My dash said check tire so I stopped by to see if they could take a quick look and they did without hesitation, and it wasn't like they were all sitting around with nothing to do, there were cars everywhere. I was out of there in 20 mins. Great customer service, which is sometimes hard to find these days.

My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have no ounce of doubt on their trustworthiness and their abilities. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family if someone is looking for work done on their car. They are great!

My daughter car had a tires indicator light on. We took it in to have it check if it have a flat tire or it need a pump. The person at the front desk is very nice. He asked what wrong with the car and had one of the mechanic check for me. It turn out that none of the tire is flat, the indicator just need to reset. They did not even charge me! This is my to go from now. Highly recommended

Yesterday morning I broke the handle on my work van it was not easy to open then it broke in the morning it's a work van so it's really hard without my side slider door not working so I called new century tire I spoke to Luis I told him what happened he asked me questions about the van said he was going to call me back and he did told me to come by asked me what time I went and he had one of the techs take panel off and replaced handle IT WORKS GREAT BETTER THAN BEFORE THANK YOU LUIS FOR GETTING ME BACK ON THE RODE BACK TO WORK

Alphonso is awesome, very helpful, and accommodating. I recommend this place to countless friends and family. Good pricing and they know what they're doing. They do more than just tires, wheels and brakes.

This place has been changing tires for my Tesla since the time where not many places would even considered working on a Tesla. For some reason I get on an average of about 3 flats a year due to punctures. They always patched up my wheel real nice for a very reasonable price. They are usually busy but they can always help you out.

Second truck getting done up here. Jr. Always takes good care of my vehicles and has great insights on what works best. I told them exactly what I wanted and what I intended to use the truck for and they gave me a few options with multiple budgetary categories. I love that they did this as it helped me make my decision. Ended up leveling the truck with bilstein 5100's all around, pro comp rockwells, and 285/70/17 tires and it looks phenomenal. Performs great over stock. This is going to be my overland rig so I didn't need an expensive suspension set up. They definitely talked me into saving some money.

Just wanted to thank the guys at New century, Alfonso and Luis. I wanted some special order wheels and tires and they came through for me. Their pricing was less than everyone else. My wife is so happy with her car!

Purchased tires from Jr. Also had a alignment on our rv. His crew did a great job and also centered the steering wheel. I recommend New Century.

So glad to find an honest mechanic that also knows and does excellent work. They fix the problem. not what they think the problem might be.

Needed a set of tires the same day and they had one at their warehouse and said they can pick it up and would be available in an hour. However, Just a heads up that they will overcharge you versus what you see on their website. They say that the price online is cheaper because you have to wait for the tires to ship in, which takes 1 business day. I'm going to assume their warehouse isn't far since they were able to pick it up and have it ready for me in 1 hour. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this place since it doesn't make sense to charge a different price online versus in person.

Had a slow leak with some nails in my tires. Took about 20 minutes (no appointment) and the car was ready to go. Great fast service would recommend.

NCT has been my go to shop for over 15 years. Anything and everything I need for my vehicles, I automatically start here first. Everyone should have a "My Guy" they can trust to ensure not only are they looking out for the customer, but also for the shop to ensure customer satisfaction and future referrals. I call Noel "My Guy!" Without a doubt, I send friends, family, and co-workers to NCT without hesitation. Everything from repairs to upgrades, they got it or can find it.

These guys are the greatest. I had these guys install a tire for me. First I emailed twice because the last place I used was so bad charging different prices and surprise fees. I showed up and they instantly took my car and began working on it. They installed the tire and pointed out that my brakes were getting low even showing me the actual worn pad.

They never tried to up sale me to do more work. I don't even know if they do brakes. Their attention to detail and trying to do a great job sold me. Finally they handed me the keys and an invoice for the work which was done. It was the exact amount they quoted and a lot less than the last place that always changed their price. I'll be a customer for life as long as they keep treating me so well!

We've been bringing our vehicles here for over 14 years because of the excellent service, friendliness, knowledgeable to help you with any questions you may have, very dependable and back up their products and service. We're getting ready to take a long trip (driving) so guess where I dropped off my vehicle to get serviced. I definitely would recommend them.

Aside from the exceptional customer service, the shop did a great job with replacing my tires as well as performing an alignment. This shop have the best service and the most honest people. This is my third times coming back (for different) reasons of course:D I have wheels installation, alignments. I can't recommend this place enough.

I'm bad with names but every staff member here is excellent. I've taken my car for tires here in the past (they were excellent) and I recently went to service my car, because they're the only ones I trust to give me good honest information. As a woman, there are many sleezy autoshops that want to rip you off. In fact I had just come from the dealer from an oil change and they wanted to supposedly fix so many issues.

New Century Tires puts me at ease when I know the'yre not trying to rip me off, but offer 5 Star quality service on my car. They're really experienced and know their stuff with some of the best prices in town. My car is running like new again. Even though I live in Sacramento, I will come back to this reliable shop when I'm in town.

After our business truck tire blew out on the highway and taken to a pep boys that couldn't work on it, These fine gentlemen were recommended to me. They were professional, quick, and friendly. Even after I wasn't able to go pick up the truck because of work. They did me the huge favor of delivering it to me at my work place. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a job well done!

Wow! What a shop. I was recommended I come here by my friend Friend and I couldn't be more happy with everything. I have a 2005 tacoma I bought about 6 months ago and needed an overall inspection on the truck and wanted new suspension as well. Junior the owner took care of me from the jump and treated me like family. Him and his team did a full inspection and gave me a rundown on the issues it had and all the pricing as well.

I ended up getting new shocks and struts, power steering pump rear break drums serpentine belt and power steering pump and a reseal on the valve cover gasket. All their pricing was very great especially considering such a great job they do. My truck is running like a dream now. Thank you new century tire. I will definitely be coming back for any of my Truck/ car needs.
