I can understand some of your thoughts and responces about alot of finance companies we as Americans deal with on a day to day basis BUT, me myself have never had a problem with Carolina Finance just pay your bill on time and thats it. For many years i have delt with finance issues, the main thing is to pay your bill on time and your set. If you cant aford it, dont borrow it.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I paid every single month when it was due and paid the car off early. I was told if I paid it off with a certified check or a debit card that they would mail my title that day. I paid with a debit card, only for them to come back and say that according to the law, they must hold my title for 30 days before releasing it. This is absolutely not true. They are a sham and I am having my attorney draw up a law suit.

This is THE WORST finance company ever! I sent my payment in early to avoid the harassment, when you're.25 SECONDS late on your car payment. AND THEY STILL CALLED HARASSING ME about a payment I mailed off 2 weeks ago! They say they haven't received it, but the last time I sent a payment in early, they posted it to someone else's account! This company is very unprofessional, and are a bunch of FRAUDS from what I can see in the reviews already listed. I will be refinancing with my bank. This company CAN NOT be trusted.

ANNOYING, I've never been late on a payment & I am pretty smart I know when my payments are due I don't need you people calling me at 8 in the morning to let me know and TEXTING me. I will call you when I'm ready to pay. DANG

I got behind on my payments due to paying for a custody lawyer. It was around tax time so I was trying to wait until I got my taxes so I could buy a car out right and surrender this vehicle back to them. Once I realized that my taxes weren't going to make it in time I went ahead and surrendered the vehicle. I was told at that time that once it was picked up they would take it to auction and what ever they got for the vehicle would go towards my balance on the vehicle.

If anything was left over it would be set as a lean against my credit and if they got over what I owed on it they would pay me the difference. So on April 18th I surrendered the vehicle, it was picked up that evening. About a week later I checked my credit and it was noted that I voluntarily surrendered the vehicle and the account was closed. Now I've gone back to look at my credit score and almost 2 months later they have changed it from a voluntary surrender to an involuntary repossession and the amount that I left the account at had actually gone up over $1,100.

I have emailed them twice now with no response. I have found out that this isn't the first time someone who has financed a vehicle through them has been filled incorrectly as a repo on someone's credit. This is a horrible way to do business and people need to be careful with who they trust. from this point I will only ever finance a car through a trusted bank.

They bug the hell out if you if you're a couple days late on your payment. I would give 5 stars if they didn't call me 1-2 times a day trying to collect their money when I'm 3 days late. I work nights and I always pay when I can. About to refinance with my bank
