Wasted my time but I'm sure I dodged a bullet by just leaving. Car was not ready even though I had an appointment for it to be test driven; Was several cars deep into their crammed inventory. Then it was not "serviced" and check engine light was on when it started. Bad sign of what was to come. Car had been listed for a while too. All of that should have been taken care of. They Missed a Cash buyer too.

Incredible how please I am with the folks at Imperial Auto. I saw a vehicle on a auto site, sent a quick email mail and got a response immediately. The next day I received a phone call from a wonderful lady( Sherry) and she sent me to the location right away. Once there I was greeted by friendly staff until Gabriel arrived; very pleasant and personable.
We Negotiated very briefly as I was sure about my purchase, and the rest was smooth! Tonight my Dodge Durango was delivered to my home, clean, and all paperwork was completed. I strongly encourage anyone to shop for their next used vehicle at Imperial Auto Sales!

I advise anyone dealing with this dealership to ask as many questions as you can. And if possible ask for proof. Not even a full week of buying a car from them i started having several issues on it. Been going to their offices two times a week for 3 weeks trying to resolve technical issues on the car that they themselves cannot locate. They refuse to give me my money back and they refuse to trade the car in for another one. Pretty much they sold me a bad car. Be aware ask questions is my advice to anyone dealing with them.

Edwin 4.3 size man assisted me very well into imperial auto, didn't feel pressured at any moment into buying my first car. Julian assisted me with financing, insurance or any questions I had about the car, they also took care of registerion and everything. literally don't have to do nothing. Am very pleased with the service, highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a steal deal.
