The service department has changed, they are great to work with now. I don't mind going in & having my car fixed or the maintenance done on it. Isaac and the service staff are friendly & very helpful, they are people you can trust. Thanks again for taking care of my car.

What a nice dealership! The salesman we talked to was incredibly helpful and honest. We had a great experience! We ended up buying elsewhere, but only because they did not have what my wife wanted. Kudos for having a great staff! We recommend our friends to go here when looking for a new Honda!

The current car I was driving was about to die when I decided to get a new one with Middlekauf Honda. I had called in to see if what I wanted was still there and that's when they got me with Gary Asher. I went in with a difficult situation and this was the first brand new car i would be buying. I had so many questions and he was so kind and answered all of them.

He genuinely went above and beyond and made sure I was able to get my car. When I officially decided to go through I got sent to Leo to fill out my paperwork. I had asked him so many questions and he really put my mind at ease. If you go there these are 100% the people I recommend working with. Again, they truly go above and beyond even if your situation isn't exactly the best.

I went in for an oil change both Issac and Tabby (I believe) helped me. It was my first time there and Issac showed me around where everything was and was really friendly. Tabby checked me out and told me what was needed for my car and was really friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. The wait was as expected but it didn't feel like I waited to long.

Alek K is a great salesman and genuinely nice guy, so this review has nothing to do with him. I was happy with my purchase until I went for the "free" oil change. I had only driven the car 5,000 miles, but months went by so I figured I should have it changed. When I went to pick up my car, they told me I needed new tires, a cabin filter, and an air filter.

I asked Nichole, the service writer, if they had changed the filters before they sold it. She told me they did, they clearly did not. Cabin and air filters don't need replaced every 5,000 miles. I also asked why they would sell a car with so little life left on the tires, and they walked back on the tires needed replaced, saying some people change their tires more often, and they are still fine.

So it's a little odd the paperwork clearly shows I need a tire replacement. Seems like the "free" oil change is an attempt to get me to pay for what should've already been replaced on the car before they sold it. The service manager is also extremely rude and condescending, he has no business talking down on his customers and hanging up on them. I've never experienced someone so rude in a professional environment before. I will happily take my car to another shop and pay for my repairs and tires, but I'll never do business with Middlekauff again. What a scam.

Customer service was not bad honestly. What I disliked is that I bought a retired police car and no one told me it used to be a police vehicle. Not only that, but there were some electrical issues with a headlamp which I found out after replacing the headlamp itself and the issue persisted. Lastly, the car didn't even have a horn. There is no horn on the dang car which has put me in a few dangerous situations on the road.

I called to get all these things fixed but they told me they couldn't get me in for another 2-3 months. Even though the car had these issues to begin with, they just referred me to another local shop. This means I had to pay to get all these issues fixed which were there from the very beginning. The shop they referred me to gave me a ridiculous quote.

I ended up going to Goode Motor Ford and they took care of everything for me same day. So thanks to Goode for fixing Middlekauff's mess up and giving me a great deal for the work done.

Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I were quite pleased with Eduardo, Goran, Rainer, Leo, and everyone else who made us feel welcomed. Each seemed committed to making our experience a smooth one. It was worth the drive. We definitely recommend them.

While the buying process was fairly easy and I was happy with the deal I made it did not last long, I came back for my free oil change 3 months later that I got when buying the car. I was told I needed every fluid services there was, coolant, brakes, trans, ect. as well as a valve job and tune up. While I don't mind paying for the tune up the fluid service should have been done when the car was traded in before I purchased it.

I shouldn't need to pay another $1000 in fluid service that was clearly needed when I bought the car, didn't just all go bad in 3 months, for a car I just bought. Will never purchase a vehicle here again.

We went into middlekauf Honda just wasting time while we were out of town and met their amazing salesman Gary Asher. We were talking to him about what cars on the lot were standard and he told us of the two we were looking at and one more that was coming in later on in the month. I told my husband to go in with him and give Gary his phone number so that when the car came in he could send him the info and specs of the car.

My husband ended up falling in love with a car they had in the lobby, a 2001 Honda S2000. I had my eyes on the Honda odyssey that was out front. By the end of the next day Gary had sold us both of said vehicles and we drove off the lot with our new cars happy as can be. If you're in the market for a great car, and a great salesman, go see Gary Asher at Middlekauf Honda. He will do everything he can to get you what you want, and make it a fun and pleasant experience during the entire process. Gary Asher, you're amazing!

I mistakenly thought Middlekauff Honda was a small dealership and so I ventured off to bigger locals for our vehicle search, after an unfruitful experience I thought I would try our local dealer. Boy was I wrong, Middlekauf Honda and Alek Kekerovic in particular are seriously top notch! Alek in particular is down to earth, straightforward and responsive representative.

I would hands down recommend him to even our Boise, Salt Lake Valley friends to come here and shop. Alek answered all of our questions and when he didn't know the answer he say so and then follow up with an answer once he researched. We absolutely appreciated his honesty. In this market it was extremely difficult to find what we needed and what we wanted, we shopped for months, Alek was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, even though it took a few months (through no fault of his own) he kept in constant communication with us. I wish I had a better picture of our vehicle, but we are so incredibly happy with our experience!
