I had my truck in for service to check out some concerns I had. One of them being the bed bolts had improper hardware. I get it back and 4 of the bed bolts have no nuts on them. I was assured everything was safe on the vehicle. Also supposedly fixed a shake in my tires. I go to look at the wheel weights and they are the incorrect weights. Incompetence seems to run from top to bottom at this place. Won't even sell or service a safe vehicle.

The Five stars for this review represent only my experience with the sales team at Mt. Orab Ford, and Steve in particular. Steve has done everything promised, and he was very nice to work with during my purchase of the 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Platinum. I have referred others to the dealership who are looking for their next ford vehicle. However, the service department needs improvement. Service would be two to three stars at best. I will be taking my Ford to Beechmont Ford for service, which is part of this particular dealer group.

Ask for Cory Morgan! I've been looking for a certain F150 for a couple months now and decided to do an online search while I visited NKY from SC. I found the truck I wanted at Mt Orab Ford. I was promptly contacted by Cory. Cory, took the time to send plenty of pictures and videos so there would be no surprises. He was forthright and responsive to my questions.

He was also very patient when I was unable to respond quickly due to my job. He navigated financing seamlessly. He even took the time to deliver the truck to my daughters house an hour away so I could maximize my visit with her. I have bought many cars in my time and dealt with all types salesman. Cory, is by far the most honest and genuine of them all. Which has prompted me to write my first ever review. Thank you for making an online out of state purchase perfect.

This dealership was very kind and polite. They offered very good help and were quick with the process. Only getting 4/5 stars because the trade in offer was actually a little low compared to other rates from other sources but the price of the vehicle I got was reasonable. Thanks, Mt. Orab Ford

I contacted Zach Jackson and told him what I was looking for, really thinking I was being a little unreasonable, but within an hour he sent me a pictures and we scheduled a time to come in and bought my Jeep (my dream vehicle). Zach made the process easy and fun, he got the payments where I wanted them to be. He even had me talk to Chardonnay who works for Allstate (right there in the same building) and got my insurance down from what I was previously paying. Definitely would work with Zach again!

Honest, fair, friendly and very personable dealership! 150 miles away from me, this was my 1st visit and won't be my last. Got a fair deal trading my car in on theirs! Nick Schumann sales consultant was very patient with me and spent a fair amount of time with me while I made my decision. His description of their vehicle was accurate and correct and he is willing to go the extra mile to help you with your purchase. Bill Lewis sales manager was also extremely helpful navigating around the dealership. If you are looking for a special vehicle this is the place to do your shopping!

If your in the market for a new vehicle, I would definitely go check Mt. Orab Auto mall out. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from this lot. Everyone is friendly and service is always efficient. Charles Cromer was a great salesman and very pleasant to work with.

Came in Saturday to check out some used Ford rangers and left with a 2022 ranger straight off the truck. Thanks to Corey Morgan and nick Schumann. I have to say that my experience here was pretty great! I ordered a Maverick back in August and the salesmen have been extremely helpful from the beginning. They assisted me in customizing the truck to my liking and explained all little features with great detail. My vehicle came in today and they called me the minute it rolled off. If you're looking for a new vehicle, talk to Nick or Chris. I would definitely buy another vehicle here.

I had the opportunity of working with Corey and Nick while buying my new car. Great people and awesome sales men! I bought a 2020 Chevy Malibu after test driving a couple other cars! They found me the car that had everything I wanted and more! Overall I would highly recommend going to MT Orab Ford and working with Corey and Nick for all your car sales needs! On a whim, my husband and I decided to stop by, just to take a look and we walked away buying a car. Stan was so helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly, easy to work with. The car buying process isn't too enjoyable, it's a lengthy process. Stan worked to get the deal completed in just over an hour. He actually made the process enjoyable with his humor and attentiveness to what we wanted. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Stan! You won't be disappointed!

I like the dealership and the people are Usually helpful. However recently we bought a 2020 Explorer explore ST. This is an expensive vehicle however my wife always wanted one so I wanted to buy it for. It was a very nice vehicle but it had a few stuff marks on it. The salesperson Jordan explained that it would be taken care of. It still hasn't been taking care of.

Also after my wife driving it for a while the transmission has gone insane. I do not feel safe letting my wife drive at this point with my kids. And also the screen has gone bad. We are waiting to get into the shop. However they said we can't get it in until the 6th of December. Which leaves my wife Driving an unreliable vehicle. The screen is also jacked up on this vehicle.

And sometimes turns into just a blue screen. Like I said we like the dealership by many cars from them and we hope to do so in the future. It's just disappointing to know that you spend that much money on a vehicle and get this little bit of support. This Explorer had little to no miles on it and was practically New. I would just think a repeat customer would be able to get a loner until this was taken care of.

My wife and I drove an hour to buy our 2022 Ford Explorer from Mt. Orab Ford and it was worth it. Landon Rigdon was our salesman and he did an amazing job. If you wanted to be treated with respect and have a great buying experience I highly recommend going to see Landon at Mt. Orab Ford. I would even be willing to drive that far again to buy another car from him.

Was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman John York communicated daily and continued to send me options as they arrived. He finally sent me pictures of a Bronco I fell in love with. He ran my credit options and got me a great deal on financing through Ford. He had the car delivered the next day from another dealer! Great experience and I love my new car!

I usually HATE when I need to buy a car. Not only do I know very little about cars, but I normally feel overwhelmed and bombarded by the salesmen. I can't express how well of a job John did. He made everything easy to understand. He was incredibly patient with me and made me feel at ease looking for a new vehicle. It was very big and affordable and clean. Was tested and everything. I will be recommending everyone here for a good experience.

I just want to rave about my salesman John York. I found the perfect used car on Autotrader. while living in Virginia. My husband and I were driving across the country to Arizona and we were also traveling with our dogs. We didn't want to spend a minute longer than we needed to at the dealership. We were able to work out a deal and get my financing paperwork all done, checks mailed overnight and a few days later we arrived, spent maybe 30 minutes total signing paperwork and got back on the road in my "new" car. I would do this all over again. Thank you John for the fantastic communication and making this the easiest car purchase I have ever had.

I purchased a vehicle online from them. I inquired about delivery because I live over an hour an a half away. They said they'd deliver it for free. The delivery guy was given the wrong address and went to the wrong house. Upon trying to call me, he realized he'd been given the wrong phone number and had to go through the paperwork to get my actual number.

When he finally made it to my house, he asked which car I was trading in. I wasn't trading in a car. He said "then how am I getting home? I'm going to have to drive this back and bring it back to you tomorrow". I told him I worked late the next day and wouldn't be home for the delivery so his boss ended up ubering him back to the dealership.

They also only filled the tank up to halfway. The salesman (if you can call him that when I did all of the legwork for the car and he couldn't even tell them that I wasn't trading one in) texted apologizing and asked if there was anything he could do. I said a gas card would be nice since it only had half a tank. They said half a tank is their policy on used cars and asked if there was anything else they could do. Clearly there's nothing they can do, they just like to offer to appease people after they mess up.

Stay away from this place. After inquiring about a jeep we had a salesman contact us everyday about coming to look at the vehicle. We scheduled a day/time. Even got an email the morning we were meeting to confirm. Then we drive a hour there to find out they sold the vehicle the night before. I understand that their business is to sell cars but the way it was handled was inappropriate and unprofessional.

He knew the car was sold when he sent the email in the morning yet didn't think it was necessary to tell us. My husband and daughter drove 2 hours round trip to see a car that was no longer available. That's disrespectful of their time and to be honest it's deceitful. This kind of customer service is why car salesman have a bad reputation.

I'm another don't deal with these guys! I put a deposit with my credit card with the salesman on a truck only to get a call from him a half hour later telling me that they were in the process of selling the truck to someone else. Talked to the g.m. Too bad! They are here and we are talking numbers and you're too late. No sorry or we'll take care of you somehow.

Later saw on their web site that they were offering 0% financing on this truck only. Wasn't told that. This wouldn't have to do with we're making more money on the people here now than the deal we made with you. Unethical. Stay away!

I would strongly advise choosing another Ford dealer, I came here with a leased F-150 I wanted information on buying or seeing what my options looked like. They immediately jumped to telling me my only real option was to buy another car and take any penalties and fees and finance that on the back end of the new loan. They said that if I wanted to buy the truck I'd owe the mileage fee + the payoff amount even though the main Ford line tells me if you buy it there is no mileage penalty since. it wouldn't matter to them how many miles it has since its already set in stone what the purchase price at end of lease is.

As soon as I started saying I didn't really want to get out of the truck and just hoped to buy it they went to the finance guy and after a little time the salesman "helping" me asked us to move out of his booth and into a corner booth where the guy was off so he could help customers. I get there must not be a lot or any commission on someone trying to finance a leased ford but going to a ford dealership to handle it is the only option.

I would have been happy to sit in the finance guys office and work with them but it doesn't work like that. In the end they wanted me to buy an escape for 24k, finance 12k in penalties on the ford, apply 3k in rebates and all said and done finance 35k on a 2019 base escape that kelly blue books new at 19k.

Mt Orab Ford = classic bait and switch! Advertised a new car on their website at a great price.then couldn't find after my mother got there to test drive and buy. Next car was much more expensive and they want MORE than sticker minus the factory incentives.which they claimed to know nothing about. Website pricing even changed while there. BUYER BEWARE!

I got a car a bought it as is the only thing is the whole time I test drove it was fine. As soon as I bought it and was driving it home the abs and traction control light came on. I call back asap and was told they would stand for it get it fix but that did not happen when I took it in it was going cost me 550.00 so I took it some where else to be fix.

Don't deal with these folks very bad business practices and deceiving prices. They don't stand by their internet prices and after quote to me that was higher than Internet list price (and I used the A plan) they went shortly after our conversation and new internet price was the higher price quoted to me after the use of my 'A plan' so little does the next guy know.he has to have 'A plan' for that new pretend price.
