They are not a good company to work for. They discriminate against Hispanics and don't follow the law at all. You can't deny to put doctors notes in someones account. Plus you can't use ones vacation or paid time off towards their days they missed if you're going to point them for said days. You really do have an uneducated hr. You will pay her for her vacation and her paid time off or she will get in touch with my attorney in Indy.

You have no idea what mistake you just made. You keep her working all day today and then called her coworker in the office to go to her. He couldn't even tell her yourself. That's illegal so bad to tell another employee any info about another employee. I Hope you have money because she's calling my attorney today. I will tell anyone and everyone to not do Business with a place like this. Tell her to learn the law because she just caused you to get sued and now she can claim unemployment. See you soon.

Had to visit here to clear up a title snafu for a van that came from out-of-state. I was treated with warmth, promptness, and professionalism. Every one of the complex messes of the goofed title transfer were addressed and fixed. Was able to get the corrected paperwork to the BMV and get my new title, plates, and registration started the same day. Bringing fresh baked cupcakes on my next visit. Thank you, ladies. You were awesome!

On November 3 was looking at a potential truck, in order to active my biding number they wanted a $2500 credit card to bid, no problem. Now on november 10 that posted another $2500 on our card without my knowldge. That makes $5000 in the week and we never did bid and they have not canceled. We are afraid that this will keep posting on our company card and are requesting to be removed as a bidder. If you post a deposit my advice is to watch your credit card daily for these postings-----thank you

Attended the GSA auction. Public buyer registration was slow, and the staff supporting it weren't confident: one woman said out loud that she didn't know what she was doing. However, the auction experience was smooth and well-orchestrated. I would attend again.

First time ever being there, didn't realize how big it is! Such friendly and helpful staff starting at the shack. Had to go there for work related errands, was pretty confused to begin with, everyone was so nice and never were bothered by my questions. Great business to deal with! I'd give 10 stars if I could

So far all the vehicles I have bought have been great but was not fun when we picked them up overall good place. Addendum. We have bought several great vehicles from this auction house till recently. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit edition with under 30,000 miles when our drivers brought this vehicle back we noticed the steering was off by 25 degrees and a ton of warning messages about several systems not working.

The front also creaked when you turn it left. We immediately called our outside rep Phil who was fantastic and said tell them you talked to me when you call arbitration. We contacted arbitration and started dealing with a Kevin in arbitration who went over what would warrant arbitration. He specifically mentioned if there were frame damage that it would be returned back to the selling dealer.

We sent the vehicle to an authorized Jeep dealership and came back stating several pieces of the steering were broke and also several sensors and the bent frame would have to be fixed to even begin repairing the other issues. We contacted the Kevin in arbitration he said to bring the vehicle in to have them see. They then tried to say their was no frame damage they could find we then sent the detail summary and report from the Jeep dealership.

When we got nowhere with Kevin in Arbitration we asked to speak to the General Manager Kevin Brown who by the way in his bio on their website states he has heavy involved with his Church and also believes in Integrity. Keep this in mind when I tell you how untrue those things about him are. He stated that it was too long now for arbitration yet we opened the case the following Monday after which we bought it on Thursday.

They located in Fort Wayne IN and we are in Galion Ohio two hours away. He then proceeded to tell us that what we opened the arbitration for was not frame. Kinda hard to tell them everything since we had to send it out to get the entirety of all things wrong with it. Kevin cared very little about his integrity by not helping at all and telling us we are stuck with the vehicle.

We then asked for them to run the Jeep back thru auction the exact same way it was presented to us at auction with no declared issues and a green light meaning the outside is in good shape with no visible flaws. Yet the moment you drive it over 5 flaws show quickly. This company will try and spin this story every which way but it comes down to the point that this businesses cares very little about integrity or their alleged christian faith.

Sellers beware. Ridiculous process for buyers to even be able to bid on your items. They're not worth the hassle. Based on others reviews they are shady anyways. I'll take my cash elsewhere. I'd suggest you do the same if you want a platform where buyers are actually able to purchase.
