My sales woman Britney was awesome. Everything went smooth and I had a good amount of options available. I was disappointed that some of the trucks i originally wanted to view in the inventory were not at that location. But Britney was attentive and showed me all my options and eventually we found a brand new Frontier that I fell in love with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and loved my dogs.

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Both times were pleasant. The wait time to finish all the paperwork is a bit long but that is to be expected when you buy a car on a Saturday one of the busiest days of the week. When we got in our new to us car I noticed that it was not clean and the cigarette smell was still lingering.

I simply mentioned it to Josh and he scheduled us in for a full detail and oxygenation (I think that's what it was called) to get the smell out. They are all very helpful there.

I recently got a Ford Escape from here and I love it. Everyone there was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Amanda especially was informative and patient considering we left with something I initially said I didn't want. We drove over an hour to get to this specific dealership and I'd say it was worth it.

Thank You! Ken and Stephanie, they were wonderful! Ken worked hard with the lenders. He was able to get my loan through a credit union and with a very low interest rate. Stephanie made me feel very comfortable in the whole buying process. I feel this team worked for me in a short amount of time and I now have the perfect vehicle.

No BS sales experience. I got a very fair price for my trade-in. Everyone was very pleasant without being too sugary. Sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the new truck. The finance guy was not pushy and even had a sense of humor! Although I was bummed that he didn't fire up the old dot matrix printer, the size of a Sherman tank, on his desk Overall very pleasant experience - and when was the last time you said that about a car dealership?

All of the employees were amazing and they got me into a vehicle that I love. They answered all of my questions and concerns about purchasing a vehicle. They made me feel like they cared about getting me out of a vehicle that was making me sick to be in. I would refer anyone to go to Kiefer Nissan to purchase a vehicle. They are definitely a company that I will go back to when purchasing my next vehicle.

Absolutely abhorrent business practices. I am needing to sell my car due to a deployment. I had it listed. They reached out to me. The saleswoman was adamant about reaching me for days. Building rapport and a trust. Then finally I had to come up with money for the negative equity. They assured me a price, and said just get it to them. I made arrangements with my misses to take off work.

Let the sales folk know what I was having to do ti get this done. Including take a 12k loss on stocks to pay the difference. Which I was hoping then to put back into my savings. The day we were to get car to them they backed out. For no reason, saying simply they just don't need my car. After we had a deal, agreed on price and arrangement of sales of stock to get the difference which was only to their benefit.

Next day stocks went back up more than a dollar per share. I'm left sitting on a car payment still, and now cash that's a 12 thousand dollar loss with no chance of making it back. Just because they didn't hold up their end of a deal they pursued me to make. Shady business and not a way to treat anyone. Much less someone in my position in life during these trying times.

If you can't trust their word for this I highly, doubt you'd be able to trust if you buy anything from them. Judy and her sales manager have Zero morals or bond of their word.

I had a great experience with the service department. Jeff was knowledgeable and polite, and I really appreciated the fact that he spoke with me like intelligent person (not like I wouldn't know anything because I'm female; that's happened at other car places all too often). Everyone I spoke with was professional and they even got my car finished earlier than expected. A special thanks to Jeff for the great customer service. THANK YOU

Michael really made my new Pathfinder purchase a quick process. I got there at 11am and left by 12:30pm. They were willing to do much of the negotiating and trade-in process over the phone. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Quickest car purchase I've experienced. Staff seemed to work as a true team.

Amongst the most thoughtful and timely automotive experiences I've had. The team in the service department got me into the garage on short notice. Super refreshing to have people have expertise and a sense of humor in the in the auto world. Can't recommend Kiefer Nissan enough. Just go there and be impressed.
