 20 minutes to look at it. I strolled around the store and he came to get me when finished.

To my surprise he didn't charge me ANYTHING but told me when I am ready for service to make sure I come back! Which I did and here is my review. So my Goldwing needed a factory recall done and I wanted to jump on the oil change as well. Since I was treated so nicely on my first visit I decided to give Freewheeling a shot! I called to make an appointment and was told the weekends was usually the best time for oil changes.

I explained I had to work this upcoming weekend so they moved some things around and scheduled me later that same day! When I got there I drove to the service area and was checked in pretty fast! While they were doing their magic it left me time to really check this place out. From the outside it doesn't look that big but the inside is actually pretty large.

They have a parts department downstairs. Upstairs is the waiting room, service desk, and used bike showroom. Attached to that is the Triumph showroom with a hallway to an even larger Honda showroom. The motorcycle selections are pretty good and the parts/accessory selection is as well. Plenty of tires in stock too! EVERY salesperson spoke to me and all had good attitudes.

I was offered some fresh popped popcorn and an ice cold water! The whole service time took about 1.5 hour. Pretty good for somebody to get a spot the same day. The oil change was just a tad bit more than I had paid before but not by much. For this type of service I would say the couple extra dollars was worth it. Back out on the streets enjoying the rest of my day.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at Freewheelin' of Douglasville. The salesman, Dan, who worked with me every step of the way was incredibly patient, knowledgable, integral, and had a true passion for riding. He in no way hassled me or rushed me to buy. The service department was phenomenal in helping choosing gear and optional extras for my new motorcycle.

The finance manager was kind enough to give me a very, very good deal on the motorcycle I chose and in a very timely manner. Needless to say, I will be giving this dealership my business for a very long time.

A no pressure sales environment. I have purchased two scoots from them and had a good experience each time. Very friendly sales staff. If you are a serious buyer, they will seriously work a deal for you. I don't like high pressure sales and you will feel like you are buying from your neighbor when you come here. Stop by and browse and see what I am talking about- no pressure.

Today I called freewheeling Honda about getting my oil changed on my motorcycle. When I asked if I could get it done today, the representative in the service department asked how quickly I could be there. I was told him I could be there in less than ten minutes, he huffed and said "hold on." Very rudely, I was then placed on hold. I immediately hung up, and called metro cycles.

I was answered by a very friendly invitation to come to the store. I had already priced both of these stores, and knew freewheeling was less expensive. I gladly rode an extra ten minutes, and paid an extra fifteen dollars at metro cycles. While the prices may be slightly higher at metro cycles, it is a much better and much more professional experience. I recently purchased a $450.00 set of tires from freewheeling, and that is the last transaction they will complete with me.
