This is a honest and friendly family business. There was no pressure on getting you to buy your vehicle. We bought a Lincoln Navigator which runs great. We were told the moonroof was hard to open which wasn't a big deal. The whole experience was pleasant. We will definitely go back and recommend looking here for a vehicle.

Had call and inquired about a vehicle that was on the lot. Was told the car would be ready for me to look at @230. Drove 2 hrs to Dallas after calling only to be told when I arrived that they sold the car 30 mins ago. Very unprofessional, waited in the office for 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me. They don't stick with their word.

I came here just to look at a car I saw online with the intention of looking and possibly test drive, but not purchasing that day. I got to the lot and went to visually look at the car at my leisure with nobody bothering me. After looking at the car I went in and talked for a little and they pulled the car up so I could test drive. I drove around (Sam even suggested going to the freeway, which I did) and it drove very nicely and being a 19 year old vehicle I knew it wasn't going to be perfect, like anything that is older we/they all have flaws.

I was quite surprised how well this 19 year old Lexus RX 300 was. Got back to the lot and called and got an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection, which I highly recommend. It came back with only a couple of things which weren't major and then I decided to bought it. One of the easiest sales transactions I have even done. Sam and his family are so nice.

I would recommend them to anyone, but make sure you always get a pre-purchase inspection before buying ANY used car. I did get a very clean and very well cared for 2003 Lexus RX300 and I never thought I would enjoy an older car as much as I do this car.

After plenty of research and visits to auto sales, found Mondial, and what a great find it was. Best deal ever on my 2006 Jeep, low mileage and beautifully maintained. So far, so wonderful; we are back again, this time my hubby purchased his truck, and as expected.they did not dissapoint!

Excellent experience! Small lot, but pretty good car selection. I purchased a car for my youngest son (new driver) and the vehicle was like new (particularly for a 2009; interior/exterior immaculate) and fully loaded, it drove really well and was priced to sell. Customer service was outstanding! We able to look at vehicles without a hovering sales person, but they were still helpful- very nice for a car purchasing experience.

This place is awesome! It was by far the easiest car buying experience to date. After searching around for about a month at other dealerships, I came across a 2004 Honda Pilot at Mondial with one owner, 133,000 miles and kept up at the Honda dealership. I showed up for a test drive and it was as described. I was on a budget so Sam worked with me to get the right price.

I've owned the pilot for about two weeks now and all I have to say is it's amazing. Feels like a brand new suv and it's 17 years old! Thanks for everything! I highly recommend Mondial Auto! This is the first review I've written in years if that says anything.

Just found a decent used car here, flew in to meet Sam and Alex and the rest of the crew. They have a shop there, looks like they check all vehicles they sell thoroughly and don't have any questionable vehicles even on their lot. Look like all good quality stock ranging from sports cars to SUV, vans etc. I put $500 down and when I arrived I asked to take the car to an independent shop.

They were very accommodating. The car came back with the usual stuff for a used car, minor stuff. Bought and drove it home to Austin that day. Nice car for the money! I'm a very satisfied customer! I forgot about my deposit, called Sam next day and he was about to call me. Alex refunded it promptly! We chatted so much about other things that day we both forgot about it! Nice person here, very personable.
