My sales and customer experience were good. It was a fast process of in and out. I just wished that they would inspect there used cars/trucks before putting them on the lot and if they do wasn't a very well done job. I bought my truck and several months later its needing thousands of dollars of work that the mechanic said was showing signs long ago.

Would I suggest going here and buying a used car/truck. I would said make sure you take it somewhere to get inspected so you don't land up in the same area i do. Paying them 43k for a truck and having to stick thousands more into it not pleased one bit. I am very confident I will not purchase my next car/truck from them as I am now back in the market to get rid of this money pit that I have.

Bought a brand new 2021 Subaru Forester from them last year. Approaching the 1 year mark, I'm at only 6k miles. On my last car wash I noticed water mixed with carwash soap was getting into both headlight housings. The spots were drying to leave fairly large spots on the inside that can't be cleaned off and are very noticeable upon looking at the headlights. Made an appointment to get it looked at because it just didn't seem right being how new the car still is.

I even made sure to throughly comment about what was going on as I live an hour away. Got to my appointment only to be told that it's normal that water seeps into the headlight housings and that there is nothing they can do. They basically let me drive all the way there to waste my time then sent me an email later wondering why I didn't make my appointment.

They definitely "look out" for their customers. As my second Subaru, since I was on the fence about my first one. I would not recommend buying one. At least not from this dealership.

Always fast, honest and respectful. I love going to Ward Muscatel for servicing my Town & Country van. All their staff is so courteous and helpful.

I worked with Brian in the pre-owned sales department. He's a good guy and kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle I was interested in. They don't sell a vehicle unless it's in great condition, and the one I was interested in had just arrived on their lot. After their comprehensive inspection, they found one minor issue. Rather than selling it to me immediately "as is" and sending me on my way with a vehicle that had a minor problem, he set me up with loaner vehicle while they took care of it. I 100% recommend this dealership. They're good people.
