Roberto and Reddi both promised to get the factory defect with the paint on the hood fixed and indeed they did! These guys deliver on their promises! I'm proud to be seen driving my new car Leanne is the bomb.com. She will take care of you. Overall everyone is super nice. If you can work with them, they can work with you. They sold me a beautiful car. I do feel overall it was the right move because I do feel safer driving than in my old 2017 model without all the extra safety features.

I recently purchased an Elantra N from Hyundai of orange park and the entire experience from start to finish was great. I live about 3 hours from the dealership so most of my experience of setting a deal up was over text which was convenient as I have very long shifts and didn't have alot of time to call and sit down. He was very responsive and was able to answer most of my questions.
The whole reserving process was fast and easy. Upon my vehicle arriving and me driving up to the dealership the car was all ready and cleaned up for me. They were fast for finalizing my paperwork and the whole process was a breeze. I really enjoy my new car and wanted to thank them for all their hard work.

Wonderful experience at Hyundai of OP and especially enjoyed Joe Q! What a caring, kind and super helpful young man that I really enjoyed working with and that's not usual when it comes to car buying. I buy and sell cars every 2 years for the past 25 years and I have to say Joe (the younger Joe at the dealership) was top notch to work with. He texted me with all the numbers I needed, he asked about my needs and helped on every way possible.
He was easy to make a deal with for sure. When I arrived at the dealership, my new Genesis was ready to go (minus some inspections to be done, no big deal) and he explained all I needed to know on this very high tech vehicle and I appreciated his expansive knowledge of my vehicle. I bought a 2022 Hyundai Venue SE from Ron and he was great. I have been to multiple other dealerships and most are so pushy and all about sales. Ron helped me get the car I really wanted at a price I could afford. 30 days after getting it, someone ran a stop sign and t-boned me, flipping the car and totaling. The dealership kept its word (the Family Plan), but providing me with $2500 for my next vehicle. So I bought a 2022 Hyundai Venue Limited from Shawn and couldn't be more happy. Highly recommend this dealership.

The Service Department was easy to work with, and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. The issues were sent to me so that I could review on my own time and select what I wanted, or not wanted, fixed. The information was very detailed, with pricing, and I appreciated all the knowledge.
