This is the only service center in the Fort Worth area if you buy a car from mcmc it has to only go to this service center. They're lazy and basically are waiting on you to tell them what is wrong with the car so they can then "diagnose" it and "fix" it. The deductible is great for the warranty. But the customer service that you get almost has me wanting to pay full price for another mechanic to look at it.
Not even use the warranty. I have now left 3 voicemails (during business hours I might add) and have yet to hear back yet when you walk inside the doors there are at least 3-5 people sitting there waiting to "help you." why can't one answer the phone? After I finally get done paying off this ridiculously over priced car I won't be back.

This company is a joke. The women in the office seems like family of the company and they are rude. The sales people will be nice to you of course to get the sale but that's it. You are not even allowed to make a payment from the way you want. They expect you to have them on auto pay. I will choose to call in and pay. If you do not pay that morning you receive a million text and calls. This place is the worse and I pray you see this review and run. Texas has a million car dealerships, please don't fall for the approval.
