Shoutout to Tarah in title/accounting for being so helpful during my purchasing process. I just really liked dealing with this dealership. It wasn't pressured and they worked with me easily as a remote buyer. With inventory being weird in this car market people need to be able to comfortably shop for cars that are up to 500 miles away. This team made it great. Also shoutout to Talon Rakoz in finance, very helpful.

Brad and Charlie helped my wife, son, and myself find the Tacoma that we wanted. Looking for a manual Tacoma was a bear of a task, it took us almost a year of calling different dealerships and looking at trucks. The guys at I5 cars were by far the nicest sales team we dealt with in the process, they were quick and worked with us to meet our expectations. Would definitely buy another vehicle from these fine people again.

Purchased a barely used 2019 Ford F-150 Limited from the Chehalis location (Awesome Ford) yesterday. Mike Darnell was fantastic to work with! Answered all my questions, was extremely knowledgeable of the F-150 lineup, and made my buying experience seamless! Amy in finance was also very great to work with! We worked with Dale Garcia based out of I5 Toyota in Chehalis. Not only was he outgoing but he actually wanted to put us in the car we wanted. He worked endlessly for 3 hours to find a lender for us and was honestly more excited when we were approved than we were. If you're going to buy from i5 Toyota, work with Dale.

We bought a truck here over a month ago and it was such a quick and easy process. Most all of it was done over the phone (as we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted) and they answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. Well we recently had a issue with the truck but luckily Henry helped us get a warranty issue resolved and we are so grateful for him and the team at I5 in Chehalis! Will definitely be shopping for our next car here as well!

My husband and I had an idea of what vehicle we were interested in but we wanted to see the inside of the vehicle and see if it fit our needs. John was actually the sales manager and didn't even need to be the one helping us look but he did! He knew all the info about the car that was necessary for us to know.
