I recently bought a truck from Kenny, a month after owning it, it had a air bag malfunction which made the seatbelt retract. Since I bought the truck used, I just figured it was my problem now, so I stopped in at Joe Bowman and they were not very willing to help me, I was just told by them how much it was going to cost to fix. I called Kenny back to see what to do, he just told me to drop it off at his lot and he would take care of it, and take care of it he did. I have never experienced such tremendous customer service. My next vehicle purchase will be from Kenny's Auto Mart.

Just bought a truck from there. 2014 RAM 2500. Was told the check engine light was from the the turbo actuator and they knocked 1200 off the price. Wrong it was the turbo. Texted TJ and explained it was oh ok and that was it. Also when driving home it started to rain turned on the wipers and the driver side came off luckily I was near some where with a parts store and had to stop and replace the wipers.
How is passed inspection I'm not sure with bad wipers. Then took it to the shop I deal with and it also has bad ball joints on one side plus the lamps on the mirrors don't work at all. So buyers beware. I live 3 hours away so didn't have shop I could take it to so I recommend if you look at one of their trucks you take to a local shop on your test drive to have it looked over well to find the issues. And yes the spray black paint under all their cars to cover rust but luckily there was not much to be had on mine.

Unsure of the gentlemens name that answered but asked for a few up close pictures and salesman was extremely rude and said I took 20 pictures what more do you want. I explained I seen it on Autotrader and lived 4.5 hours away and wanted to make sure it was worth my drive and he proceeded to explain he didn't know what more I wanted from him and acted like the additional pictures were a burden. Next on the truck hunt. Your customer service sucks.

Was interested in a diesel truck here. Immediately they were super hard-sell "That truck is priced at $20,950 and that's the price!" so basically, a horrible first impression. In the pre-purchase check phase there were rust issues that had been concealed by an undercoat. It was a learning experience. In the future, before I ever even consider driving anywhere to check out a used car I will ask if there is negotiating room on the price, and if there isn't.next.
