I bought a used certified Honda and John made the experience super easy. I really needed to get a vehicle that was better on gas, it was time to face facts the truck was not for these times. Jessica in finance made that paperwork a breeze as well. The whole buying process was super easy and everyone was pleasant and accommodating.

Went in for a coolant change. no issues other than it was required. drove the car home and parked it for the weekend. came out to go somewhere noticed the coolant leaking. called J&W was told to bring the car back. after the service manager examined it, i was told the leak was from the air conditioner. i said no it was not because I had not been anywhere. showed him a pix of the leak, service manager didn't know where that was at, the mechanic did! the person that took in the vehicle in assured me that it was a matter of just tightening the petcock.

I requested to replace the petcock, no not necessary all is well. now I'm out of state trying to figure out where to go to get it fixed now that my coolant is leaking again. won't use them ever again!

Jamie and Steve were great! They were super diligent about getting me to the numbers I wanted with my Ford Fusion and even made the process super easy by doing the dealings mainly over the phone! I cannot recommend them enough. Above all they were NOT pushy at all. Steve kept me up to date with every move they made and Jamie was patient, kind, honest and so personable.

I have bought cars in the past but this was my first big purchase thus far and they really relieved the anxiety of the unknown! I cannot thank them enough! Angelia was so nice and very funny. We had great conversation while working the deal and she also was not pushy in any way. I really enjoyed this experience over all, if I buy again in the future, I will buy from here again!

Jamie is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, I always know he will answer any question that I may have. This is my 3rd vehicle purchasing from Jamie and it is always a great experience. I highly recommend him to my friends, family and anyone looking for a vehicle! I was in a 2020 Escape and Jamie knew I wanted something a little bigger in size and when this 2022 Edge became available he called me and let me know that I could trade for it.

He also knew all the details about the Edge and the difference's between my Escape and the Edge. My experience at Jenkins and Wynne is always perfect, Jamie in sales and Jamie in finance are the best! Arron also helped on my final paperwork and he was great also! Went to Gary Matthews today and had terrible customer service. I test drove a grand cherokee. It was spacious, seats were comfortable but the salesmen and manager were lousy. Then I went to James Corlew and test drove the xt5 Cadillac. Car had nice clean lines and a tight turn radius. Big provlem was product availability. The last stop was Jenkins and Wynn.

The salesman Jamie Williams was the best car salesman I have ever had. Im 42 and used to manage an appliance store, so I know a great salesman when I see one. Not only did he know his product, he knew when to talk about features and when to keep quiet. He never pressured or asked for the sale. He let his knowledge and his product make the sale. I leased a Lincoln Nautilus today because not only did the car blow the other two away in luxury, the salesman deserved my business. As long as this man sells cars, I will see him. Thank you for being awesome.

My husband and myself came in last week because we are in the market for a larger vehicle that would be good for taking trips and that could accommodate a wheel chair if needed. The vehicle we liked was a truck a year younger than the vehicle we currently drive. We did a test drive, it was spacious. We were then led inside to try and get a deal on it.

The vehicle had been in the used bargain lot for 40+ days. In my experience that would be a little room to negotiate, and add a trade in. Sadly it didn't happen. We had to leave the dealership with the car we arrived with. The facility of what I saw was beautiful. The waiting area had comfy couches and chairs. I was offered a beverage a couple of times.

They had a playground outside for the kids to play on. In waiting area they had charging cables to fit most devices. They were busy but things were moving along well. The bathrooms were very clean. For the service area and waiting area it's it's nice clean facility. The people seemed friendly and they were accomidating to me because I can't move around that well. I hope you find your next ride with them.

Had a good experience purchasing my car from Jenkins and Wynne Ford. My salesman Steve Martin made it as seamless as could be. He wasn't pushy and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't want. In crazy car buying times like this I have been hesitant but he made it as painless as it could be buying a car. The finance guy (I'm sorry I cannot remember his name) even got me a better interest rate than what Ford was offering. I would definitely recommend going in and talking to Steve! Loving my new Ford Explorer!

Huge shout out to business Manager Teri Aud, and salesmen Steve M. & Bryan for helping us purchase the truck of our dreams! The customer service was outstanding, all of the staff we interacted with were so friendly and polite. This establishment is military friendly! They had a private mothers nursing room, kids play zone and (2) comfortable waiting areas. Also, located outside the building is a park for kids to play while you wait. Highly recommend this dealership!

Rachel was a huge help! I ordered a truck in late October of 2021. It took the truck a little while to get into order. She kept me up to date on what was going on with it. The truck only took just a few days over 3 months to show up but I didn't even end up buying it. I bought a much better truck a few days before mine arrived. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer she would always figure it out and let me know in a timely manner.

She didn't call me and pester me about buying anything before I ordered it which to me is a big deal. I don't like to be bothered if I've told someone I'm not completely sure on what I want to do yet. She was an amazing saleswoman and I would recommend to anyone that is interest in buying anything Ford to please go talk to her and see what she can do for you!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Jenkins and Wynne Honda. Let's face it, buying a car right now is rough. I have been driving my 2001 Honda Civic for years now but it has recently been giving me fits. Dragging my feet, I finally decided I needed a reliable car so that I can get to and from the cancer center for my oncology appointments.

We ended up at this dealership after being disappointed at a dealership down the road. Cedric Johnson was extremely helpful from the get go. I highly recommend everyone request Cedric when they go shop. He is so personable and truly a gem! He is a trustworthy salesman and I am happy that he was the one that assisted me. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and get to know my little family.

I now am the proud owner of a 2017 Milano Red Honda HRV and I am in love with it. Along with Cedric, I want to shout out Jessica and Rob who also helped streamline my purchase and made sure I left a satisfied customer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Awesome dealership! Fast friendly service. I ordered a Ford Edge and my salesman, William, made sure to keep me in the loop on my delivery timeline. Once my car was ready for pick up, he made sure to streamline the purchase process, it literally only took 1 1/2 hrs to drive off in my new car!

My husband Jerome and I just relocated to Clarksville last month from Dallas, TX. Little did we know that we would be car shopping; however. I have tried to give the dealership a chance for their service department do correct maintenance and work on my 2020 Ford-F-350 super duty. I drive many miles on my truck and would expect the service department do the recommended maintenance from Ford on my truck but time and time again things were not checked or serviced and once I bring something up for them to check then they would said it would need to be replaced.

Trust is very important for me and now after three chances I have given up and will find another mechanic shop to do my maintenance on my truck. If you do go there please make sure you keep a close eye on them and good luck.

Alright, alright, lets talk about J&W Ford. The Quick Lube shop is on point. from the moment you drive in to getting back in your vehicle and departing. A technician will greet you and ask what ya need. I went there to get an oil change make sure to get oil change and tire rotation it's cheaper. Their customer lounge is cozy and bathrooms were clean.

Oh my highlight was free coffee and got to see the new Bronco! What i like the most was the technician read the report and explained what was done. I take good care of my 98 Explorer so I asked to fix a few things although the appointment list was over 3 weeks long she recommended look and see other ford certified locations at my home base. Now that is customer service. Thanks J&W you are Cintron Approved!

I bought two vehicles from them! Great customer service and they do not try to rip you off. Our salesman was name Floyd Ward. If you get a chance to work with someone, FLOYD WARD is who you want to go to. He is a no bullshit type of salesman and will try his best to ensure your trade in value is maxed out. He took great care of us and made sure we were happy.

Usually car buying is terrifying and time consuming but we spent no more than 2.5 hours. We were in and out and the staff was also greats Aaron White the finance manager is very helpful and doesn't try con you into taking their finance plan. Overall the staff is amazing. However if you go buy a vehicle. Request Floyd Ward. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I bought a 2020 Ford Escape last month and problems already when it rains on my passenger side it's coming through the windshield on that side and speakers went out I don't even have them loud or anything then also today said my vehicle was over riding and when I went to the dealership several times and yesterday they said how they won't buy it back.

This vehicle was used only with 8,777 miles also since they sold all their lenders cars so you won't have a car 1st called about the problem it was some rude manager who told me to get with my insurance and get a car

Jenkins & Wynn gives you a free car wash and vacuum just for checking in on your Yelp app and showing them your code when you take in your vehicle. Wouldn't everyone be happy with that? I was! We recently had to take my hubs new truck in due to a safety recall. We dropped it off the night before, only because it was most convenient for us, and it was ready to pick up by 10:30 am the next morning. Clean shop, friendly staff, and they do their job well. Awesome place to purchase a vehicle, or to get a service.

I already had low expectations going to the dealership for service with my 2007 Ford Focus. Although it is an older car with a lot of miles, they were able to fix one big safety issue I had with it. The rest of the issues however not so much and you would think the dealership of all places that specializes in their own product would know exactly how to fix every problem on it.

The service consultant spoke to me in car tech language I did not understand and could not break down for me in baby terms to understand better. Diagnostic fees were outrageous (the fact that service shops even charge just to find a problem) and at the end they could only fix one thing for a whopping $500+. I was afraid to ask them to repair more due to potential costs.

The car is old and I'm looking to get rid of it anyway but the fact they could not help me with every issue is concerning. I see why nobody trusts dealerships or auto mechanics. If a dealership cannot fix their own products then who can?

Amazing experience every time I've been in but had the smoothest and most stress free experience working with Jamie to get a new vehicle. Real down to earth guy and isn't going to lead you the wrong way. Very informative when it comes to vehicles in general and was able to answer all my questions! Most of the response to my review are wrong. 1: It is true that multiple people spoke to me upon arrival, however I then proceeded to sit there and wait for my shop rep to come out to talk to me and take my keys so i could leave. 2: They were not diagnosing my vehicle, when they called (around 3:30) she specifically said that the mechanic that was supposed to work on my vehicle was still working on another vehicle and hadn't started on mine yet.

When I called back they still hadn't gotten to it and would need it overnight. 3: Parts being ordered was never an issue there were no parts ordered for that day they were ordered for the second visit on the 5th. You repaired my tire and then lubed the sun roof. No parts needed. 4: I returned on the 5th to have the new parts installed in my steering wheel (which is currently working with no problem) and to have my sun roof fixed. 5: Again the lack of communication within the shop was bad, my sunroof that I had specifically spoken to the manager about was not scheduled to be fixed and the loner car was also not scheduled.

I then showed the rep that the sunroof does not work. 6: When I returned to pick up my truck I was told there was nothing wrong with my sunroof and that they did not repair it because of that, even though the rep watched it fail to open. She told me maybe it was a temperature related issue. 7: My sunroof again does not work. If it's warm out I have to hit the open button, then close button, then open it again to get it to open.

On a cold day it just doesn't open period. Last I checked ford designs their vehicles to work at all times not just sometimes. 8: The sales rep called me to tell me they don't overcharge because I got it for a fair price. I only got the fair price because I knew what the invoice was and what it should be they wanted to sell it to me for about 4 grand more. Overall I still would not recommend this place to anyone and have numerous friends that have had many issues with their repairs as well.

I took my Ford Focus to J&W Ford to have a recall performed. The process was smooth, and my advisor got the car in and out as promised. After I picked it up I noticed some damage to the front bumper. Even though neither I nor J&W could prove how/when it happened, they still took care of of me. They have definitely earned my future business.

I'm iffy on this review. First off I got my Honda Civic hatch back from here, which I LOVE. I did have happy jay help me and he was wonderful. So I traded in my car, which technically my father still had the papers for. So they sent him a packet of stuff to fill out and send back. He had questions on what to do, called twice no one called him back.

Nothing in the packet said to place the car title inside the packet. (and two failed phone calls with no Return calls). Well They finally called to ask where the title was, not because he wanted some answers for his questions. So they offered my father to be paid back to have it next day mail aka $41. We contact them to find out what's going on with that.

And it got turned into we never made the promise. Took my dad almost about a good 3 days before he received a call back on that one. Growing up seeing my parents by a cars, they always received awesome "thank you gifts" from a cookie bouquets, to even editable arrangements being sent to the house. So I was kinda shocked after getting my first even brand new car we got nothing in the mail.

Hell my husband bought a used car out here and they mailed him a calendar with his picture on it saying thank you. I wasn't completely impressed with they way everything was handled here. I expected more from a car dealership. Especially when you're buying a brand new car. The only reason I even stayed with them is because they're the only ones who have the Honda Civic hatch backs.

My husband even asked for them to put a giant bow on the car, so he could take a picture of me next to it. Since it was my birthday present. They didn't even do that. Even though when we were signing the paper work, we could see them sticking that huge bow on a car for someone else.
