Sales person Renee was awesome. Service Department and Detailers not so good. bought truck needed some work left it there had to bring it back two additional times. Detailing less than acceptable. Asked them to clean out a rodent nest and they didn't do it. Had to bring it back then they still didn't clean it all out. Truck is great now, after I personally cleaned it out and detailed it, but a customer shouldn't have to go through all this. wanted to keep the money local. but won't be going back ever again.

I got an interior care detail cleaning and it was amazing! My car really needed it. My sister told me to not get too excited, that it won't feel like a new car or anything. But when she saw how good it looked after she laughed and said Nevermind, that's a new car! I was shocked. I sat in it for 10 min just in awe and then cried a little bit. I really needed that. Like a fresh start. Thank you liberty bay auto!

These guys are very helpful and fair. I've had them detail cars, replace glass a handful of times on different vehicles, and install stereo and security alarm componets. Always promt and perfect work. I've met with multiple managers and they really take care of people and work until the customer is happy. Thank you Liberty Bay Auto!

Can't say enough about this place. Bought my first used car here a few years back, had multiple problems but they always fixed it no problem. well i now drive a new suv from hyundai. i bought it at larson hyundai of tacoma. the service there has been atrocious. one week towards the end of last year, i needed to make an appointment for an oil change. they said their system was down and couldnt get me in. a week later, i called and they said 3 weeks out. fast forward to this week, i called my dealership up and wanted to schedule an oil change. they said the earliest they could get me in is may 26th! almost a whole damn month! mind u i was already passed my service date. i made a call to liberty bay, spoke to Ranay and she got me in today (just 3 days later).

She has always been a great service clerk, prompt with answering phone calls and emails. Always a positive and happy attitude. not only did they change my oil, they washed my car and vacuumed out the interior! my dealership only changed my oil the last time, nothing else. this is how you retain customers, outstanding customer service. my car runs beautifully but i have been very tempted to trade it in for a toyota or a company that is known for better customer service. but hell, if i can get great service here, i will continue to bring it in! i have free oil changes for the first two years at my dealership, but i would gladly pay out of pocket for great service like this. You guys are awesome, keep doing what u are doing!

While recently looking at new cars, we had the pleasure of meeting Nathan, a sales representative with Liberty Bay Auto. We test drove a vehicle with Nathan, and he was very informative about the car, explaining in good detail of the features as well as what we could expect with maintenance for it. This young man was respectful, nice, and knew his product well!

Car shopping is exceedingly difficult with toddler twins. Nathan Gehrke, our salesman at Liberty Bay did a wonderful job working with our super tight schedules and limited availability. Nathan was kind, honest and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond finding us exactly the car we were looking for and negotiating a great price for our trade in.

I have avoided dealerships like the plague in the past but I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Nathan held his word on every commitment and there were no surprises at closing. 10/10 Recommend Nathan and the whole team at Liberty Bay Auto. We will be back.

We are new to the area and needed a truck for our family. We are frequently in and out of Poulsbo, so I dropped by to see what they had available. Long story short, I ended up buying our truck from LBAC. Nolan was our salesman and he was very helpful and exceedingly friendly. They also gave us really great value on our trade-in. We absolutely would purchase from them again and fully intend to shop for a small car for my wife there soon.

We love using Liberty Bay for our auto maintenance! Their work has always been thorough and complete, and the service team is friendly and on top of it with excellent communication. They came to us on a good recommendation when we moved up here, so it was great to find someone trustworthy right away.

The Pandemic has taken another once-great Kitsap County business (Liberty Bay Auto) and turned it into a mush of really bad customer service. Purchased a 2004.5 Kia Spectra there in 2005, and had regular service done there since. Not anymore (details from me if queried). If you feel the need to go or return to Liberty Bay Auto in the future, I would suggest you avoid the auto-service department, or even the business totally.

They have been destroyed by the pandemic and very bad choices in managerial directions. There's MUCH better auto sales/service locations out there. just gotta know and search.

Best place I've ever experienced in customer service! I chose Liberty Bay auto for my Honda service needs after seeing prior reviews and the outstanding service repair for my husbands Pontiac a few weeks earlier. Very top notch! They offer a shuttle and loaner car if needed. I couldn't be happier with them! Thank you to the team at Liberty Bay Auto!

Liberty has been our go to service center for a few years now. They've always done a great job with routine services on our Toyota, and VW and the more substantial work on our former Subaru. We never had to have any work re-visited. Plus the detail shop has a quick turnaround and is very reasonably priced. One of my favorite aspects is how good they are with their communication and keeping us informed.

We had to get our ignition replaced on our Dodge truck. I was able to order the part and they were able to get us right in to replace and reset it. They were well priced and great service! They even washed the truck for us! Nice waiting area as well!

Super disappointed in you guys Car was towed there on Dec 22 2021 received call it would be looked at after Christmas never heard a word called Dec 28th was told Renee dropped the ball on the intake so apologetic and that you would gfind out what was going on and get back to me again no one ever did! Called back Fri Jan 7th and was finally told what was wrong sat there for almost a month told it had to be worked on by a dealer ok so I finally get a tow schedule and you won't release my car until I pay you 283 dollars?!?!

Seriously disappointed in you guys! A month with no car could have had this taken care of weeks ago I used To continually refer you as I work for the Ferries definitely won't anymore!

I took my 2005 Ford F150 pickup to Liberty Bay Auto to get my oil pressure gage fixed. They told me that the whole instrument cluster needed to be replaced and ordered a new one from the factory. After they installed the new instrument cluster and I drove my truck home, on the way home all the dash lights, radio and gages, including the speedometer rpm gage and all the fuel and oil and stopped working and check engine light came on.

I took the truck back to them and they said it was a factory defect with the new instrument cluster. After returning the truck to them 4 times to fix all the issues with the instrument panel the radio still doesn't work and they said it would cost $500 minimum to replace the factory radio and they don't know why it quit working. I think they shorted out something in the dash while working on the original issue but I have no proof and they wouldn't admit to screwing it up.

After spending thousands of dollars to fix an oil pressure gage I don't trust them any more and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have taken all my vehicles exclusively to them over the last 20 years to work on but now I need to find a new auto shop to work on my vehicles. Don't let the shiny pretty facility deceive you into thinking they are a quality business

I am so thankful for this company. Not only did they fix my car in a timely and fair-priced manner, but they treated me with a lot of respect. I feel like a lot of times car shops talk to women more demeaning, but that was not AT ALL my experience. I really felt heard, not judged, but most importantly, my car was fixed!

Liberty Bay always provides quality service and their staff is kind. We've purchased our last two cars with them and have continued to feel like we're in good hands. Liberty Bay rocks!

My family has purchased four cars from Liberty Bay Auto in the last ten years. Kevin helped me with the first two with great professionalism and kindness. The second two cars I purchased from Nathan who is knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. All the services at Liberty Bay Auto have been top-notch as well. It's also a pleasure to be in the show room which is well-appointed and friendly.

I have never experienced high pressure sales or sexist treatment at Liberty Bay, unlike the national dealerships in the area where I have also purchased two cars. I'll return to Liberty Bay Auto for all my future cars.

I had my Dodge Ram Truck detailed at Liberty Bay. I have had them do this multiple times to multiple vehicles because they do great work at a fair price. Exactly how everyone should conduct business. The next time I have a vehicle that needs detailed it will go to Liberty Bay to be done. Highly recommended!

I recently bought a truck from liberty bay. Renee helped me through the whole thing. She was fantastic, super down to earth and genuine. I was a first time car buyer and she made the process seamless. Additionally, Colton in finance helped me get a great rate, made me rethink purchasing the thing outright. Would recommend! My parents have also bought several vehicles from them as well, great local place that treats you well.

Excellent service. Everyone was nice and treated me with respect even though they were really busy. I appreciate that they fixed my car without trying to upsell me on any unnecessary services. Car is running great again, thanks!

I brought my two vehicles in for routine maintenance. Eric was the Service Writer. The appointments were made for me on days in the same week as when I called. Eric was waiting for me when I arrived and listened to my concerns with the minor repair & maintenance issues. He made some very good recommendations. The vehicles were repaired and serviced in a very timely manner and a shuttle was available for me if I needed it.

When I picked up the vehicles they had been washed and vacuumed by the Auto Center. Watta great surprise. The prices for the repairs were fair and Eric, again, made some additional recommendations for when I bring the cars in next time. More importantly, I felt confident that the appropriate work was professionally completed, and, there were no suggestions that I should consider for "unnecessary" items and repairs.

I'd like to add that this facility is very clean and the waiting area is extremely comfortable. The coffee pot is always filled and they have a refrigerator with creamers and other drinks. This auto repair business is, by far, the nicest, cleanest and most efficient auto center I have ever been to (and I've been to dozens and dozens in my lifetime). I'll be a returning customer.

Went by earlier today to get my low beam light bulb replaced for my front right head lamp. They did it for free no charge because I purchased a light bulb from a different place. The guy who helped me even fixed my left head light bulb because it was loose. No wonder I couldn't see sh/t at night. To sum it up. Service was friendly and they were able to fix it last minute. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Sean in the automotive maintenance area was phenomenal! He did a diagnostic on an older vehicle of mine that unfortunately would cost a great deal to repair. Basically, more than the car was worth. Liberty Bay allowed me to store the car on the lot without charging me storage until the salvage company could tow it. I then had purchased a Mercedes and had LB do an oil change. Sean did a thorough inspection of my vehicle in addition to the oil change.

He was informative. Always, kept in touch with what was going on with my old car and recommendations on my new car. That thankfully only requires oil changes at this point. I have also worked with Kevin Hogan in the past who has great communication and provides excellent customers service. I couldn't be happier with Liberty Bay and I will never take my cars or my families cars anywhere else! Thank you Sean and Liberty Bay crew!

Called and phone was answered by a real person. Appointment was approximately a week out. All of the service staff were friendly and accommodating. Work appears to be done correctly in price appears to be in line. Pleasant experience and I would return.

Great service. People behind the counter in service always are friendly and help me with all my car needs. They always do the good work on my vehicle. The sales personal are so friendly and nice to talk with while you wait for your vehicle to get out of service. Defiantly recommend bringing your vehicle in if it is in need of any service as they are usually timely about getting it done and fairly priced.

Kept my car for over two weeks, little to no communication, had to return car because first 'repair' didn't work, paid them over $750 and my car is back to square one, still broken. reached out to let them know it was still having issues and didn't get any response. don't go here!

Lately I've put a lot of cash into my F-150 Harley Davidson edition. It's no fun. I'm pleased that Liberty Bay Auto Center is right down the road. I trust their diagnosis and the few issues I've had have been minor and quickly made right. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and helpful - starting with the folks who greet you as you walk in the front door. Liberty Bay Auto Center is a Poulsbo icon. I, for one, am glad they continue to do well.

Just picked up my car--it had been detailed. Wow! I mean wow! They did the best job I have ever seen. The car was looking pretty rough--bugs on the outside and food and dog fur on the inside.really impressed with nice job- I love my car again.

My Explorer was beyond dirty. I've tried vacuuming it myself, wiping down all the surfaces.it looks ok but can never get all the dirt or hair out. I even had straw stuck to the backseat liners. I've had a truck detailed in Bremerton at an auto detail company, not a good job. I thought I would take a risk and have Liberty Bay Auto take on this enormous job.

They already do my oil changes, so why not. They kept the vehicle for two days. I could not believe my eyes when I picked it up. It was just as clean as when I bought it. Not a single dog hair (how is this possible), not a piece of dirt or dust. No cleanser smell.just absolutely pristine. Best money spent.can't get a better auto detail anywhere, guaranteed. We have been here a few times to look at cars and the experience was alway A plus, I bought my truck here and the whole team was amazing from getting a good price and getting me on my way stress free. I still drive the truck and can't wait to buy our next car from them, we always try to visit other places but we are often disappointed.

I can't say enough amazing things about this shop. Had the car fully detailed interior, exterior, and engine bay. Also had them do a little body work on the side view mirror. All work was impeccable, service team was super professional, and the shuttle service was great. Even had a minor issue during service, which they called and brought to my attention, and even corrected it on the house.

They will be my go-to auto center going forward for all new vehicles, service, etc. Big shoutout to Jarrett and Josh, you both did an amazing job and provided a great experience.

Liberty Auto detailed my 2007 Honda. When I got my car back it looked like it just rolled out of the show room. My headlights were really cloudy from years of parking outside and no other detailer had cleaned them, but Liberty had them looking like new. I didn't know that was possible. I have received so many compliments on my car since the detailing.

I have purchased all of my cars here. Love the prices, selection and service. Recently I had my 1997 Toyota detailed. It had serious oxidation. They picked it up from my office and delivered it back on time. I wasn't expecting much from such and old paint job. WOW. I was blown away. Looks and feels brand new!

Came here wanting to get a paint correction, but was told that it wasn't necessary and they could get most of the swirl marks/scratches out with a really good external detail. Paid $250 for a detail that didn't get out any scratches, wax came off after it rained once, all the swirl marks are still there. Oh and they didn't even bother trying to get off the bug splatters. Waste of money.

We went to Liberty Bay to look at a lower cost (about $5K) used car. were EXTREMELY high pressured to only look at ~$15k used cars that qualified for 1st time buyer/no credit financing. Definite bait & switch. We repeatedly tried to leave, yeah. that didn't happen. When we questioned why all of the cars our daughter was being shown were so far over suggested Kelley Blue Book pricing we were told KBB didn't apply to their cars because the car's at Liberty come with free lifetime oil changes and were so thoroughly mechanically inspected.

When processing our daughter's credit app Liberty tried to repeatedly get our social security #s & signatures. uh, no! Fortunately due to weekend and daughter not having current vehicle insurance, she did not leave the lot with a vehicle. THANK GOD! Our daughter did pay a "100% refundable no questions asked" deposit of $1,000. Not sure if you have to request the refund in 48 or 72 hours - but the approval process for financing would literally take up the entire window to request your deposit back. Fortunately Dad caught read that fine print and had that changed. Liberty tried to slip it back in again, had to stand our ground. clock didn't start ticking until Liberty gave her an answer on finding first.

As expected, in spite of Liberty Bay's assurances to the contrary, our daughter was denied financing due to lack of credit - surprise! When we asked to test drive the $5k car (STILL on their website) it was supposedly not available for showing. Husband & I decided to co-sign for our daughter since we live out of state and didn't want her driving an unreliable vehicle.

We called our credit union to set up the financing & figured out daughter could just one if Liberty Bay's first time buyer cars - except the credit union refused to finance ANY of the "first time" cars Liberty had to offer - even with our daughter's $1,000 down payment, BECAUSE LIBERTY BAY'S CARS WERE ALL SO EXCESSIVELY OVERPRICED! We had our daughter request her deposit back - yeah, definitely not a no questions asked process.

They had the nerve to insist we switch financing from our credit union to their lenders because then the price wouldn't be an obstacle! It took a lot of pushing but daughter did get her deposit back. She also got the same model car as one of Liberty's first time deals - only it had fewer miles & is a higher trim model with all of the bells & whistles. oh yeah, it was also almost $5,000 cheaper! (Thank you Olympia Jeep!) TLDR; Liberty Bay high pressure sales + bait & switched our 18 yo from a $5k car to a $15K car because it qualified for no-credit-established financing.

Mom & Dad arranged financing through credit union after Liberty Bay's in house financing failed. C/U wouldn't finance any of Liberty Bay's vehicles because they were too far above actual value. Liberty Bay continued their shenanigans by resisting returning daughter's deposit & insisting we (the parents) switch financing from C/U to them! Got sweet car from dealership in Oly that was $5k less & better car.

Great service and the technician Michael that worked on my car was the best! He was very detail oriented and went through my car with a fine tooth comb. I can not recommend him enough. I do a lot of driving and I know my family and I are safe for our upcoming travels now that he fixed my car. I did not feel pressured to make unnecessary repairs or upgrades like a lot of other places.

Fantastic and a breath of fresh air for an auto shop. We needed to sell our car fast for a move. It took less than 1.5 hours. No pressure, fair pricing and just really nice people. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING - at least for service and repairs. In way more'n 60 years of having oodles of cars and trucks serviced, I've never found anyplace better! (I'm now pushin' age 83.) EXCELLENT, responsive and attentive (and patient!) front-desk staff. They are patient and knowledgeable in discussing your needs (and desires and whims :-).

Obviously EXCELLENT, highly-experienced service staff (mechanics, etc.). Checked out their work, after several visits; always EXACTLY as it should be! [And gawd knows - I AM picky.] Even mo' bettah - reasonable prices. (Remember - there IS a HUGE difference between "inexpensive" and "cheap"! The latter can be VERY costly!)

Took my car in today on an hour's notice because my info panel said it needed antifreeze and was low on air in a front tire. When I came to pick it up, they had checked and filled all my tires, topped off the antifreeze and COMPLETELY WASHED AND VACUUMED MY FILTHY CAR! As if that wasn't fantastic enough, they charged me nothing! That's right: ZERO. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them over the years both buying and selling cars, and in the service department. It's not like I'm some great customer; I probably go in about once a year so it wasn't like they recognized me as a valued regular and did me a favor based on that.

This just seems to be how they treat their customers. I know a ton of people who go there, and honestly have never heard a bad word about them from anyone. They have a stellar reputation, and it's VERY well-deserved. I greatly appreciate the consistent honesty and customer service I've always received at Liberty Bay Auto. While I wouldn't have dreamed of going anywhere else even before today, this sealed the deal for eternity. Thanks, Liberty Bay Auto. You're the best, and add me to your long list of customers for life. Thank you!
