Lowery Bro's has no problem selling vehicles with known issues. I bought a car in the beginning of March. When test driving, the check engine light came on. I had them run a diagnostic and they put on the contract that they would fix the issues that came up when running the diagnostic. They told me they would call me when they received the parts. I called 3 weeks later to ask for an update, they asked me to come back in and run another diagnostic (I live over an hour away).

After running the diagnostic they told me that they would call me when they received the parts. It's now been over 2 months and I have not heard from them. I would recommend buying from anyone but Lowery Bro's, but if you do decide to buy from them, makes sure they fix whatever issues the vehicle has before you buy, because they have proven that a contract means nothing to them.

They will tell you and promise you anything to get you to buy from them, even if it means they risk being sued for breach of contract. Do yourself a favor, save yourself lots of time, money, and frustration, and do not buy from Lowery Bro's.

We purchased a Jeep Wrangler here from Cody and had an awesome experience! Being 4 hours away, communication was key in showing photos and answering any questions we had before we made the trip up. He put out any issues we had there quickly and efficiently to make sure we'd drive out happy and with a new car! He was absolutely wonderful to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

I surely don't want our experience to happen to someone else! Please get any vehicle looked at by a trusted mechanic and book the vehicle out by the Vin# before you purchase anything from this dealer. The values and information given was all false! Please watch out for yourself and be sure you do your research rather than trusting what is presented! We are now facing another bill for repairs plus over paid by $3800. I wouldn't wish this situation on anyone! BEWARE!

We didn't buy a car from them because we decided to get a new car but I will tell you this Ask For Dwayne. He was super nice and most importantly honest. If I was going to buy a used car I would go back and see him 100 percent. Right now is an extremely hard time to buy a reliable used car. My review is based on the interaction with Dwayne and what he did for us as a potential buyer.

He also was not pushy which is something I experienced at other car lots and it totally turns me off if I'm being pushed ut tells me you want that car gone and that's not good. I also experienced sighing from other dealers like I was wasting their time and Dwayne never acted like we were wasting his time. He seemed to want us to take as much time as we needed.

So again if your buying a used car and end up here see Dwyane and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because we didn't buy a car but Dwyane himself he gets 5 stars in my book!

I went in looking for a used car and Johathon was helping me I found a ar I was I interested in I drove the car and I told him I was gonna look around and he said he could run my credit and said it would on make my credit score drop by two points ended up being 5 points with three creditors and I waited in there several mins waiting on an answer and finally got tired of waiting and he said you wanta wait around or go get some lunch I'll call you when I find out something I've called him back and he still never gave me a straight forward anwser. so I wouldn't dealid. Other than if you want anwser don't go there

A friend of mine purchased a car here. Vehicle drove ok for week or so. Started having trouble with it. They called dealership back and was told car wasn't doing that when it left there. Same comment I think they tell everyone. In car shop as of today. Still without a car

I bought a 2016 jeep from this company. Real nice people until they got my money, $38,000 for a jeep I have owned it for 15 days it's now in the shop with oil pouring out everywhere, my first issue was the back up camera wasn't working made appointment to bring it in which I'm almost 2 hours away, I had it looked at locally to see if it was worth driving 2 hours to fix.

I called the car lot and was told them what was wrong with it and she said they couldn't fix it there I would have to go to Albertville, she would call to get me an appointment never got a call back then she tells it was working when I left with it. Not possible considering it was wrong radio for back up camera and it was sold to me with a back up Camera, called today with oil leak and I was suppose to pay to have it towed to them and pay to have it fix after only 15 days of purchase. Don't buy from this place. Can you say lemon law. That's what the attorney said.

Found a vehicle i was interested in on autotrader being sold by this dealership. Emailed the dealership about an inquiry and information. Trey Beam emailed me back asking for my phone number. I told him i respectfully would like to email being i work full time for one, and for two im out of state and id rather not give my number out if we can communicate via email until i know for sure this is the vehicle for me.

I never recieved a resoponse. Day two, i emailed back asking them if they email with customers as this is best with my crazy work schedule and now day 3 I still have no response. Super frustrating and very unprofessional. Thanks Trey!
