Jimmy Phan is the best dealer in town! The absolute sweetest, most patient person I've ever interacted with shopping for a car. I've been looking around for months, calling dealerships all over Southern California. They've either avoided telling me the dealer mark-ups (a lot) or are far less responsive over email. Jimmy personally reached out and came off approachable from the get go. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to look for him. Easy process with the dealership once the car arrived! Daniel Kim. I will never go anywhere else for a car again. He saved me up to 10k just off by having no markup. The process was fast and easy. I loved that my truck only came with 2 miles instead of other dealers for some reason they come with like 100+ but yeah Daniel made my order nice and smooth gave me his personal number and was chatting asking questions throughout waiting for my new Tundra to come in.

UPDATED! 6/27/2022 So I dropped off the car 2 weeks ago for 2nd visit! Still waiting for the car, first told me 2021 car installed an aftermarket part and they can't installed back in order to keep the warranty, I need to bring back to Elmore Toyota where u got my car, then told me part Longo ordered can't solved the issue, need to order another part after 1.5 weeks.still waiting and left a msg for Matthew, will keep update.

We came to Longo Toyota during a time when no dealership has cars to even test drive. Luckily we checked out Longo, and talked to Hassan Khan in the sales department. He was awesome providing service without all the typical pushy tactics most car salesmen get a bad rap for. He was able to get us a new 2022 Camry for LESS THAN the current used cars on the lot.

The guy works magic. We didnt have to haggle, and he made it easy to get into a new car. Only thing we had to do was wait 3 weeks because of the ridiculously high demand for this car, but it was made the way we wanted it, so it was worth the wait! Please go see Hassan if you want to have a good experience buying a car. I've had many bad experiences with dealerships and sales guys that made me want to pull out what remaining hair is on my head.

You dont have to worry with this dude, he will tell you how it is straight up! Just keep in mind he gets busy because he is that good at what he does, so make sure you schedule an appointment with him so he can take care of you.

I would like to thank Hassan Khan, my Sales Consultant, the best guy who got me the car I wanted. Although the wait was insane it was totally worth it. Hassan made everything smooth as possible and was there for me when I needed the most. I would also like to thank Jerry Mata, my estimator, for helping me and updating me in regards to my vehicle repair. Want to save some bones from the other Toyota dealerships charging markup you say? Be prepared to wait. or be lied to, one of the 2. Ordered a vehicle in March, 4-8 weeks for delivery I was told by our salesman, paid deposit. I have to call repeatedly to get ahold of the sales person, who doesn't rely to emails, calls, or text messages. After 3+ months wait. it's still not even in production, and won't be before the 23's come out, before we have to start this lovely process all over again.

This is the premo example of over promising, under delivering. I'll just pay a grand or two more and not have to wait a ridiculously long time. it's a Toyota. not a Tesla for god sake. Love the idea just not the follow-thru

This is the best dealership I have dealt with. Buying a new car with these guys is very straight forward. I worked with Hassan Khan who went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Unlike the rest, they don't have mark ups and no forced add ons. The staff are very respectful and take the time to help you out. They don't pressure you or waste your time.

Other local places like Claremont won't even disclose how much their markups are over the phone and make you drive out and spend an hour with you before they throw outrageous price markups at you. These guys have nothing to hide. That alone is why I would only support dealerships like Longo that are upfront with you before you even walk in.

Bought our first car with Longo Toyota, and only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. Our Sales Consultant (Robert C.) shot straight with us the entire duration, approachable, and effectively communicated during our 2month wait period. No forced add-ons, no dealer markups, and great financing options is going to have me recommending Longo Toyota to all my friends and family. Love our new 2022 RAV 4 Hybrid already, but the moment we need another Toyota, we'll be going back to Longo.

My mother is always having problems here with the service representatives. MANDI DAVIS was supposed to send paperwork over to enterprise for a rental car for my mom. After asking the enterprise reps multiple times over a few hours about the paperwork, they attempted to get ahold of Mandi and then they let my mom know that MANDI DAVIS left to go home.

Completely forgetting about my mom. The next day my mom was notified that MANDI DAVIS input the wrong information for her car and that's why they never received the paperwork. Now 3 days later we return the rental and my mom and I are waiting for her actual car to be returned to us. We are told by Mandi Davis that the car would be ready in a few mins and that she will send the paperwork over to the delivery service building to have our car released to us. 40 mins later we find out MADI DAVIS went home and never sent the paperwork to release the car to us AGAIN!

On top of that the manager didn't seem to care about what we just went through TWICE because of his careless employee. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE! I actually gave this place 2 stars only because Sebastian Haro helped my mother and he was very nice to her.

I had an excellent experience with Longo Toyota Service Department. It was easy to make an appointment and they got me in quickly. On the day of, I was promptly checked in and explained what would take place. I easily accessed the shuttle for a ride home and was able to setup a return ride with no difficulty. The checkout process was easy and I had the option to do it all online or with a staff member. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable and the whole process put me at ease. Will definitely being coming back for my next service!

Took my RAV4 in for service for the first time. I had Joseph Perez help me and he was incredibly gracious and helpful. The estimated time of service was 2 hours and it was exactly spot-on (1:30 PM-3:30 PM). During the time, I got to sit down inside and work on my laptop while enjoying some nice AC and a free hot coffee. Thanks Joseph!

Kevin Lam and Longo Toyota are amazing! MSRP and straightforward car buying. Highly recommend esp if u know exactly what car you want and order it ahead of time. We got our rav4 prime reservation in September 2021, got notified our car arrived at the Long Beach port in March, and then the long excruciating wait for it to be released from port lasted until June 5, 2022 when we got a call that the car should arrive at the dealership and ready for pickup the next day.

We were in touch with Kevin all that time and he was always patient with us even though we were probably bugging him haha. We were there at 10 am to see our car waiting for us, and Kevin was so patient explaining everything about the car, letting us test drive it around the lot before we sat down for the paperwork (most of which was already prepped and ready to go).

He was very diligent at making sure we were aware of all the tax incentives and possible rebates available with the car purchase, reminding us before we left not to forget to do the paperwork early so we don't miss out. They cleaned the car while we went to deal with the financing. When we were sitting in the car trying to learn it, we realized the AC wasn't blowing cold air so we called Kevin back and he took it to get serviced right away.

Apparently they were in such a rush to get it ready for us right away that something got missed in the inspection. It was sitting at port so long. Anyway, they took care of it right away and we had time to go to our bank (logix) to pick up the check for the financing and we were on our way with our new ride. Thank you so much, Kevin! It's been a journey, but we are so glad it was with you. Oh and thanks for the ribbon for the photo op and our goodies

Awesome, excellent and the best deal anywhere hands down! No wonders the are the biggest dealership on earth Let me start by saying that I searched and starting inquiring for the 22 tundra in either the limited with TRD package or 4x2 Platinum. I called and emailed every dealer from Chula Vista to Fresno California and everyone in-between and ended up buying the 22 Tundra In platinum from Robert Castillo from Longo Toyota.

Why did I end up buying it from Longo? The transaction from the first phone call and deposit was clear, honest, up front and super easy. Like most other dealerships I wasn't lied too, I wasn't mislead, I wasn't baited and switched, they didn't drag me along for a truck and than tell me I had to buy a bunch of inflated items I didn't want. Robert Castillo was absolutely awesome the entire time, I waited 4 months for the truck, but he kept me updated the entire time and really glad i wait.

I paid MSRP with $0 market adjustment and $0 in forced added items. When the trucks was being delivered i did the credit check on line, provided my proof of insurance, they asked if I wanted anything else, the deal was 95% done when I got there, I signed the contract and was out with the truck in 20 minutes. Best buying experience I have ever had. If you can wait to get the truck call Robert, get a deposit in and hang tight and it will come before you know it. I love my new tundra!

The buying experience has changed since my parents bought their cars but here at Longo they were very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. Longo dealer is large but well maintained and has a Starbucks for those that need/like it. My experience once I got to the dealer was great. Even though it did not feel rushed the process of seeing our new vehicle, trading in our old one, and walking out with a smile on our faces was quick (much quicker than I expected).

Definitely recommend Longo and Kevin Lam who helped us with the majority of our process. I do not live near by but will be driving out and buying another new car when the time comes. Especially since they did not charge us "market adjustment."

Very bad experience, appointment service totally failed, Benjamin Chou is a liar. The appointment time yesterday was 7am and when I got up at 6am I arrived at the car shop on time. They told me that my car won't be serviced until this afternoon. Their manager has no apology for this, all their promises are lying to you and a real waste of our time!

They don't even want to spend a few seconds texting a guest that the appointment time has changed! What makes me sad is not that they lied to me, but that I will never trust them again.

We went to Longo Toyota without an appointment. We were just in the area and wanted to see the new Highlander. Frank was able to talk to us after about 10 mins wait. Unfortunately, the supply is just so tight right now. They don't have any show models in the location. But this is no fault to Frank and his team. He was honest and explain the situation. He did showed us the highlands that are coming in should we want to see the car in the future. We would have to commit a refundable $500 deposit in order to do that.

The only thing I like about longo is that you can pre order a car and not pay mark up. Some of these sales people are soo lazy! All they do is pass the buck, I called to have my pre order changed but the guy who helped me wasn't in today which is fine but I wanted another person to assist me with the change, after 5 hours nobody called me back so I had to call back.

Not only did I have to call back to reach someone but the sales guy didn't want to help me change my pre order. He's like wait til tomorrow til the other guy comes back like hello there's probably a long list and you wanna delay me! Talk about passing the buck, if your a sales guy you need to be on it. No accountability what so ever! Worst customer service today! Worst!

I drove 2 hrs one way to purchase a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid from Longo. I arrived at 10am, met with salesman Daniel Nono. Mr. Nono was professional, very polite. Mr. Nono had our RAV parked curbside, freshly washed. We sat with Mr. Nono, he walked us thru the entire process, explained every detail in a highly profession but friendly manner. We dealt with the finance department, every aspect explained in detail, not rushed, very polite and no pressure Mr. Alex Li, was a pleasure to interact with.

We were handed our temporary paper plates, Mr Nono walked us to our RAV, installed the plates, proceeded to link our phones to our car and walked us thru the various systems on the car and handed us our key fobs. I haven't purchased a new car in 20 years, the process is night and day at Longo. No hours of haggling, no greasy salesmen, Longo was VERY professional and best of all, did not upcharge me $5k to $8k for made up inventory charges like 99% of dealers are adding and we walked out at MSRP not thousands in mark ups.

One hour and thirty minutes, total time from arrival, paperwork, financing and handed the keys. Go to Longo, you will be treated with respect and dignity. We are now customers for life and will recommend Logo to everyone Bob and Wendi

Helped my mother-in-law buy a car. Nick Luu was the salesperson that I was lucky enough to be put in contact with. He was exceptional. Obviously, there is some scarcity with the supply of cars, but Nick was always there to provide insight and timing updates with respect to in-transit inventory. Most importantly, Nick is 100% genuine and sincere. I have already told anyone I know that is considering a Toyota to contact Nick.

I have had several buying experiences at a dealership in my lifetime. Before Nick I had never referred someone I know to a specific salesperson at a specific dealership. They tend to all be the same and. unimpressive. Nick is the first salesperson I have told others about. There really isn't anything more to be said.

They have got to have the worst customer service of any car dealerships. You would think after buying multiple cars and having all our services done there they could have some curtesy. Bought the swanky service plan and still got charged. The explication was they "didn't know we had the plan" apparently me telling them when I dropped it off wasn't enough. Shouldn't it be in the computer system? Also, they always make me feel like they are doing me a favor. I'm a paying customer and I always book a times appointment. They are NEVER on time. Very inconsiderate and sometimes rude.

Huge shoot out to Asst. Service Manager / Service Advisor, Mandi Davis! I drive from Long Beach to get my 2019 Toyota RAV4 Limited serviced at Longo Toyota in El Monte (where I originally purchased the vehicle), and I make the drive because of the stellar, 5+ star service that your team, lead by Mandi, provides. Mandi is thorough each time and covers all details of service before hand, and then follows up just as thoroughly with the recommendations that the techs bring forth.

I greatly appreciate Longo for having honest, hardworking, knowledgeable staff such as Mandi and talented, focused, and driven techs. You've got a customer for life in me! Please, keep up the incredible work! Thank you very much!

I have been coming here ever since I got my Rav 4 in 2020. The service is always really good. I usually make an appointment and drop off my car and then head across to Walmart while my car is being serviced. The last time I came here was for an engine service light that would alert on my driving console then would disappear and then come back again.

It turned out to be some temperature housing valve that was the issue. I was working with Phil the service manager on this issue which they have only had one other 2020 RAV 4 with the same issue. They weren't able to fix the issue that day and I had to leave my car at the dealership because they recommended me not to drive it or else I would have engine damage. Also, the part was back ordered and could take a week to arrive.

The car rental dept is in house, but closed on the weekends so make sure you rent the car or have a spare car otherwise you won't have a car. They don't have loaners. The part turned out to be in the warehouse, but they forgot to work on my car and I had the rental for an extra day. Despite the inconvenience I really like this service station and the service manager was very nice and they work towards customer satisfaction.

Louis Wang provided me a smooth and comprehensive financial understanding. They both are very personable and you can feel how dedicated they are to making your experience a great one! The entire experience was beyond my expectations. The sales rep, Shawn Castillo was very thorough and professional and kept me informed on the status of my Rav4 prior to it arriving to the dealer. When the vehicle arrived at the dealer and we met with Shawn, he was just as helpful and professional. He did an excellent job in going over my options without making me feel any pressure, rather I felt very confident In my purchase.

The entire purchase time was far less than we anticipated and were left very impressed with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

Love the friendly, professional services! I can leave the car overnight and pick up my convenient hours and the car is safe n secure. Service is done superbly. Been servicing since buying at this dealer and get the package to save $ and also easy to make appointments. So far no bad reviews. All done well. Car well maintained throughout. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new purchase and will definitely send more people his way! This dealership is one of the largest dealers I've been to. They still use mask mandates which I appreciate as well. Being late in the evening already I was expecting paperwork to be a drag and take a long time but, David made is quick and easy.
