I purchased a vehicle from here back in September. William was my sales guy and was absolutely amazing. I then sold the vehicle about a month ago. I reached out to Delroy so we could cancel the GAP insurance. I submitted everything over to him that he requested via email and asked to confirm receipt and asked if there was anything else needed. I did not hear back for a couple of days.

I called back and spoke to Delroy. He found the email and told me he would forward the info over to Patricia to process the GAP cancelation. I called back a week later and left Delroy a message just to confirm the information had been sent to Patricia. I asked him to call me back. I never heard back from him after several days. When I called back Patricia was on another call so they sent me to her voice-mail.

I left her a voice mail just to confirm that she received my info and told her to call me back to confirm. Once again several days have passed and no one called me back. I called today to speak to Delroy. He told me it had been sent over and it can take 45 days for the refund thinking I was worried about that. I told him I understand how it works as we buy cars every year.

I was confirming everything was sent over and never heard back. He then told me I wouldn't hear back. I asked him if a customer calls and leaves a message asking for a call back or confirmation on something, you don't call them back? We purchase a new vehicle every year and I will not be back to deal with this company again. Sales are great but if you need someone to call you back. forget it

Went in for oil change and had them take care of all the recall and computer updates need. Ended up having to buy new front tires as mine were in extreme bad shape. David was our service person who took care to keep us up-to-date on progress. Next month back brakes need to be done. Second trip to have my back brakes replaced. David was awesome in his assistant.

I called the service department to bring my vehicle in for service. The female on the phone asked me how many mile I had on my car. Didn't ask what the make or model was. I give her the mileage and she said they couldn't work on it because they have no History on it. Of course you wouldn't have History on if it it had never been in your shop.

I have a 2021 k5 that I had repaired after a bad accident and let me say that although there was a wait time to get it in and it was a lengthy process, the results are incredible! My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. It was a very extensive repair and it was done flawlessly! I could not recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much for such outstanding work and great customer care!

Went for a tire rotation, once (I thought) the job was complete, i drove about a mile down the road and realized the car was making a roaring sound near where the passenger front tire was. Pulled over to see whats what and a lug nut was the ground, with the rest gone and only the wheel lock holding the entire wheel on. Grateful to be able to write this review cause if the wheel lock would've gave up, my brand new K5 would've bit the dust and God forbid me or someone getting hurt. Get your car serviced here at your own risk.

I highly recommend seeking out Demetrius K at this dealership to work with you for your next purchase. He was extremely communicative, attentive, had a great eye for detail and best of all was easy to work with. We had a few special requests and he made sure we got the car we wanted at the best price possible.

Every trip to Kia Atlanta South is excellent experience. Especially their service department. From the time you park your car to the time you pick it up. I will not let No one but Kia South perform service on my car.while you waiting they are always giving you an update

Always Exceptional Customer Service when I take my vehicle in. Love The Auto Service Staff. Tim and Kim are Awesome. I purposefully travel miles to this Kia because of their managing a Super Team of Mechanics. I have been Using this locale for years for auto service and buying of my cars. In this day and time, it is difficult to find People / Business that Really care about you and your concerns instead of only the MONEY they are making. BRAVO! Angelous

Sales manager wouldn't even step outside to speak with my severely handicap husband. That's okay. They lost the sale. Son's Kia gained another sale with Big Country!

So. I bought a 42k vehicle from them in February 2021. I love the vehicle, it's a new Sorento. However, the dealership is a joke. Part of the sell for this vehicle was service. BUT the service department says they are only doing oil changes and they are not accepting appointments. First come, first served. This means a huge waste of time for any customer. Furthermore, my vehicle has a recall.

After finally talking to the sales manager Jason, I was told that the dealership would look at my recall but I would need to be first come first served for that too. Prior phone conversations I was told that they weren't going to do the recall because it's not an oil change. I also, tried to call the corporate customer service line. That number sends you to road side assistance and does not even provide customer service.

I hate to say it, but I would not have bought this KIA if I would have known that the customer service would be so terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay far far far away from this dealership. It's a total mess.

On Jan 11,2021 I was looking to purchase a Kia sedan from this dealer. Corresponded with a gentleman name Ray first by phone then via text. He text me pictures of a 2020 Kia SE less than 10,000 miles. He was very accommodating until I kept asking for the CarFax report. He never sent it. Then on my own I found it. The car had been in a accident a month after its original purchase.

Damage to the Front of the car. Now with this information I ask for further information like who fixed it, did the airbag deploy etc; The next text I received said that the car was sold. It was available and then gone during our textversation.

I must echo the untrustworthiness of this dealership. I went in today to speak with someone about a car. I get home and the sales floor manager/and or the associate have stolen my trade in value paperwork from the other dealership that was on my seat. I have NEVER had something taken from my car at a dealership. I feel violated. While it was only paperwork, it was mine and had my information on it.

I am highly aggravated and urge any and everyone to avoid them at all costs. If they will steal paperwork to keep me from proving my cars value then they will steal anything! Just go somewhere else!

Greeted very well by Nichelle in the service department. She was very courteous. I was getting an oil change and I needed them to check out another issue. I went to the waiting area to sit down. There was a big screen tv and chairs. Make sure your phone is charged before going because their are no outlets in the room. There was a small cooler for cold water for customers.

The cooler was completely empty at 10 in the morning. The service didn't take long at all. They were able to fix two recalls on the car along with the oil change in under an hour. When it was time to check out A guy in the service department helped me. I was asking if they were able to resolve the issue with the passenger seat belt sensor going off when no one or nothing is in the seat. He implied I had no idea what I was talking about. At any rate that scarred my visit. Other than that all was well.

Not sure if I should go with misleading or dishonest. Originally didn't agree on pricing so we left, no harm, no foul. They sent me a series of texts and we agreed to general terms on a deal. When we returned to the dealership they were not willing to actually honor any of the terms from the messages that were only minutes old. Even admitted that they wanted us to come back so we could negotiate a deal.

Even after checking back in several hours later they admitted that nothing about the text deal would be honored. Unfortunate because our sales guy was a really nice guy, we would have loved to buy from him.

I brought a used car from Kia, 2012 Jeep Compass in December 2018 bad decision. This vehicle has been nothing but a headache from the start get one thing fixed then something else go wrong they had it fixed for me before no charge i was thankful for that but no more help with this vehicle i still have to pay for and all these repairs that should have been fixed before this vehicle was sold this is what you call a lemon of a vehicle it has left a sour taste in my mouth very very disappointed now bad experience.

I have bought at least six cars from this dealership over the past 7 years. The sales persons are cheerful and helpful. The finance people, including Jason Berry and Michael Jackson are brilliantly skilled to make the deal as satisfying to the purchaser as possible. Service Manager is very dedicated and service is prompt and done as requested in detail. I can honestly and heartily recommend this dealer.

This Kia location is absolutely untrustworthy. I took my car- Kia Soul 2010 to be serviced because it needed repair for horn. The horn would blow consistently when stirring wheel was turned without me pushing it. I was told from front house person (woman) that the car would go through a diagnosis for a total of $100+ dollars. This is a process in which the entire car is being checked by a machine for problems. Correct?! Secondly, I was assured that the diagnostic fee would go toward any repair fee if any.

The mechanic confirmed there was a problem with the horn and that it would be additional cost of $150+ for repair. The car was fixed immediately and I picked it up the next day. Within less than 2 weeks my car has another problem, which I never heard at all. The car would drive good, but with a knocking when I drove slowly, at least slow enough for me to hear.

I called the office and spoke to the front desk woman again. I explained the problem, and said I had never heard this knocking until I got my car back from your garage. I took the car back and she said there was nothing falling apart or loose on the car, except a small infraction with the suspension. My great concern was, why this wasn't found before.

She wanted to charge me for another service and tell this had nothing to do with Kia garage, and if there was a recent repair made since. I felt like I was being gauged and ripped off by con artist. There was nothing that they wanted to offer.no discount, nothing. There is nothing worse than dealing with people that victimize and prey on people in mechanic/repair.

The courtesy alone is very disappointing and definitely their business. BEWARE. Updated info. Although it's now 2018, it would be more beneficial to you if I explained to you my final outcome. After I left Kia South without trusting and paying them anymore money, I just left with the knocking noise. Something was clearly telling me NOT to trust this company with this crew of people. Anyway, within the next week I was due for a tire rotation.

I went to Tires Plus in Cascade. I explained to the mechanic that my car had been making a knocking noise that I was unsure about and concerned also thinking it may have been my front end axle?! He replied kindly by saying that he'd take a look while rotating my tires. I return to pick up my car and the mechanic says to me. I repaired your knocking problem, it was just a loose screw.

I was damn flabbergasted. I thanked him immediately and asked if there was a charge. His reply was no and insisted not taking a tip and just asked me to keep coming back for service. Please take note and follow your gut if nothing else and especially if your unsure of mechanical problem. And yes, there's still good, honest people in business with integrity first. Good-day!

This business was super helpful! I'm very busy and can't always talk on the phone. Delory(whom I was referred to) made this process seamless. He sold my best friend and I both cars. I was able to send most of my information electronically. Delroy communicated with me throughout the entire process. He didn't hassle me. He was just there to answer any questions I had.

I hate making big purchases so I had to take some time but he wasn't pushy at all. I will say the only bit of feedback is make sure you all spend more time explaining to the customer what they are getting. I wasn't explained about the warranty and perks that came with my Kia. I had to read on it. I believe he did that because he was selling more than one car while I was there but it is important to let people know what they are purchasing. Everything else was great

If I could give them zero stars I would. Oret Burke is a slimy salesmen, who along with the finance staff duped us into buying a 2016 Kia Forte that lost half of its value in less than 6 months, even though it is brand new with nothing wrong with it. He also promised us that we would be able to refinance in 6 months, but when we went there last week he completely backpedaled on his statements, and said that we would not be able to refinance at all! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER! We explained our financial situation to them and they still sold us a car on false pretenses. There service area is also never open when they say it is.

So, buying a car is a monster hassle. Finding one you like, in your price range, financing, terms, conditions.it's a lot to deal with. It's hard to know if you can trust the people 'helping' you. Well, that's just not the case here. Kay (sales rep) and Jason (financing manager) personally helped me and made the entire process seamless and painless!

This dealership operates like a family and really want you to know what you're buying. There was no rush, no fast talk, no angling to get me into something I couldn't comfortably afford. Kia Atlanta South is my dealership from now on. Thanks guys!

I have been buying cars for over 10 years in different states & three of my last four have been Orrette. Ask for him because he has been the best car salesman we have ever dealt with! After our recent purchase of a 2015 Kia Cadenza on Thursday, he has earned our business for life! He is nothing like most car salespeople, as he never pressures us! We tell him what we want & he makes it happen!

I recently had surgery and he was very empathetic and considerate even called to see how I was feeling after the sale! Be sure to ask for him & tell him you read CJ's Yelp post about him. Everyone works hard to earn your business. Even the service department is great! I'm looking forward to purchasing the 2016 Cadenza from them next year!

Omg! Long story short.discharged chapter 7. Received letter in mail from Delroy. Letter said 0 down. Went today left with 2015 kia soul! Delroy was great he did not make me feel bad for having a bankruptcy. I had a remarkable experience!

My husband and I were going through a bankruptcy, and needed 2 new cars. We were given a quote by Dione over the phone and told to come in that day. We did and they stuck by everything that they had told us right down to the down payment. The only minor glitch was that the payment went up by a few dollars per month, but it was literally a few dollars.

We purchased a brand new 2014 Kia Soul and when the bankruptcy closed we went back and they worked with us again. On last night we purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Orrette. So far we couldn't be happier and would recommend them to everyone in need of a great car with great service!

Buyer beware, Kia does not honor warranty. Has given me 3 excuses why they do not have to honor a warranty, Now I have to pursue things through the legal system at my own expense. Very upsetting and very costly. I would never recommend buying a Kia.
