Had okay experiences in the past here, but service said they wouldn't even look at my 2018 outback. I wanted a mechanic to check it over but they said they won't do anything for a salvaged title vehicle except "mabey an oil change." I guess their shop is too good to check on the safety of the vehicle I just purchased! Re: maita response. They wouldn't even look at it.

Not to check for leaks or to tell me if the airbags were missing. I realize the risks of buying salvaged but don't think a dealer repair shop should turn their nose up at any vehicle, especially a brand they sell.

We came looking for a Forrester but they didn't have any. We fell in love with the Legacy Limited we found. The entire staff was awesome. Best place I have ever bought a car. Came back yesterday for our encore love appointment and Levi was amazing! Best experience ever!

The guys in the service department have been helpful and honest every time I ended up with a flat tire. My car is still under warranty but I've been able to get in and out anytime I needed help.

A few months ago I went to Elk Grove Subaru. It was pretty busy and we couldn't seem to get any attention. We went inside and asked for help. They passed us off to someone who was very rude. I left angry. It took a few months for me to cool off. When I was ready I reached out to Maita Subaru and met Sherry Kharrazian. She was wonderful. We were able to complete most of the paperwork in advance.

If I had gotten a killer deal on my new Crosstrek, I would have given 5 stars. Paid MSRP so in these times, the price was fair thus a fair rating. 3 stars. Service from my sales guy was great. He was quick in responding to my emails and questions. He gave me accurate and honest information on pricing and options. I appreciate he didn't try to push options I didn't need.

I will buy a car from him again. 5 stars. The finance lady was ok. She didn't need to do much work to get me financing. She tried pushing some extended warranties and theft deterrent systems. She gave me some line about some theft deterrent stickers, which they had already stuck on the car panels so I couldn't refuse that option. Total bs.

The car just came off the boat so they must have just stuck it on. And I didn't appreciate the scare tactics she used to push the super expensive extended warranties. I bought a Subaru based on its reputation for being reliable. If I find myself needing an extended warranty later, this will be the last time I buy a Subaru. So no, I'm not buying an extended warranty. 3 stars.

I recently went to renew my 2015 Subaru's registration and found that the DMV won't let you renew your registration if you have outstanding recalls. thankfully I was able to make an appointment at Maita Subaru for the same week and get the (3) recalls all taken care of at once. They provided a nice rental and got me and my baby in and out in under 20 minutes at drop off and pick up. It was such a nice experience I had to write a review, especially considering I wasn't a paying customer!

I have a 2011 Subaru Forester that had been beaten up with shady mechanic work from the previous ownership. She was an older woman, and the car price point was a steal of a deal. Well, I do know why now, but I don't blame her, only the shade tree mechanic that took advantage of her and her kindness. This vehicle was a donation for my wife and her dog rescue.

After running it for a few rescue missions, the car consumed far too much oil. I brought it here for a professional estimate and walked thru. Turns out the engine was a mess and needed an overhaul. During that time, my wife was broken-hearted and didn't want to put any rescue money in it; who could disagree after investing several grand into it?

Several months later, we received a call from one of the service advisors named Jan. She asked if my wife still had the Forester and that she had overheard our story and had been following us on social media and loved the work we do for our rescue dogs. What an angel in disguise, she facilitated the entire engine replacement (including parts and labor) for my wife and the dog rescue, and now we have a brand new engine that doesn't burn oil or make loud clicking noises, runs like a dream a brand new Subaru Forester, if you will.

Even more detail about the condition of the engine. Heads and cams were so bad of shape that the engine was on its last leg; if we had run it this summer, it would have been its final run. Whoever the shade tree mechanic is that did work for the previous owner needs his business in grass valley closed for running scams on our elderly folks. Who knows how many people he's done ran scams on. Anyway, I am thankful some good people work here and know how to take care of their customers, and this Subaru location is that place. Outstanding ownership, customer service, and skilled mechanics know how to get the job done right the first time around. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else.

This Subaru dealership takes care of their customers, and on top of all that, they love dogs These folks are golden! Thanks again for everything, Jan and company, you all Rock!

The absolute best experience buying a car. I was literally in and out within 2 hours! And that's with trying to get financing with a bank. I have never had a smoother experience purchasing a vehicle. There was no haggling, no back and forth, just presented vehicle at mrsp. I opted for gap insurance and an extended warranty but definitely was not pressured into buying it.

Totally my call. (Thank you Lisa Park) And the car I purchased (Crosstrex Sport) is a phenomenal vehicle. I must say I am partial to this dealership because I purchased my first Subaru Outback here. I have been using their service department for ten years. (David White, my service advisor is incredible. Another reason I purchased here!) If you want great customer service definitely purchase your vehicle here.

02/21/22 Came back two weeks after my dad bought his car and I ordered my car. They told me that it would arrive in April but arrived earlier. It took a month. 03/18 car arrived Got helped by Angel when ordering but he's no longer working here. 03/19/22 Test drive my car. 03/20/22 I came to pick up my car and make the deal I work with Harveen Castillo very funny guy very patient and he knows Spanish.

I did my financing with Lisa, she was nice too. We came back the next day to clarify some numbers and Harveen, Andrew and a finance guy, I did not get his name, helped us out again very patient with my dad and I. I also spoke to Zoe very friendly. Thank you all very happy with my first brand new car. There's a review bellow about the front desk girl working 03/19 and on 03/20 that really does have a bad attitude. I hardly delt with her thank goodness.

My girlfriend and I came in to get her car appraised for a trade in. We were greeted by the front desk. Who needs to learn some better customer service. 03-19-22 around 1:45 pm. Walked in and did not get a greeting but a ugly up and down look. Not even a how can I help you, welcome in to Subaru nothing. Literally just stared at us up and down with attitude. Is not a welcoming face when you walk in. Should learn how to pencil in a smile or to be retrained

Excellent experience buying from them, they were very conscience of my time and didn't push me to buy unnecessary things I already expressed I wouldn't be needing. Levi with the Subaru re delivery was awesome and helped me with the last few things I hadn't found out about which was very welcome. I will definitely be sending friends and family to this dealer!

I ordered my 2022 crosstrek from Maita Subaru and it was a great experience! It was an easy process and all the staff is super friendly, you can tell they actually care about their customers. Mason my sales rep was amazing at handling my order and keeping me updated on the status of my order. Levi was great with the encore services, making sure you know all the ins and outs of your vehicle. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a subaru to go through Maita!

I had such a wonderful experience with Maita Subaru! My sales rep Angel was friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and transparent with the whole process. The loan team worked quickly to get me approved for what my budget allowed and I was out the door in a few hours! Levi was wonderful in providing the post purchase virtual car walkthrough. He answered all of my questions and I can even text him if more come up (which they have ha)! Thank you to the whole team here. I love my Forester so much!

Apparently I had a recall for my Subaru, I went to the DMV to pay for my registration, and they said that I needed to do my recall for emissions before I could even get my sticker. They were able to fit me in pretty early and in the same week. I was able to come at seven in the morning, and I pulled up my car. Jan helped me and she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and nice. She finished my car in about 3 hours. I was able to go straight for the DMV to grab my sticker!

Service department is horrible- called a day ahead of time to get an oil change and drove from Lincoln at 11am. I was told just to get there before 2pm and I would be good. As soon as I get there, I'm told all the technicians take an hour break at the same time and no one could help me. What a waste of a two hour commute. Never going here again or getting any other services done. The sad part is I just bought a new car from here- super disappointed.

I could not have had a better, smoother, or more enjoyable experience with a dealer. I live in the bay area, and found Maita after looking elsewhere due to the run around all of my local Subaru dealers were giving me. From start the finish, the experience with Maita was nothing short of professional, and most importantly, KIND! Every single person I worked with, from the sales team to the business team, was respectful, listened to what I wanted, and did all they could to make it happen.

I took delivery on my Forester this past weekend, a full month+ before it was initially expected to be delivered. My only complaint is that they aren't closer to me so I could routinely use Maita's services for my Subaru going forward! Thank you, Maita, for a painless, enjoyable, friendly and FUN car-buying experience.

Bought my first Subaru here in December, a new Forester Wilderness. I was lucky enough to "reserve" it in the color I wanted and everything was straight forward enough. One thing I didn't quite like was a finance guy calling me the day the car arrived, instead of the sales guy, and without making himself clear he was going to do so, ran a credit application for me for a loan from them.

This was after I told him my credit union was hooking me up. Yes, they were able to offer one a bit lower. They work with Chase. It's a financial titan that controls the market. Duh. But they should have been that generous when I first went in there to reserve the vehicle. Instead, they quoted me a rate of 3.99% then. Whatever. Anyways, love the car and hope it lasts me a long time.

This is my first experience with a Subaru and Harveen was amazing! I was looking for a new vehicle in October and found the vehicle I wanted but not the right color. Harveen told me they had the same vehicle coming in Dec in the color I wanted so I put my name down on it and waited patiently. He emailed me updates and it finally arrived right before Xmas and he even put a big bow on it for me and came in on his day off to get me all set up with the new car. Checkout went easy and I'm super happy to be part of the Subaru family. Thank you Harveen for making my first new car purchase easy and fun!

I am the original owner and recently took my 2011 Subaru Forester with 100,100 miles to Maita Subaru for 105,000 maintenance service repairs. In the past Ben Lee from service has help me out. Ben Lee is a very great patient and helpful service rep. Recently Mike Buescher from service help me out, very helpful and professional. Mike keeps me informed on my vehicles status.

Also want to give thanks to the service technician the worked on my vehicle Ivan Lopes. I called around to about half a dozen shops for pricing on repairs and Maita was the most affordable, does not surprise me at all. Always very satisfied with Maita Subaru. I give you all 10s. Great job guys and thank you very much. Maita Subaru Management you should be very proud and fortunate of all of your staff. Please acknowledge there great work and service. Thank You Maita Subaru.

This is like my favorite Subaru Dealership to go to. Honestly, they've always treated me with hospitality and kindness. I always come here to buy oem parts too. I just recently got a new key reprogrammed for my STI, estimated 2 hr job but they got it done in 30 mins, it prolly wasn't a busy day, but still fast service. And I want to Thank service advisor 536, "Bert Johnson" for taking care of me and setting it up. Definitely coming back here for next service. Best Subaru in Sacramento Area in my experience.

Excellent service. Service advisor Mike and Chris in parts were very helpful. Appreciate them actually listening to me. New customer. Two visits so far and very happy. Nice showroom. Great work. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. They even provided a Lyft ride for me free of charge so I didn't have to sit for half a day in service or bug my wife for a ride. Lol. Highly recommended place to take your Subaru.

My sister recently went for test drives here. She had appointments set up but when I got there I realized I wanted to do a last minute test drive. They were super accommodating to us both. I was able to test drive the exact car I wanted. Multiple people helped us to ensure we didn't have to wait. Everyone was very friendly. They have snacks and drinks available if you're waiting. My sister did end up buying a car from this location and had a good experience with that as well!

If I could give zero or negative stars for this place I would. I had a somewhat expected but still surprising negative misogynistic and sexist experience at this location wherein I was treated like a total moron while my husband on multiple visits prior ran into no issues. I took my car in and described an incident that had occurred while I was driving several days prior in which my horn honked on its own while I was making a left turn.

I described that I had noticed some minor lurching as well. I left the car there and called the next day. To make a long story short I got the runaround for two days trying to get a call back about what was going on with the car and when it would be available for pick up. Ultimately I was told that the transmission was shot and they would offer me $500 for a trade-in.

A friend who is a mechanic told me they were just trying to screw me over and to get a second opinion. The second opinion revealed that the transmission was not the issue and that the car was actually valued at over $9,000 retail if I wanted to resell it. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone to go pick up my car, I was informed that they had disconnected the horn to prevent the honking issue.

They didn't address it or correct it and just returned the car to me with the horn still disconnected which is obviously a huge safety issue. We also found out they disabled the driver's side air bag which they failed to mention. Unreal. Now we have to pay $1,200 to get it all reconnected before I sell it! This place is TRASH.

This Subaru Service place has plenty / showroom waiting room with kids Corner, so I waited there quiet not so busy corner with my good behave puppy, mini Australian shepherd, got dog treat by staff, other staff member got some picture for my puppy too. I got my Forester 2019 recall check and David White walk thru me about service that I wanted!.Recall check engine.

They stated this point ok and good condition. 2. Perform brake fluid exchange. should be done by 30k which mine at 43k and I haven't got time to drop and do it or we were busy traveling BUT Each Subaru Basically didn't carry over link previous Subaru Service Centre record, so they skip this! not knowing how important or maybe not. David mentioned this service will be cost around 400 $. 3.

Perform front rear differential fluid service, which I did rear with Valvoline they able to did it for rear and not front. Subaru stated that need it by 60k. so overall I came there just for washing my car for free service. until 60k mark I will spend around 2000$ No picture in here.

I've been going to maita subaru for years to get my car maintenance. Their system is very organized and efficient. I recently had a major service done and the technician spent time to go through each service and explain what each one was for. Also, when we discovered another unexpected fix that came up, he made sure to show us the actually issues and explain why it needed to be fixed (I love the transparency). Lastly, they have us a rental for the time being and was very communicative about the situation since it would take a week to get it completed. Pros: great customer service, huge waiting area, knowledgeable technicians, transparent in car maintenance practices Cons: none

Very good customer service We were there (Before COVID-19 time) looking into leasing options and the staff was very responsive. We were setup with a sales rep very quickly. He proceeded to carefully listen to what we had in mind and offered all the available options which he carefully reviewed with us. He then proceeded to show us all the available car models or options they had available and went through the features of each very carefully. We ended up leasing the car from there and have not regretted it since.
