My amazing experience here yesterday was hands down one of the best I've had in this town. I have bought several cars in Jacksonville, and the attention to detail, customer service, and welcoming environment that the entire staff gave, was amazing. I highly recommend Parkway to anyone!

This dealership is the absolute worst. They are completely unreliable, unresponsive and careless. They had my car for over 3 months and never even bothered to call me to tell me that the car was completed. When I went there personally bc they also don't answer the phone, the front desk girl Ashlee tells me that it got done almost a week ago and they just hadn't gotten around to calling me.

I have had to take the car back several times within the same week bc my engine light was still on. They charged me yet again to replace something that they should've done the first time after having the car for 3 months. Fast forward two weeks now my car is leaking coolant which wasn't even an issue before I took them the car. And now I'm having to come out of pocket again bc apparently this was something else that they also didn't catch the first time when they had the car for 3 months.

Not to mention they NEVER answer the phone so whenever I want an update I have to drive there to speak to anyone. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their car here unless you want to add stress, anxiety and migraine to your list of problems bc they will definitely give it to you. They get one star bc I can't post a review without giving at least one but they deserve zero!

Looking for a new car? Need service on your Volkswagen? Do NOT hesitate to go to Volkswagen of Jacksonville! The sales staff is so friendly and the most knowledgeable group of sales associates I've ever come across. The service department go out of their way to get your needs taken care of immediately and get you in quickly if you do have to come back. They are awesome at accommodating your needs. I bought my car here, so I prefer to bring my car here for any service that needs to be done. Now the service consultant Robert Campbell was awesome, he helped me with my car needs, kept me informed about my car and explained the service done to my car. If anyone needs anything done to their car, go talk to Robert, he was great

Never had a bad experience until this last time. Most of my parts were still under warranty so they were replacing some parts for free. I dropped my car off at 100,022 miles on it and when I picked it up it had 100,399. My car was obviously driven 377 miles within the 7 days they had my vehicle. It was supposed to be fixed in a 3 days period, ended up taking an entire week and then coming back to me with 377 extra miles on it.

I get taking it for a test drive to make sure my parts were working correctly which is what I was told when I confronted them about it but I found face wash and chocolate under my passenger seat as it was obviously taken for more then just a joy ride. Very disappointed knowing this was my go to dealership that I had a lot of trust in. The people up front are great and very helpful but I'm very upset to have gotten taken advantage of by a car dealership I go to almost monthly. Will be following up with BBB.

In January of this year 2021 I took my Volkswagen Routan in for transmission maintenance. They charged me for the filter, seal, and transmission fluid. The weird thing was that when I pick up my vehicle, the engine was failing terribly. They told me it just started failing, that they didn't do anything to it. They wanted me to leave it to them check it up and repair it and charge me more money.

I refused to leave my vehicle. When I checked it, it turns out It had one of the coils burned out. I asked my mechanic if it was possible to intentionally burn a coil and he said yes. The weird thing is that the only coil that can be accessed without having to remove the motor cover is that one that was burned out. Now my vehicle's transmission is leaking.

I called them to tell them and the woman who answered the phone told me that they can check my vehicle bud I have to pay for the diagnosis. I asked her why I had to pay for their mistake. So she put someone else on the phone, a man who told me that they hadn't changed the seal or the filter. He said that they had just drained the oil (he said oil) and filled it again.

I asked him if he was telling me that they charged me for something they didn't do. He told me to wait. Then he told me that I was right. He told me to take my vehicle to check it and that if the problem was something related to the work they did, they would repair it at no cost. The question is: Can I trust these dishonest people again and leave my vehicle in danger to do more damage just to charge me more money? Because it seems to me that they think that because I am Latino they can deceive me.
