Mike Nguyen, Tommy Nguyen, Johnny Barbaro and Percy Settle took amazing care of us in our purchase of a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy! We tried to purchase one at another dealership and it fell through due to a very poor sales staff who were not transparent. We came to Johnson Hyundai of Cary and Mike and the staff took good care of us by answering all of our questions, clarifying the purchase process and making us feel like part of the family!

We never felt pressured into any additional purchases or financing we did not feel comfortable with. Not only will you get a top-quality vehicle but top-quality customer care!

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here due to changes in my personal life, I wanted to leave a review for Michael Nguyen and Callie, who were so awesome to work with! I had originally placed a deposit on a KONA, and Callie and Mike were very kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. I like to have written records for all my transactions and they went above and beyond to provide me receipts and documentation and made sure I was comfortable. Mike was also very thorough and clear in his communications and answers to my questions about the car, and I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was being spammed. I highly recommend working with him.

Good people, good service, pricing leaves room for improvement. I have only great things to say about every person I interacted with at Johnson Hyundai, I really do. I even got in and out of the dealership in only 2 hours. I think the sales rep Damion Green was excellent being my agent throughout this process. I just can't leave their pricing policy out of the review. $1200 for transportation to the dealer, $800 dealer admin, $500 for nitro fill, $900 for total care protection (1yr inside/outside detailing and treatment, ) were all non negotiable. This was a conscious business choice. I would happily go back to Johnson Hyundai again. unless someone else isn't marking their prices up;)

I purchased a new Santa Fe from Johnson Hyundai 3 years ago and had a great experience. When it was time to look for a car for my daughter I was happy to see they had some nice used Tucson's available. I reached out via the internet for information on the car I was interested in and received help immediately. The car was so new to the dealership that the Carfax was not yet posted.

I asked for that and received it via email within 10 minutes. I set up an appointment for that evening to look at the car. Everything went smoothly when we arrived and our salesman, Michael Nguyen, answered all our questions and took us for a test drive. We told him we had to think about it and came back two days later to see the car again and to see another Tucson. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we saw the first car fully cleaned and detailed (it was only at the dealership one day when we first saw it) and again took us on a test drive in both cars.

There was no pressure to make a purchase and once we did decide on the second vehicle, everything went very smoothly and we left with the car about 90 minutes later. I've received two follow up phone calls in two days and Michael has helped us with a few questions we had. I've also been very happy with the service department and it's the only place I have taken my Santa Fe.

While the wait for an appointment has increased in the last year, the service I receive is always great. When we're in the market for another car, this will be the first place we look.

Had a new car buying and servicing of old car experience and both were great. Worked with Joe Potter for my new vehicle and his constant communication and response to your calls/messages is what makes a difference. He made sure that things were ready as we needed for pickup and Travis made sure that we understand everything. Although this place is crazy busy all the time, there will be someone to take care of customer and make sure that things go on.

Our experience here was amazing! Sales representative Michael was extremely helpful. During this shortage of cars available, he got us our Tucson three months in advance! Great service and great person. Kept us updated throughout the whole process. Can't imagine a better sales person to buy a car with. Quick and easy.

I've purchased several cars in several states, some with trade-ins, some underwater, some leases, financing agreements, all the above and I never considered a Hyundai until I came here. I have never had a more seamless and enjoyable car buying experience than at this dealership. For me and my purchase, the folks at Johnson Hyundai were no frills, no fuss, no pushing unnecessary stuff into the financing, no BS.

The sales rep Michael was super knowledgeable of our 2022 Ioniq 5 (and that's saying something when comparing to the Ford dealerships and the Mach E's in the area.) My son and I walked in at 2 and walked out at 5 with a newly financed new car and the folks at the dealership were all genuinely excited and happy to see us happy. Great place, great people, great car buying experience.

Ever since my brother got a Hyundai Sonata last year and I got to drive it around a bit, I knew that when it came time to getting my next car, it needed to be a Hyundai. I would never have expected the amazing service that my mother and I received at this location. We were quickly met by a salesman, Michael Nguyen, who was very precise in the types of questions he asked that would lead to a quick car selection.

He was incredibly knowledgeable on the dealership's stock as well as all of the features that went into every car. We were able to pick the perfect car within an hour. He was always doing what he could to help expedite the purchasing process. The only drawback was that it was getting late and there was only one finance person on that night and a long line of customers to get through, so we were waiting for much longer than preferred to get the car and go. However, in return, they offered to provide us with rubber weather floor mats for free because of the delay.

The staff truly made us feel important and were super personable the whole time. I highly highly recommend this dealership for any car purchase. Great variety of cars, lovely staff, professional environment. everything you could want.

I had my car serviced there and they did a good job as far as I can tell. The staff advisor was friendly and worked to get me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time to get a repair I needed for vehicle inspection. However, after it was in the shop, repair ended up taking 3 business days for a relatively simple repair. Also it was difficult to get updates on the ETA. The price seemed reasonable.

So I stopped into the dealership yesterday. I was merely hoping to get a new car. Thanks to our Salesman Mike, Sales Manager Johnny B., and Finance guru Percy, I was able to drive off the lot with my first brand new vehicle. Also, shout out to salesman, Tommy for helping us, too. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful 2022 Hyundai Kona. The service is in incredible.

They didn't push me and they did their best to give me a fantastic deal and they succeeded. Before I drove off the lot, Mike showed me all the features and today, (Sunday) he called to see how we enjoyed our drive home. Thank you to Johnson Hyundai of Cary. You guys are the best in the area!
