Donavan was excellent from start to finish for the purchase of a Subaru Outback. He listened to all of our questions and concerns and made sure that we were completely happy with our final decision. I had the absolute best experience here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. They worked with me to find the car I wanted in my budget. I felt no pressure what so ever. The sales manager Cory Skeen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my experience. 10/10 would recommend and will most definitely be purchasing cars from this specific dealer in the future and referring friends. In addition to my positive experience, I noticed they had a lot of cars on the lot, so plenty of options. I found this wasn't the case at other dealerships.

I had a very positive experience with Jackie at Corwin Ford Reno today. I bought a used Subaru but was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. Jackie is professional and kind, knows her stuff, and went beyond to make sure I was happy. Took time to walk me through the functions and features - again I am buying a Subaru at a Ford dealer; I did not expect her to be so knowledgeable. Well done, Jackie and Chris in Finance. This dealership in my opinion is all about money. They had no interest in us Once they found out what our credit scores were. They were in a rush to get paper signed and to agree on a number to pay for the car, but they were not willing to help out with financing. We asked them to send the credit application to the financing company that we are currently using.

They said they would. But instead sent it to 4 other different financing companies. And chose not to send it to the one that we are currently using even though they have used the financing company in the past. While the Internet manager was helping me, It took them over an hour and a 1/2 To tell me that after we ran the credit that it was going to be hard to get financing for an older vehicle.

Wouldn't not explain why just said that it was hard. And in the middle of me sitting waiting for for them to help me or let me know what's going on, She was working another deal pulling out trucks for another customer who she knew she had a done deal. I would say names, But that's not what I'm trying to do. I'm just trying to let people know to take your business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience! We worked with Preston & he was great! We live in Utah, and he made it so easy and made us feel good about buying a car we had never driven/seen in person. He went the extra mile and took it on a test drive and took some extra pictures for us. They had it delivered to our house and picked up our trade in. I'd buy from them again in a heart beat.

Recently purchased a new car through Corwin Ford using Jacqueline Cordero as our Sales person. She went above and beyond to keep us up to date on car being built, shipped and even handled some last minute changes during my transaction. She was very professional and experienced from being to end. She even wrapped my new car in a bright red bow at delivery. Awesome sales staff and the finance folks are surprisingly good at keeping you in a realistic budget and price range. I was so expecting the stereo typed car sales experience that I was wonderfully surprised at the attention and concern of everyone I dealt with. Carlos Sr. patiently through the whole purchasing process. No pressure and no rushing. Loved the experience!

My only concern was that I asked for less of a warranty and was met with opposition. I laid out what I wanted with the understanding that payments were trying to be at a certain amount between car/trade in and warranty cost with a monthly amount for my goal. Went over and that was my choice but when I'm told we'll work with you.then that's what they should do. Not find ways to milk it

Manager Cheyenne and expert installer Diego went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and took care of the installation process flawlessly. My Explorer looks amazing! Honestly one of if not the best place to buy a car from. They were extremely helpful to me as a first time buyer and helped me find an amazing car right around my price range. I think it was my lucky day to be greeted by Chris. From the very first impression I knew I was in good hands. Chris was very patient with me, he addressed my concerns. He was able to answer my questions. I am not an easy car shopper, but Chris made it very comfortable for me to go through the process and buy my new truck. And when it came to delivery of my car he was very knowledgeable and explained all features and vehicle functions to me and always showed willingness to spend as much time with me as possible to answer all my questions. Chris is very knowledgeable, polite, professional.
