Our Sales Representative Alfredo was fantastic! He answered all of our questions, provided great service and helped us find a perfect family vehicle. We also worked with Henry from finance who really helped us find a reasonable price based on our family needs. The manager Gilberto was also great and helped find us the best package. This location's service was exceptional and would definitely recommend!

This dealership is the worst! Starting with the service manager, Jesus, who is never at the dealership or available. Bad customer service and repairs. I have taken my car 6 (six) times for service with the same problem and they have not fixed it yet! The Service advisor Luis Rodriquez follows the steps of manager Jesus. Ford should close this place.

It gives bad reputation to the Ford band. I'm never going to this garbage dealer again and advise everyone to do the same. If you take your vehicle to this place you will regret it!

The Midway Ford team including Ariel, Osvaldo, Nestor, and Scarlett took were great to me. Ask for Ariel if you need a Ford truck. He's a good person and treats you with respect. Awesome to work with. Thank you to the Midway Ford team for treating me good.

Exceptional service, the staff is very professional. Henry Sotolongo is the BEST sales person there, he did a wonderful job getting me the exact car that I needed which I truly appreciate. I am so happy with my car, I highly recommend asking for him & trusting him with your new purchase. The finance manager was also very helpful & informative, made the process smooth & quick. This dealership is one of the best. I hate buying a New car it's worse that going to a divorce mediation. The back and forth the last minute hidden fees. I didn't see any of that here. This place is family owned and they treat you like one of their own. I had such a great experience and will definitely comeback if I ever need a car. I definitely recommend this place.

Replacing a car is never an easy task. Midway Ford was one of the only dealerships that were willing to offer me an affordable price and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The salesmen services were excellent and fast. Was in and out in about 2 hours with my brand new car.

Great service Car was given back in the due time. But Super depressing waiting area I mean, c'mon guys, you can put a few drinks, snacks? You're in the car business, I am sure you spare a few bucks for the people waiting I was lucky to get a coffee which probably was made in the morning.(pictures attached)

To be honest, I'm extremely proud to state that I loved this place and that I will always suggest it to others because of the amazing staff and excellent organization. If it's your first time, I recommend asking for Jesus; he's highly knowledgeable and knows how to properly explain what they should know to their customers. I don't think I would have comprehended what I needed to know before buying the car if it hadn't been for him.

He truly cares for the well of his customers, i could not be happier with the car I got especially as my first car I needed someone that knew how to guide. Definitely 10/10 experience if you need a car, this is the place to go.

The people here are the worst and every person (3) I've spoken to on the phone or in person has the worst manner, blatantly abrasive and not helpful. It just shows how utterly miserable it must be to work there. The low rating from others confirms it.

My salesman was Virgilio Carvajal. If you find yourself at Midway Ford, ask specifically for Virgilio. He has been with Ford for a long time and he truly values and takes care of his customers. I could not be happier with my truck recommended by Virgilio. Virgilio is truly an exemplary car salesman; trustworthy, knowledgable and kind.you won't go wrong. I made an appointment a week in advance to get the 7 am time slot. I did this purposely so that I can get in and out for work. I needed an oil change and a diagnostic on my driver side door. When arrived I was told the diagnostic would cost $159.99. I mentioned that my check engine light was also on. They said they would include it. Around 8:45 am my car comes out of the garage.

I wait a couple minutes for my rep and then approach him when I see him. The car is ready the check engine light is a problem with the computer. I asked " and the door?" Oh sorry they didn't check it. He went right back into the garage to have them bring the car back in. At 10:45AM my car is still sitting outside. I asked for my keys and left.

I was still charged the 159.99 for the diagnostic btw. I didn't even care about that check engine light when I went in. My door is still malfunctioning. So much for the first appointment of the day.

I am so happy with the amazing customer service I received from Eliecer. I went there with my dream car on my mind a Ford Bronco and he worked his butt off to make it happen for me. I could not be happier with my purchase and for sure will recommend this location and him for future purchases.

My experience with Midway Ford today was excellent. Above and beyond all the dealerships I have dealt with in the past. My sales rep Eliezer was helpful, knowledgeable and professional all the way. He got me the best financing available and made closing the deal quick and easy. I love my new Bronco! Thanks Eliezer, I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

My service provider Renzo was phenomenal. He worked around my schedule to drop off my truck for its first service. They were professional, personable, and respected my time. Renzo was able to secure an Uber to take me back home and later in the day, an Uber to bring me to the dealer to pickup the truck. Totally seamless process. Very happy with my experience!

Words can't explain how disgusted I am with the customer service in this place and also how disappointing it is to go to places with unprofessional managers. Isn't a manager supposed to help solve a problem at a place? Because in this case John or Johnny (whatever they call him) made the whole experience even WORSE! Making this short, DO NOT trust prices on the web please.

Just be aware that once you go to this places they will change everything. By that I mean that they raise up the prices and then charge you like 3 or 4 non legal extra fees. Walked in today with my family hoping to get the car we saw on the web and first of all, the web said $13k and when we got there they said the car costs $17k plus additional fees.

After going back and forth with the sales rep. We started dealing with the worst manager we've dealt with and honored the price but since we didn't want to finance and we wanted to pay cash, he told us that there was a fee of $1,500 but 4 additional fees for delivery and handling which the car is used and we know that fee can be waived. John started being all rude saying that once we walked out the door he would put up the price for us and just talking nonsense and treating us like a piece of garbage!

And guess what? He did change the price. Which is completely fine but at least try to be polite to customers. My main concern is not the price, my main concern is the way we were treated and things like this should change. I regret not seeing reviews before and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We are not there to spend $10.

Jesus was a great salesman. Ask for Jesus once you are here and he will try his best to get you what car you want and at a good deal. Very happy with Jesus and the financial department!

I showed up to buy a car here that I was assured was available only to find out that the service department had inconveniently loaned out the car to a service customer. There's a massive inventory shortage, walking outside to touch the car and confirm availability takes 2 minutes when you have no cars to sell. So the BDC lied to get me to the dealership.

I was told I could still work up a deal and buy the car. So we did and we agreed upon all the numbers and then they had me fill out a credit app and collect all my information. Then, the sales person was sent back later to apologize because his sales manager found out that the car was entered into a "demo" status and could not be sold until it hit a certain number of miles.

That was the second lie. He can remove a car from demo status and if the car was a demo, then why is listed on the website for sale. If you're going to give customers this type of experience when commanding MSRP + addendum pricing, I can only imagine how bad it will be once they are drowning in inventory again.

This place is garbage. Whenever I bring my ford here for service, I have a bad experience. This time, my windows in the back werent working because the switch wasnt working, after the $150 diagnostic told me, they just needed to replace it. So it was around 400 bucks to fix that switch. Being THE FORD service center that is supposed to be good, I ask them if they could help me with some hubcaps, new batteries to my key, and a carwash if possible. Mini things which arent important at all if they tell me no, no problem, but they told me that yes they would do that (well at the end they told me they couldnt get the batteries so that was alright), and then I didnt get them. in fact for some reason in the back a bunch of the plastic threading on my car was off my car for some reason, with the trunk open. really weird.

But also the fact they told me I'd be able to pick my car on Friday, but I wasn't able to pick it up until end of day Tuesday. But what really busted my balls, is that after I picked it up, the windows that they fixed in the back now aren't closing all the way up, my window is literally open at the top, when it rains my car will get wet now, and they have the (*#($@*(#&$ audacity to tell me its a different problem and not their fault. That's what pisses me off. I don't know why I keep on trying this place, AVOID

I don't need to step foot on the premises to know I don't want to come here. If they speak to you so rudely on the phone, I can't imagine how poorly they treat their customers. I had an appointment that was made days before. I called, they had no clue nor cared that there could have been a mixup. But what really got me was asking about COVID protocols, which is a valid concern during these times. Couldn't be bothered to answer my question. The response was, " same as the grocery store". That's an answer?

Buyer BEWARE Extremely rude staff! Hidden Dealers fee of $899 plus $799 on all vehicles. Sales Manager chastised me after I asked him to stop cursing. Very bad place!

Do not waste your time in here, the seller Nestor was really nice but come on guys cant give me a price for loan and different price for lease. A really nice Mustang if I want to do loan it will be 33k but if I want it lease it will be 39k and it was not even a GT come on guys that doesn't make senses. So the price on their website is only for Loan so be aware to get 6k or more extra if you are tying to lease a car.

I had a good experience at Midway Ford. At first, I was nervous because of some of the things I saw written about it online, but I am happy with my purchase of a lightly used 2019 Mustang Ecoboost Convertible and am glad I went with Midway Ford because I got a price I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. My salesman was Julio. He was super kind during the whole process, available through text and answered all of my questions.

If he didn't know the answer, he didn't hesitate to ask a manager. I think what I liked most about him was he wasn't desperate or eager like other car salesman I've worked with before. He was nice, relaxed and didn't make me feel pressured. The next day after I purchased the car, I had to bring it back in because there was an issue with the window's motor, and they didn't give me any issues with replacing the part.

I was in and out in about an hour and they even offered me a loaner vehicle if it would take any longer. Overall, I'd recommend Midway Ford. Ask for Julio because he was great. Thanks you all!

Worst dealer in Miami. Was quoted a price on a F-250 came back and manager John did not honor his quote. On top of that they were very rude. Do not waste your time with this dealer that lacks on customer service and does not keep their word.

This place is a rip off. My radio display stopped working but the radio still worked. They charged $139 "diagnostic" to tell me what I already knew but to then tell me the m part they needed was over a $1000. I can replace my entire random and display for 1/2 that. Still had to pay the 139 for them to plug in a computer. Please don't waste your time here

They said they had the car we wanted, they called me to confirm our appointment to see the car at 5:30. After fighting the rush our traffic from Hialeah, we get to the dealer only to be told the Manager took the car and we won't be able to see it until January or February. The sales associate hid from us and sent a lady to give us the bad news. Go at your own risk, these people don't care about your wants and needs. The are the worst I have dealt with in 45 years. All and all Midway Ford suck.

Had a service appt today at 8am. No one in service dept. all of them were at a "breakfast" after 30 min, someone comes out and says they will be with me in another 3o min. Super unprofessional. I had to leave.

I recently moved to Miami and needed my car serviced. Making the appointment was quick and easy. I was met by Mike and he was friendly and professional. When I got my car back it was completely washed inside and out even though I wasn't expecting it. Thank you Mike! I will be back again and highly recommend this dealership.

Horrible customer service. We were trying to schedule an appointment for a recall part and everyone we spoke to had a passive aggressive attitude, no one answers the phone, and they lack professionalism completely. Absolutely ridiculous.

Old outdated dealership building. Nice used vehicles, however completely overpriced with 'fees'. Financial manager was rude. Online team is nice, however, tries to pressure you into deal with constant text message communication, however, not willing to negotiate on price. Don't waste your time here!

I purchased a new car with transmission problems and they have not even fixed it. CUSTOMERS SERVICE sucks. I dont recommend Midway Ford to purchase your car. They did not even give me a fair price I WILL NEVER PURCHASE a car at Midway Ford again
