To be honest I have not had very much use for car dealerships but Kia of Anderson has changed my opinion. Everybody that I dealt with at Kia of Anderson was really helpful and worked to do what was best for me and not for them. Randy in service gave me options on what to do with a trade-in that I had. Brandon in sales is a super nice guy and put me in a vehicle that was dependable and in my price range. Caleb got the paperwork done quick and easy and it was a good experience at Kia of Anderson. Next time I need a vehicle I will be going to Kia of Anderson.

We were in need of a much better vehicle than we had. We did have some limitations though financially. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure that he could get everything to fall in line with what we needed (obviously within reason). He also took the time to explain all of the car features to us before leaving the lot. So we would have immediate knowledge of the vehicle before leaving and ask questions as needed.

I did forget everything already though . He was patient and kind to us, but also my kids (they're a handful). There wasn't a single person there that wasn't pleasant. Everyone was so upbeat and kind. Good vibes all the way around. We will definitely do business again with them in the future!

Jesse Brasher is amazing! I went in on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a vehicle. He was very inviting and extremely communicative. I love that he was knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was more than willing to assist me. Honestly, I had been to a few car dealerships in Anderson and no one even approached me to see how I was, what I was interested in, or if they could assist. Jesse had superior customer service and stayed in contact with me for consistently to ensure that I was aware of my options and to help me with the purchase of my car!

I had a very enjoyable experience and without hesitation would recommend that others will utilize him as their sales representative! Thanks again for an incredible experience!

I have received the best service from Kia of Anderson. Randy the service manager went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. We needed a new engine and our warranty did not want to cover it. He worked closely with the warranty company and was finally able to get them to cover it. Once it was fixed, he even called back to let us know the overall state of our vehicle and what else he recommended to fix.

I believe we were without our car for a total of 2 months and Randy made sure to stay in touch with us to keep us updated. He offered us the best customer service during an extremely stressful time for us. Kia of Anderson is so lucky to have a supervisor like Randy. He deserves a raise! Thanks so much for all of your help.

Our sales rep Hannah and the whole team were amazing to work with and took great care of us! My son was my little sidekick in the purchasing process and he felt very included and welcomed by everyone. I feel like they were all genuinely happy for us and left feeling like we were treated right. This is our fourth vehicle from Kia of Anderson and we're happy to do business with them!

These guys worked very hard on this car and stayed professional despite my attitude and my Mom's frustration. It took them about three times to finally get the problem solved that would turn the engine light off but they kept at it and got it done. I want to thank Randy and Manager Joe for putting up with me and my family and staying pro the entire time.

Thank you guys for taking care of my Mom's car. Andy did a good job and was very good at explaining technical information to me. I'd say he's a pro mechanic. The only issue and complaint I have is that they need to inform their customers every single day they intend to keep the vehicle overnight. That was where most of our frustration came from. That was the main reason I only gave four stars. Anyway, I would take my car there again. They got the job done and I know it wasn't easy. Thanks!

Outstanding car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and listened to my needs/wants. I was a out of state buyer and they had no problem getting me all the information I needed and more pictures of the vehicle when asked in a timely manner. Easily one of the best experiences I've had at/from a dealership. In a market that is crazy with prices at this time I purchased a vehicle that I thought was a fair price and in great condition! Thank you guys for everything.

Nothing but good things to say about our car buying experience at Kia of Anderson. Jesse our salesman, Mike the sales manager and Jennifer from the finance department all were super friendly, helpful and treated us like family. Seemed like they all genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of and satisfied with the deal without being pushy at all.

Which in my experience is VERY hard to find at dealership's. Am an out of towner and drove 2.5 hours one way to purchase this vehicle but honestly would do it again on another vehicle purchase if these same people are still there. Thanks again!

Highly recommended for customer service, quality and efficiency. Brandon was incredible to work with. He was very understanding of exactly what we wanted. He is responsive, he is patient, professional and kind. He stayed late with us to make sure we got exactly what we came for. We had an absolute wonderful experience at KIA of Anderson with each person we interacted with and I will certainly go back again.

Pretty unfriendly once they find out you're not there to buy. They were nice at first, then they find out I need service, and although my vehicle is still covered under the manufacturer warranty, they go out of their way to try and not cover anything, really. I asked a question concerning my tires to a woman working in service and she said "it's an alignment and it's not covered" before I could even get a full sentence out. I definitely will not be going to Kia of Anderson when I'm ready to trade in my current Kia.

I live out of state and called them! They were incredibly attentive to every detail of the financing/leasing that I wanted. Brock (salesman) was very quick to respond and super transparent. When I got there, the Brock had the car ready for me, even though I was out of state. It felt great that they were trusting us and holding the car for us, especially in todays market with VERY limited inventory.

The manager greeted us as well and everyone was super friendly. The pricing was more aggressive than most of the southeast as a whole, and they were upfront with the pricing and transparent. I was very happy with every aspect of the sale.

I had my first oil change at Kia of Anderson after purchasing my 2021 Kia Soul. I was very pleased. The procedure was done in a timely manner and everyone was pleasant and professional. While I was told that my first two oil changes would be free I fully expected that there would be some hidden cost. Not so. My balance was zero. In addition they checked the whole car. I was more than happy with the whole experience, especially with how quickly the work was done.

We needed a family car. After shopping around, we purchased a Kia Sorento from Kia of Anderson. Brandon made the process quick and easy. He was friendly and helpful and worked with us to get the interior and exterior of the vehicle fixed for us to enjoy for many years to come. Caleb, in financing, was a great guy and got us out the door quickly with all the needed paperwork and insurance updates. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable vehicle.

I live in Atlanta GA and I was in the market for a used Ford Ranger. In Atlanta it's been challenging at best to find one that would be in my price range and be in a condition that I would accept. The Ranger that Kia of Anderson had in stock checked both of those boxes based on the advertisement. I called the dealer and spoke with Jesse, who was very upfront with the details of the ranger (both good and bad).

I attempted to put a deposit for the Ranger over the phone, but was informed that on pre-owned vehicles that was no longer available since the inventory was so low and they are now first come first serve. I asked Jesse to text me if anyone looked at the Ranger, and call if they decided to buy since I then drove to the dealership knowing that other customers may arrive before I did.

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Brandon who called for Jesse. Thankfully the truck was still there but Jesse was out of the office at the time so Brandon took it upon himself to show the truck and let me test drive. Brandon was professional and courteous. Jesse returned and he finished the car purchase. The truck was just as described by Jesse, with no surprises. All of the people of Kia of Anderson that I came in contact with were great and made the purchase experience an enjoyable one. Much appreciated

So. saw the Kia of Anderson, SC Facebook ad for the "Billy Buyout" offer which was offering $5k over KBB value. So, since I was going to be visiting my daughter in Greenville, I decided to make the the required appointment and drive over to Anderson. Sounded like a good opportunity to get a new car. We owe nothing on our current car so no complications there.

After the "Billy" inspection, I was told the KBB value was just a little over $4k. That was lower than that what I pulled it up myself on the KBB website but my thought was. well, $4k plus the "Billy Buyout" offer of $5k over KBB. that should work. When I mentioned the ad, I was told no. the total trade in value they would allow is $4k. Wait, WHAT?!? So, the Facebook ad was bogus!

There is no $5k above KBB just a straight $4k. This is absolutely false advertising and the normal car lot slight of hand, so to speak. What a complete waste of time. Not to mention, who would want to do business with a dealership that uses deceptive advertising.

I had a great experience with Kia of Anderson. I bought a new 2016 Kia Cadenza and the transaction was the smoothest, most professional and friendliest I can remember. The deal they offered was much, much better than I was getting in Atlanta and it was worth the less than 2 hour drive. When I got there Tricia had the car detailed, programmed and ready to go.

Her tour of the car's features and controls was the most comprehensive I have had. She has been selling Kia's for 12 years and really knows the cars. Teresa in the internet department was also terrific, quickly responding to questions and relaying information. There were none of the usual games in the finance department and I felt respected and valued during the whole process. The dealership is efficient with a hands on GM who sets a high standard for the rest of the staff.

Pretty good dealer, the service department is friendly but they had some problems with their mechanics for a while, but they fired a bunch of them now and it seems to be a lot better, we've bought all 5 or so cars we've had from there.

I went up there to look at a kia with my nephew. He is in the Air Force and I didn't want him screwed over by dealerships around his airbase. Without any credit yet they said he needed a co-signer in order to get it. I repeatedly asked the salesperson, Presley, if I co-signed would it show up on my credit due to me planning on buying a car this week.

She repeatedly said it wouldn't unless I took over the loan. I agreed to co-sign. I asked the finance person repeatedly the same thing. She also said it wouldn't show on my credit report. Went to buy my car today and was turned down due to already having a car loan. Went back to dealership and the finance person denied that I even asked even though I have 3 witnesses that were in there. These people will lie to anyone in order to make a deal.

Recently I was in looking at Kia Optima's at Kia of Anderson and they were very helpful and had a large selection to choose from. The salesmen didn't pressure me to buy anything and were more than helpful!

By far the worst car dealership. I purchased a car in 2010 with an extended warranty, which I had 14 days to cancel. Within three days, I cancelled the warranty. However, for two years I have been battling to receive the money back. On August 8, 2012, I found out the extended warranty was cancelled in August 2010 and the check from the warranty company was cashed by Kia of Anderson in August of 2010. Kia of Anderson never sent the check to my loan company and just deposit the money into their account.

They are the worst car dealership ever. So for two years, I gained extra interest on my car loan due to their unprofessionalism and organization. Also, they are always hiring a new financial advisor, obviously they cannot keep workers. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PURCHASING A CAR FROM HERE.
