Overcharged, but the Land Rover in Akron is even worst. Here is still better.

Dealership offered 4-5k less than 2 other stores did for my trade. If you're looking to sell your vehicle, take it elsewhere. Stay away.

WORSE WARRANTY SERVICE EVER.THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR. SAY THEY DID THE REQUIRED SERVICES & COLLECT THE MONEY FROM WARRANTY. I DROP MY CAR OFF FOR A WARRANTY CHECK.THE SHOP FLOOR MANAGER AND ALEXA LIED. WHEN I WENT TO PICK MY CAR UP AND DRIVE IT BACK HOME WHICH I LIVE AN HR AWAY. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND MY LOW COOLANT LEVEL WAS LOW. THEY CHARGED MY WARRANTY FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND SAID THEY TOP OFF MY FLUIDS BUT IN ALL ACTUALITY. THEY JUST NEVER DID! WHEN I CONFRONTED ALEXA AND HER SHOP MANAGER THEY SAID. MAYBE YOU HAVE A LEAK.HOW? WHEN MY CAR WASNT LEAKING PREVIOUSLY AND STILL ISNT AFTER I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL COMMIT WARRANTY FRAUD!

If I can give 0 to this place I would. I purchased 3 Rovers from them totaling over 200k and they have no customer appreciation whatsoever! I was getting my rims touched up after their tow truck service damaged them with chains and they did bad job and charged me for 4 rims and when I complained about bad color match on one rim they said they haven't done that one yet bill was for 4 rims not 3.

I had to call customer service to file a complaint because manager didn't want to do anything about it. I just recently called to give them a second chance and to change my tires, vipers, oil and alignment and asked if there was any specials for Black Friday like every other place has and there is nothing! Absolutely disappointing considering oil change is 3 times more expensive than any other places!

I asked for complimentary alignment like everyone else is doing and got a very angry NO! NO HOLIDAY SPIRIT AND NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION! Will not be spending a penny more ever again in this place! I highly suggest to everyone to be ware and stay away!

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR SERVICE! THEY TOOK THREE MONTHS AND NEVER FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK. I TAUGHT MYSELF TO READ WIRING DIAGRAMS AND FIGURED IT OUT IN 3 DAYS! AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES "TECHNICIANS" THEY AREN'T EVEN MECHANIC'S! TWO SIMPLE RELAYS THAT ARE PICTURED ON THE STICKER ON MY GLOVE BOX AND NOBODY THOUGHT TO LOOK AT THEM? DAVIS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IS A JOKE! THEY ALSO CALLED ME A LIAR AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS BROKE BEFORE THEY DID ANYTHING! THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE FUSE BOX! TWICE! AND STILL DIDNT NOTICE THE RELAYS! THEN THEY SAID WE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU, SORRY! HORRIBLY DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES! JUST LOOK UP THEIR SERVICE REVIEWS! TRASH COMPANY!

If I could give Land Rover Solon more than 5 stars, I would. Rick did an excellent job and met all of my expectations and then some by helping me order my new Range Rover Sport. He was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Zach is also top-notch. He helped me set up my Land Rover app and sat in my car with me and went over all of the features and buttons. He did an excellent job teaching me about all of the bells and whistles my car has to offer and answered all of my questions.

Recently bought my 2021 Discovery Sport Tamera was very helpful and friendly. The process was super easy and took less than hour from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming.

It only took a few minutes to drop off my Range Rover, tell them what services I wanted, and to be given the keys to a very nice loaner. Later that day I received a text with the costs and I told them to go ahead with the services. Some of the services required parts to be ordered so it took several days for me to get my Range Rover back, which was expected. Steve kept me updated on the progress throughout! I was very happy with the work they did and their detailing was amazing! I will never take my Range Rover anywhere else!
