I went to Kindle to buy my first car and I can say the experience was amazing! Shaun was really easy going and helped me navigate my way through the whole process with ease! Lacks customer care and service. Lacks knowledge on Jeeps and is unable to identify issues. Sold us a Broken 2022 vehicle and gives us nothing but lack of effort and laziness on their part. Shows no compassion for the situation they are putting us through. I do not recommend them.

Worst seller and service in the world definitely don't go and don't buy anything! The mustang I bought 1 month ago, I only drove a thousand miles and the brakes of the car broke! Then I went to the service, I had a reservation and they made me wait 6 hours for nothing, they said I had to pay 600$ just to check it out I waited 6 hours. Definitely do not choose, you will regret it!

I took my car to the Kindle Ford Plaza on 01/11/2022 to get a new battery. The service this dealer provides is "SUPERB". I was assisted by Steven who was kind, understanding and respectful. In addition, their waiting lounge is clean and welcoming with coffee, water and snacks. I would highly recommend this place to service your car. The staff and the service are FANTASTIC.

Fran Adelizzi, General Manager of Kindle Auto Plaza, is a dishonest and dishonorable person. The Lincoln Certified Vehicle program is a lie. I bought a "certified" Lincoln in September. Service technician confirmed flat spots and cupping on tires due to extended time setting on lot. Adelizzi said he would replace 2 tires. When vehicle was in service department to have tires installed, he called me and said he would not lose money on me and to go to Chapman for my vehicle needs.

Excellent experience. Russell Coombs was my salesman. Knowledgeable, courteous and I felt like I was dealing with my son. Russ programmed my phone to match the vehicle, and explained everything to me, simplifying my experience. Everything was ready when I got there, including test drive and a full tank of gas, I was there just under two hours. I highly recommend Kindle auto and ask for Russ!

We ended up purchasing a car from this dealer, out of state. We had a particular car we wanted, with a specific color combination. We waited for a week to get the call regarding the cars availability to pick it up. We finally flew in to get the keys and drive it back to our state and one of the items we waited for was regarding it going through "reconditioning". That-to me-meant it would be detailed.

When the car reach home, as only one of us could fly out to pick the car up since we have 2 small children, I discovered how absolutely DISGUSTING it was from previous owners. I spent the better half of 3 days and a total of 10 hours cleaning it up. I then today, picked up the car from a professional detailer to see if he could get the car's outside in better shape and thankfully he could. The issue there was we had to spend $600.00 in order to get the exterior cleaner.
