Lake Country Chev-Cadillac

Called today about a truck Ricky said someone just got finished test driving it, I asked if he was buying it the manager said he would let them know on Monday. I told them I wanted and manager said first one with money buys it. So I gave all my information and said I would pick it up Monday morning because I live 4 hours away. Hour and half later they call back and say it sold to test driver, sounds like they called him back. Once you leave business and no deposit sounds like I was next. I guess there words don't mean anything.

Wow what an amazing job they did. I was here out of town working and my truck broke down with major issues. I took it here excepting the worse. They did everything they said they would and faster than they anticipated. Awesome job and customer service can't thanks y'all enough!

Not sure what happened in the last six months, but these guys used to be good. Now you can walk in and see that no one wants to be there; no smile, no greeting, just drudgery all around. Whatever the reason, the quality of their work has massively suffered. Twelve days of waiting and nearly $1000 for them to misdiagnose an electrical issue is just too much.

Now at day sixteen without a work truck, projects piling up, and not a single update unless you call them first. All of this while auto manufacturers are making record profits on new car sales. It's enough to make you sick to your stomach.

Ricky the salesman was great took care of every detail. Jim the GM helped me so much with the financial part of the deal.even the service Mgr came by to say hi.

Great no hassle. Got me what I wanted and then got me in and out quickly. Only dealership I deal with. Great sales team.

Jim McCasland found us a truck like we wanted when they seemed unavailable everywhere. Jim took care of all details and delivered truck to our home over 300 miles from dealership. This was the easiest i have ever bought a new vechicle. I would and will definitely buy from Lake Country again. Very happy with the entire "buy" process. c

First off your personal do not inform on the extent of damage they just tell you that they can either fix it or replace it, but in reality it couldn't be fixed and charge you for that then you have to pay to replace it. They have someone that works there that goes through any and all of the belongings that you have in your vehicle and steals what they want and then call your a liar about someone going through your stuff and stealing.

The person that calls to give you information about the extent of your damages does not give you all of the information needed for a customer to make the necessary decisions to fix the vehicle correctly and then wants to act like they do in front of their boss to get a pat on the back.

I do like the service, but with a reduction in workforce and product availability they are very slow. I trust them, but I need my car repaired quicker than they can currently perform.

Everybody was very nice, coffee was there if I wanted it and so was the popcorn which I did eat some because I got pretty hungry. I met two new salesmen there and they were very nice. Johnathon is my salesman and he's downright good people. I missed not seeing Bradley in the service department. He was always a pleasure to do business with and treated customers dignity.

A great guy. I didn't really take the time to get to know the nice lady in the service department, my apologies to her. I'll for sure will be back for another oil change. Everybody at Lake Country Chevorlet gets a 10+ in my book

My new-to-me, and fairly new in general, car started vibrating while I was driving it and gave a check engine code. I called and was told that they were booked out two weeks but that I could take it and they could get it worked in. I got a call the next day about it, but the code had expired (my fault). The next day it had a code again and I took it in.

They told me again that they would work me in when they could. The next day I got a call telling me what was wrong and that it had already been fixed! My biggest worry was not getting to see my family for Easter because of car issues but the wonderful people at Lake Country Chevrolet made sure my car was well taken care of. I am beyond impressed by them!
