My husband and I bought a brand new Jeep yesterday! We love it and everybody at the dealership was wonderful. Our sales consultant was Lamine and he was awesome. He was so nice and fun! He spent lots of time showing us different options and then showing us all the features of the Jeep we ended up getting. I definitely recommend working with him! Carson was who we worked with for financing and he was really awesome as well!

We were on the road traveling pulling the trailer. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for 2:30 in the afternoon to get my oil and fuel filters changed in Ram 2500. They got us in got all that work done plus a software upgrade for a recall and another recall inspection and we were out by 4:30 PM. Communications with us was excellent the service department staff was very helpful and nice. Two thumbs up!

Rileigh helped us get into a 2021 Jeep Rubicon and the woman was amazing! She talked us through all of our options, was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us make the best decision for what we were wanting and what would work best for our family. I've bought several cars over the years and I've never had such an awesome experience. I would recommend Rileigh 10 times out of 10!

I am very happy with the help Billy did with helping me purchase my new Grand Cherokee. I have owned 8 Jeeps so it was not a question that I would get a new Jeep. Also, our finance guy was Albert, I have used him in the past and he works his magic to get the best deal possible.

My wife and I stopped in last Monday evening and looked at some Jeeps. We worked with Jesse and Jordan and I will say it was a pleasure. These guys are professional, courteous and caring. We went back on Friday night and purchased, It was way to easy. It took a minute as they were busy but we understood. We finished with Carson who was thorough and fun. I just got a car yesterday from this company. Each and every single person was welcoming and kind. The salesman that jumped through hoops to put me in a nice dependable vehicle was Jesse Hawkins. There was so many obstacles to get me in a vehicle due to a recent repo on my credit score. He hung in there though and worked with me for 10 hours on the first day I came in.

I had to come in a second day after signing paperwork due to insurance hurdles. Again Jesse spent hours with me to get me running so that I would not be stuck at home without a vehicle. He is honest and dependable. I had nothing but a fantastic experience buying from here and would recommend to all my friends if you want someone who will go an extra mile for you it's Jesse.

Also Carson who handles the financial paperwork made the experience smooth and very personable. He made sure to go over everything I needed to know about my loan and cover any questions I had. The owner really went over and above for me to get me in a good vehicle. Once I rebuild my credit I will most definitely use this company to upgrade. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler as a second vehicle from this dealership. The sales process was easy enough and I was assured that the vehicle was in pristine condition as the salesman knew the previous owner personally. Less than 4 months after purchase the clutch started having issues. The earliest appointment was 6 weeks out for service, and unfortunately the Jeep completely gave out before that.

After I had it towed following the breakdown, I was told by the manager he would only accept it "since I already had an appointment scheduled". This was despite the fact that is was this very dealership I purchased the vehicle from less then 5 months prior. After it sat in the shop for 2 weeks they finally got around to running the diagnostics with the result being a 2600 clutch related repair bill.

If this isn't bad enough, it is not expected to be repaired until the following month. Ultimately despite reasonable sales associates and ease of purchase, the abhorrent service provided by management and service department will prevent me from ever using this dealership for myself or my company cars again. I would strongly advise any potential customers to seek your vehicle purchase and service elsewhere.

The purchasing process of my new Jeep went very smooth. Jesse Hawkins did a great job in customer service and keeping us in the know of the status of our Jeep's arrival to the closing of the sale. We didn't have to wait long for the financing and trade in and we were able to get an unheard of interest rate. Thank you to Jesse for making this experience so easy!
