A car was recently listed on their site and Carfax. I called to make sure it was still available before making the long drive there. The salesman looked it up and said yes, it's still available. So I make the 30 minutes drive there to look at it. Once there, the process was backwards. I was asked financing questions, for my drivers license, etc and hadn't even seen the car yet.

Then the salesman goes to get the key so that I can look at it. Then we ride around a couple of different lots looking for the car. Eventually he was told that the car sold in May. So how do you go get the key if the car sold? Was my first question. Why was it just listed a couple of days ago if it sold in May? That's over a month ago. Wasted time and gas dealing with this place.

Took 4 months to replace engine, very hard to get them on phone to check status of car and was told different times for completion every time called. They would not return phone messages or emails.

Absolutely shocked when I went today to get my free oil change and they told me I had to pay $570 to get my free oil change. They said times have changed the service that was once free is no longer free. They require costumers to pay for a service that is needed. They charge 75% more than what it truly cost to get that service done. When proven the service is around $100 cheaper they said they would no budge I needed to take my service elsewhere there's nothing they can do it's the new company policy.

They then said I no longer needed to be a customer because this is how it is now. After years of loyalty, they sold me a free lifetime service that is no longer a lifetime service. How nice to be able to alter contacts after you purchase on their end. I would love to know if we have the ability to alter contracts on our end as well. Truly disappointed. Great staff most of the time so this is really sad

Frustrated, received an email Friday that our vehicle had an urgent recall, was connected with the dealership and brought the vehicle in today to have work done, after an hour and a half I learn we still need to bring it back again because they do not have the part but it is okay to drive and won't explode. Was told in March about the same recall and was told it needed a part.

The service department is not what it was when we bought the vehicle. Edit Sunday 15 May 2022: The response was unnecessary and blaming it on supply chain issues has become the American Standard. As stated above I was notified of the issue in March and told it would be put on order then. If the part was not in after I was connected from calling the 800 number, why would my service manager ask me to bring it in? I guess it makes the dealership look like they care and are proactive. Please do not respond, just have Eddie call me when you are ready for us to bring it in again.

If I didn't have to bring the car here for the warranty, I wouldn't go. They are always busy, and they never provide a rental when they keep the car for a week. I have spent over $500 on rental cars while they have yet to figure out what's wrong with the engine. They no longer provide free wiper blades also. The people are nice enough.

After having my oil changed there for 3 years today they tell me they can't do it because it has too many modifications in the car. Which would be an oil catch can a cold air intake that was on the car when I bought it. They also said they never heard of draining the supercharger, they never did that to any Hellcat before that they have serviced. They were so very rude and said they would have to look it up because they didn't know anything about it.

Maybe they don't need to be selling cars that they aren't competent enough to even change the oil. what if something else happened. Probably a disaster. My 3rd car from Jim Burke and definitely my last EVER!

Terrible experience. Showed up because Google recommended it as one of the few jeep service centers in town. My radio wasn't powering up, completely shut down, from my vehicle being jumped the night before. I show up, the guy working who didn't know if he was looking at a jeep or not, plugged the code reader in and told me I'd lost communication with my radio and it needed to be replaced.

I asked if it could be a fuse issue, a battery issue AND if there are factory resets he could try. NOTHING. Gave me the number to book an appointment and repair the radio. Go home, do a five minute google search, end up fixing it myself because it turns out it was a battery issue that just needed a simple reset. Won't ever be going back.

Awesome experience! I had to take my Genesis in due to the paint starting to chip. Mr. Pickle (Service Manager) took ownership of the situation. He worked with my schedule to get my vehicle back to the body shop as well as providing me a loaner vehicle for the duration I was without my vehicle. Service: Body & Trim

Read the fine print. They can cancel services at any time for any reason. Never got wipers(cancelled service). Missed an oil change by 1000 and got denied the full inspection. Went in when the oil light came on and was told I'd have to pay for the "free" oil change if I didn't get the 30k service for $600. I understand routine maintenance is necessary however I will not be forced to use their overpriced service center for "free" oil changes. Won't be returning! Nothing is free is real and I can get services elsewhere.

The Nissan body shop lost the security key to my tires and proceeded to cause my of loosing it. I would steer clear of this company. There should be expected to make their mistakes right with the customer. *It's good business.*

I have used Jim Burke's Auto Body Shop on two occasions. The first go round explains why I automatically brought it here for round two (although I purchased my car at another dealership). The first time I had bumper damage on my 2011 Charger. The color was Blackberry: looks black, no purple, no blue! Mike promised to get the color as close as possible and went beyond that.

The difference was absolutely undetectable. Fast forward to 2014. I have a 2013 Charger R/T that I adore. As a result of a tornado, a basketball goal fell on my car and left a dent on the hood, along with scrapes along the sculpting, and some other blemishes. Mike, the Master Craftsman, worked his magic again and even agreed to fine tune one additional, minute, anal retentive detail (that my husband thought I was ridiculous for) with no problem.

You would never know anything happened to my precious ride. I had folks recommend some cheaper places that will let you slide without paying the deductible but I promise I'd rather pay here than take the risk. I highly recommend these folks for any bodywork. I'm with Progressive and their agent is stationed here. If your insurance carrier works with Jim Burke do yourself a favor and take advantage.

AVOID THIS SHOP. I took my wife's car to Jim Burke back in March. We got an estimate that was about 30% less than the competition because they said some work would not need to be done to get the car back in shape. Because the insurance company priced the work on needing everything, if we could cut corners, we could cut down on our deductible. Jim Burke did the additional work anyway, without running it by us.

When we got the final bill, which was 50% higher than we were originally quoted, we complained because we had no knowledge that the additional work would be performed. We reached a compromise. I even remember saying, "I want to make sure this is it. I don't want to get a phone call in a few weeks saying that there's something we missed." It didn't take them a few weeks, it took more than 3 months for them to realize that the insurance company had not paid them enough, so they call me and tell me I owe them $900.

When I tell them that I can't pay the full amount, they told me that they were sending the account to collections for processing. Avoid this shop. They don't hold to their estimates, they do unauthorized work, and they then come after you months later because of an error on their end and bully you for something you tried to resolve in the first place.
