I needed a car rental for local use and checked pricing and availability at a number of rental companies. The most economical for any vehicle was infinity and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and operation of the car. My car was totaled and I was entitled to a rental. I chose to go with Infinity Auto Rental, although, the Insurance Company was really pushing Enterprise. I couldn't help but wonder why? I was really glad that I chose Infinity Auto Rental. Joe, the owner is a nice guy and professional and friendly.

I wouldn't use them again. The car we rented was stained in the interior and stunk. It was also unsafe. The steering was not accurate when going around bends. The tie rods or ball joints were bad and the car would tilt and dangerously suddenly head in toward the inside of the turn. When I described it to the owner there was no apology, just an "I know what that is" and a strange confession that he can't keep the cars in working (safe) order. It was an old beater car that looked like it had seen quite a history and frankly wasn't worth the inexpensive rental price.

We needed a car on short notice because a brake line on ours blew. It was stressful because it happened on a Sunday and it's our only car that my wife and I to get to work. We called Infinity Auto Rental that evening and they had a car ready for us the next morning so we were both able to get to work. We originally reserved it for two days, not knowing how long repairs would take.
Our car was fixed that day and we were able to return our rental the next morning and were credited the day we didn't use. We appreciated them accommodating us and helping get around no problem till our car was fixed. Also the price was really great which was nice since we were also paying to fix our car.
