We had a great experience at Spitzer Ford purchasing my daughter her first car! Our salesman was Adam Crawford. He worked with us for 3 or 4 weeks looking for the right car. He found other cars we hadn't noticed and went above and beyond "the call of duty" to make us happy. We appreciate all of his effort!

To honor my father's beliefs, I wanted to buy from a company with its roots in America. On a casual drive through the lot at Spitzer Ford, Dubois, Staci was drawn to the beautiful interior of the King Ranch Explorer. It had the size, comfort, and functions I wanted. Spitzer Ford salesperson Clinton Cousins gave us a wonderful introduction to the vehicle, was very knowledgeable about its functions, and gave us fair value for our trade-in. The sale went smoothly. This is my first Ford, and I'm happy with the purchase.

By far one of the worst experiences I ever had at a dealership. I realize we are living in a world where car prices are at an all time high, however the salesperson showed no incentive for a purchase to be made. Further more, questions were asked about the vehicle that the sales person did not have answers to, and no follow up was ever made on their behalf.

As for management- they did not impress, either on the phone and in person. They did not show "customer service" skills and based upon remarks and "a lack of welcoming" it made my decision a lot easier to go elsewhere.

We stopped to look at a car today, and Jon met us at the door. Very polite and eager to help us. There was no pressure to buy, like other car dealers. He did state he was just learning and to bare with him. He did well! Also Clint, Mitch, and Matt were help so polite and professional. I swore I would never own a Ford, but I'm already in love with it. If you are looking, go see Jon and let him gain some more experience!

I had hit a deer and took it to them. They did a beautiful job and I had it back in 2 days, it was a great experience.

Great overall experience. If you're looking for a new vehicle then Clinton Cousins is your guy. He, along with Matt Reed, made it quick & easy to trade in my car and leave with a new truck. Will definitely do business here again.

Great place to purchase a vehicle! The staff are very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a very low pressure atmosphere and they do not pressure you into any decisions during the purchase, they leave everything completely up to you. Brittany was fantastic, she was very helpful and had answers to every question. She made the whole process of buying my first truck (F-150) exciting and super easy! Best experience I've ever had buying a car. The Salesman, Wade was extremely professional, not pushy, and very helpful! Test driving the car wasn't your normal go for a ride down the street with the salesperson and head back to the garage. It was "take it as long as you need, for as long as you want and don't be afraid to try it out"! The buying process was just as good! Wade kept us informed the whole way throughout the deal.
