Bought a 2022 x3 here on Monday. Everything went fine until I checked my credit. They ran my credit FIVE TIMES. Absolutely unacceptable. I had an 803 credit score and now it dropped 20 points. There's no excuse to run an 800 that many times, or at least they should let you know. 5 inquires now on my credit report for the next 2 years, thanks.

I was only looking for an extended warranty for my car and I was met with something I did not expect! I figured that I would encounter that pushy sales person and I was met with the opposite. I encountered Zach, the Finance rep, and wow was I surprised. I purchased my extended warranty and not only was he NOT pushy but the most kind, caring, and compassionate human being ever!

He is perfect for this position. He did offer me extras but he wasn't pushy enough to be a turn off. He genuinely was presenting me with everything that he thought would be helpful, but, understood if I said no. Zach is one of the most professional salesperson that I have ever encountered. When I get my business up and running, I want to hire Zach to work for me in hopes that my business will be as successful as Melbourne BMW. Whoever is in charge, in my opinion, this is the best decision you ever made I am sure.

It was only after shopping for a car at "Toyota of Hollywood " Florida, that was a nightmare, the usual bamboozled switch and bait, the car isn't here, the prices are not what's advertised, that car $8000 higher than advertised, etc etc that made me realize I should have left a review for Melbourne BMW two years ago when I purchased my car there.

I drove up from Fort Lauderdale to purchase my car, and it was the best Car buying experience of my entire life! the car was there!, the car was the price advertised! From the moment I was greeted at the door, everyone was extremely caring, polite, knowledgeable and professional. i have never been treated like this at any car dealer. I left there feeling so good about my experience that I have recommended them to many people, . If I could have given them more stars I would. Great place, great people, best dealer

Every time I come here I regret it. Just took my car in for its second service appointment. Oil change, new filter and a recall of the programming. The technology on my X1 has never worked so not surprising about the recall. Dropped off the car at 7am. I let Corey know that I had some love bug staining as well and since I sprung for the coating and interior protection I asked if they could take care of it.

First thing that was off is I did not receive my normal text stating we have your car and please contact us during the service if you have any questions. Not a big deal. Around 3pm I called as I still had not heard anything and thought it strange. I find out at this point that one of my engine mounts had failed. This car was bought brand new less than a year ago and when I asked if this was normal, I could not get a straight answer.

Just running in circles. Again, I was like ok, under warranty, no big deal. I was later told it would not be finished and if I could wait until tomorrow. I said sure. Today I get a text at 9:30am from Corey that it's ready and to come pick it up. I had already requested on drop off if they could bring it to my work as I live 1 hour in the opposite direction and my work is only 25 minutes from the dealership.

I called and he was very rushed as he had to attend a family event but would have Frank bring it out. 2 hours later I had not heard anything, so I called only to find out from Tyler that this never was requested and he would take care of it. About 1 hour later Frank arrived with my car. This is when I looked at the car and saw nothing had been done about the love bugs and that it showed a hand wash and vacuum had been done on the car.

The wash was possibly done (very poor job) but the vacuum absolutely did not occur. I called Corey about the love bugs and he said that they tried to get it off but were not able too (this never happened as it is mentioned nowhere on my paperwork) and that I would have to file a claim. I have filed a claim and waiting for my response. I just find it really annoying that when you ask questions of the service team here that they never want to answer honestly, always in a rush to brush you off and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Now I get a message from the all surface trying to deny the claim for love bug staining. Exactly what that policy is supposed to cover!

The BMW establishment is fabulous; however, I must have had the most inexperienced service coordinator. I waited there 4 hours while 5 other people had their cars serviced with Tyler. My service coordinator, Corey, could not update my situation or communicate with me as to why I was waiting 4 hours to get brake pads changed. After 4 hours the job was still not done. I asked for my keys and left.

Tried to purchase a set of tires here, yesterday. The Parts dept was most helpful on the phone to both id the best tire option and to report stock availability status. Good job! Called back to the Service department to obtain final cost and to schedule installation.operator reported that both reps were busy, took my information (early in the day) and promised a call-back. Nope. None. Lost sale. Second time, same location. Guess that revenue generation isn't a significant priority. Tires can wait until I return north.

Finally I got my very first car which is BMW X3 at Melbourne BMW. Big shout out to Courtney for helping me achieve my dream car. She went over all the details about the car and went over the process of making the payment for the car. I was able to buy the car within 4 days of working with her. I was having the hardest time finding a car with everything going on, but Courtney was so fast and helpful I was able to get a car within 24 hours of first reaching out. We had such a great experience at the dealer. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable as I had really unpleasant experiences at other "luxury" brand dealers prior to this.

After the purchase was complete, Max helped us set up at technology in the car and showed us all the crazy features in the car. It was such an amazing experience I highly recommend this dealer. We came from south Florida just to get the car! Thank you guys!

Melbourne BMW not only has the most attentive & courteous staff BUT we have THE best customers. I am a Client Advisor & the support I have from my colleagues & the community is ten-fold. There isn't another work environment I have been in that can hold a candle to this place. Mike P. & Joey L. really go above & beyond to make Melbourne BMW a fun & professional work environment.

There is also lots of diversity & a healthy amount of women! Rachel R. & Jo C. are a couple of women to look up to! Love this place & would give 10 stars if I could. The entire service department is phenomenal as well & we have cool cars too;

Worse service I have ever had. I paid $81000 for a car and they couldn't get the soft ware working at all. My vented seat didn't work. They are a shipwreck. My Dodge is ten times better and they have service. And BMW keeps on deleting my reviews. Now that it's getting cooler this car doesn't go into drive in till your Rev it hight then jerks into gear.

Car max didn't even want it they know of to many problems with it. And it doesn't have auto start. 81k and no auto start. Corporate wasn't any better. Also in sport mode it is dangerous you have no control transmission shifts very bad sometimes won't go into gear.

We recently purchased an X3 at Melbourne BMW. It was the 3rd vehicle we've bought there. We strayed with our previous BMW, and bought at a different dealership. Big mistake! However, we made up for that by returning to Melbourne BMW. Our sales person Courtney, was pleasant, courteous and professional without being pushy at all. Courtney made for a pleasant buying experience, including the trade in.

She really cared about us, and worked hard on our behalf. It was nice to come home to Melbourne BMW. We love our 2021 BMW X3. Thank you Courtney, as well as the rest of the sales and service team!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and 30,000 mile inspection for my vehicle. The appointment was made a week in advance, for an 8:00am appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 8:00am and was given a loaner vehicle. Upon drop off, I was ensured by the service representative that I would be informed throughout the day (via text) of the status of the vehicle as well as if anything serious issues were diagnosed during the 30,000 mile inspection.

After about 7.5hrs (3:30pm) I still had not heard back from the representative, so I texted him. To which, he responded that the vehicle is still in inspection. Long story short, I call back at 5:30pm because I never received an update. I was informed that the inspection results state the tread on my tires are beginning to wear. That's right, approximately 10 hours in the shop.to tell me.they looked at the tires.any mechanic could've told you the tread on my tires were beginning to wear within 5 minutes of inspecting the vehicle!

After asking why it took 10 hours to complete an oil change and come to the conclusion that my tires had some wear, the service representative responded that he was unaware that I had such "high expectations" for their service department. In addition, the sales representative insisted that my 8:00am appointment (scheduled a week in advance) signifies an 8:00am drop off time, not the time of the service. I've owned BMWs for the last 8 years and have had multiple oil changes and car inspections.

They typically take no longer than 4 hours. In addition, when I schedule an 8:00am appointment, the car service began at 8:00am. Moral of the story, don't waste your time and money at this dealership. For my Melbourne locals, take the 1hr 45min drive over to Ocala. They are a white glove dealership that will treat you with the upmost respect. It is well worth it. I will not be coming back.

They are bad sold me a $81000 car and can not fix the software to connect to my phone 8 visits. Then they told me it had auto start on my phone and it did not. I asked how much to add it. It can not be done hello this is 2021 most high end cars have auto start. My 2020 ram does. They don't even know there product. I will never by a BMW again anywhere.

Stay far away from these guys. Oh and they charged me for a loaner car so they could look at my car with 80 miles on it. They didn't fix my car it still does not work properly. They said to bad. Are you kidding me. Please inform people of this problem with a bad dealership. Thanks John

Don't buy parts from this store! They don't give any receipt and before we confirmed that order, they ordered and when we tried to cancel they said that for them to cancel that order before they send, was going to be a fee ($120).

Do not get your car serviced here if it is not under warranty! I had some engine cooling repairs my X3 required. Was going to do it myself, but after I just finishing replacement of my valve cover, I didn't want to deal with diagnosing the problem and ripping the engine compartment apart again. I decided to let Melbourne BMW take a look at it.

After spending $1,559 for the installation of 4 cooling parts I reviewed the service invoice when I got home. I then went to https://www.bmwinmelbourne.com/ to check on the price of the parts if I picked them up from the parts department counter. I found that they charge double for the parts if they install them on your car, plus the labor charge of $185 to $195/hour to install them.

Here are the comparisons: Part #17-11-7-573-781, Expansion tank Dealer installed from parts department: $183.86 Purchased directly from parts department counter: $97.79 Part #17-12-3-424-499, Coolant hose Dealer installed from parts department: $110.13 Purchased directly from parts department counter: $56.64 Part #17-12-3-415-433, Coolant hose Dealer installed from parts department: $126.62 Purchased directly from parts department counter: $65.16 Thermostat (part number not listed) Dealer installed from parts department: $149.00 Purchased directly from parts department counter: $112.12 I talked with Mike the Parts Manager and he just talked himself in circles about BMW trying to create a larger on-line parts presence.

He seemed mystified that I would be upset about the dealer charging me more for a part that they were also going to charge me to install than I could order on-line and pick up from the same dealer. If you do decide to go to this dealer, I suggest you allow them to diagnose the problem, give you a list of parts that they will require to fix the car and then purchase the parts from the parts department and give them to the service department to make the repairs. You will save 50% off your parts bill. Oh, they also charged me $45.26 in shop supplies. Good luck.

Do not consider buying on the internet with this dealer or remotely. I work in healthcare and do not have time to shop at a dealership. I was willing to buy a car without seeing the actual car since I am a long-time BMW owner and have driven this model before. I had lots of initial responses and was trying to finalize a deal.when all of a sudden I didn't get a response for a long while.

When I wrote to inquire, I was told it just sold. I didn't even get the courtesy of a call. I know I was a distant buyer (a few hours away) and needed delivery, but I was upfront about this from the get-go. I think this practice is unethical and would not consider buying from this dealer again.

Their product specialist came to our home to sync all of the technology and show us all the features of the x7. The car was also beautifully detailed when we were ready to take it home. They provided excellent customer service. We would recommend John and his team to our family and friends; and we love the x7!

So many things went wrong with this place so I'm going to make it cut and dry with only 2 items that really was unprofessional and disrespectful. 1. I made my appointment at 10:00AM and came in early. Kimberly showed the car to me late since she had to put gas in the car. yes, the car was not ready for me to take a test drive even though I booked in advance. 2. Joeyl "tried" discussing the numbers after my test drive.

He was super arrogant from the beginning. I asked him a basic question and his response under mined my questions as if I didn't know how to read at a kindergarten level. He is very judge mental! Overall, I think this place really needs to adjust there moral and ethic structure. This is the 2nd time in 3 years I came to this dealership and the 2nd time I experienced horrible service from them.

Soon after my visit I went to the BMW and MERCEDES dealership in Orlando and received top notch service at both locations. I also purchased a car the same day. I'd never come back there and I'll definitely advise my colleagues who are top notch professionals to not come here as well.

The best place to go and be ripped off. Especially if you are gonna buy 3 series, don't buy it before you come and see my car! My number is 5616999701. Not gonna fix it for 6 months just so the people can see it. When you touch the tunnel in the rear passenger area, you already feel the chaft of the car in your hand. And a kid stepping on there will cause the stupid plastic clip break and then you will have to pay $867 to change that stupid piece of s.t that costs $17 on EBay.

And if you don't want to pay it, they still charge you $200 for inspection without doing anything on your car. So if you are buying a BMW, learn how to fix it yourself, Or take it to any other dealer than that place., Vista BMW in Pompano is the best place to go (They always did all points inspection for free ). People are friendly and helpful. Worth's the drive down and get your car inspected without being ripped off!

I visited BMW Melbourne location for service. I was told that the wheel speed sensors needed to be replaced and the cost will be $1,480. I decided to search online to see what is this all about and saw a few videos online. I've check for the parts and they were between $100-$175. Labor shouldn't have taken more than 1-2 hours. So, I called other local certified auto mechanics and was able to get it done for under $500.

Trust me, I like to support local vendors. But, I don't have an extra $1,000. In addition, I was quote for front and rear brakes a total of $2,228. Enough said about the brakes. I find this dealership service prices to be excessive. I will have to buy my next BMW from another dealer.

I'm a Melbourne native but I currently live near Tampa. With that said I do all of my usual BMW buying/service needs in my area. But, on occasion when I'm visiting my hometown I stop into Melbourne BMW. Recently I had a nagging but minor problem with my 328i. The dang glove compartment light is out. I know, major stuff, right? Well, this was a quest that kept coming up unanswered.

Of course, I replaced the light bulb first. No good. Then, I went online in an attempt to find which fuse to check for this lighting circuit. No good. I couldn't even find a single reference as to which fuse to check. Then, I thought maybe the door switch was bad. Usually there is a visible switch when you open the glove compartment. But our wonderful BMW engineers outfoxed me.

I looked all around and no switch was to be found! I happened to be in Melbourne so I stopped in to Melbourne BMW, had a good chat with one of the parts guys. He couldn't find the answer, either. Enter MIchael Knoche. He's the Parts Manager. We sat down at a computer and he diligently went at it. Soon, he gave me the fuse location and type, plus he divulged that the light switch was hidden behind the glove compartment as part of the damper assembly.

Some folks may wonder why this was a big deal? I figured it was kinda frivolous to take my car into the shop for a dead glove compartment light. Right? I'm a take-charge-and-fix-it kind of guy. I was NOT going to be beat by some engineering eccentricity. Thanks to Michael, I now know, just as with a refrigerator, that the light indeed comes on when you open the glove compartment! YaY!

I brought my BMW here for a simple oil change. Figured I'd spend the extra dollars and have it "done by the pros." I just relocated to the area from out of state and had no preference in dealer. They just happened to be the closest. Long story short. the tech removed the center, spring loaded bird cage portion of the oil filter cap/housing and failed to notice or care to reattach it when installing the new filter.

I drove away thinking all was well until I tried checking my oil with the onboard computer. It kept failing to read. Once I got home, I pulled the cap off to discover the oil filter cartridge floating around unsecured within the housing. I thought this was the kind of crap we were supposed to avoid by using a BMW dealer instead of a Pep Boys or Jiffy Lube type operation? Don't be fooled. the tech's working here are of the same caliber.

If they can't change the oil properly, how can I trust them to handle the real work when I need it? The fact is, I can't trust them and you shouldn't either. If I wasn't mechanically inclined. I would have driven around like that until my next oil change, potentially damaging my engine. They will never get a chance to make another mistake on my vehicle and I suggest those reading this don't take a chance with yours.

Visited Melbourne BMW to test drive the i3 for a few days. I was coming from Orlando and forgot the keys to my car, but working with the sales team Dennis De Sousa and Dustin Decibus, they were able to drive me home and back to let me take my car that evening.
