I have purchased a car (pre-owned) and leased 2 cars with Minuteman. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car. For the pre-owned, the price they offered was really good. When I picked up the car, they took great care to show me all about the car. The customer experience was like buying a brand new car. Minuteman is great for leasing too. I've leased 2 Tiguans with Minuteman VW. Love the Tiguans for schlepping my family and our stuff around!

The entire staff was amazing but our sales man, Cameron, was exceptional. This was our 4th vw purchase and my first with Minuteman Bedford. I would recommend this dealership, especially Cameron, to anyone in the market for a new vw. If you want a helpful but not pushy car salesman, this is the place to go.

I noticed a defect in the air conditioning of my VW Tiguan and with no hope of getting an appointment so soon, I still called the dealer service. Patrick, the representative who answered me, not only asked to take the car on the same day but also fixed it the next day. I can't thank Patrick enough for his effort and commitment to his work. Very polite, had total patience and service made the total difference. Thank you VW Minuteman and give this boy a raise. 5 stars is not enough. ( Was impressed with the diagnosis video I received on my phone ).

I honestly hate the car buying process, but I recently purchased a 2022 Atlas at Minuteman Volkswagen, and the process was easy and the staff wonderful. I entered at around 10am, and by 1pm, I was driving my new Atlas. If you are looking for a straightforward buying experience, I highly recommend Minuteman Volkswagen. This is the fifth Volkswagen that I have bought from Minuteman, yes they are that good! Living in Southern New Hampshire, I drive by two other VW dealerships on my way to theirs. There is even one 20 minutes in the opposite direction on the seacoast that I tried for service and bypass because of poor customer relations. Minuteman is fair, personable and a great dealership to buy and service your car. Integrity means something to them and they are deserving of your business!
