The team at Nissan of Keene are very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. They seem very genuine and did not use any high-pressure tactics. Andrew Wyman was great to work with, kept us informed and followed up when necessary.

I had a scheduled appointment for later in the month when my vehicle experienced a battery problem and needed to be checked out right away. The great Service team took my vehicle right away and also performed the scheduled service at the same time ( two weeks ahead of time). Awesome service.thanks Nissan!

This is our third Nissan purchased from Nissan of Keene. Staff is friendly, great communication and not pushy. Highly recommend this dealership for the laid back, non-pushy approach with customers. Phenomenal. I went in to trade in my old car and worked with Andrew W. He was friendly, personable, and super professional. Went above and beyond getting me into my new 2020 Rouge, which I love. I actually got a better deal on my trade in than I thought I would! I literally could not be happier. The whole experience took me an afternoon. Tobin's professionalism was outstanding. My credit wasn't in the best shape, but everyone treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel welcome and appreciated. It also took to the very end of the evening when most peoples tiredness and wanting to go home often start to show in one way or another, but Tobin's courtesy and professionalism never faded. So I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima back in December but I wanted to get my review of my experience on here. I have known the Nissan of Keene family for many years but Steven Duclos was a new face to me. I met with him briefly inquiring about the Altima I was interested in and we set up a time to meet that following Saturday. I showed up and really put Steve to the test telling him I was on a very strict time schedule for the day and had to be out of there with the car in only a couple of hours. Blew my transfer case, got stuck in 4 wd low. Service dept took care of everything right down to having a rental car brought to my home. Nicholas kept me informed of each and every step along the way. Awesome people here. I highly recommend either buying a vehicle or having it serviced here.

This was my first experience with Nissan. I will say, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of everyone I encountered! Dylan Donoghue was 110% amazing! He introduced me to many other department staff and gave me a great tour of all the dealership has to offer. We even set up my first service appointment while on the tour through the service department.

After a year of toying with the idea of buying an SUV I impulsively popped in to Nissan of Keene to see what they had for vehicles. I received a friendly and professional greeting from Steven Duclos. He asked me a few questions to see what I was looking for in a vehicle and he steered me towards a Rogue. I was concerned that it was a little too big for me so Steven suggested we take it for a ride.

It was pouring rain but it handled well and Steven took the time to walk me through the details of the Rogue. It has been quite a few years since I've bought a new car and I felt completely at ease thanks to Steven and all of the staff at Nissan of Keene. The communication I received from Steven was so helpful in gathering the papers needed to start the buying process.

He was patient and helpful through the entire experience. When I picked up the vehicle he walked me through everything and even brought me to the service area and introduced me to the employees that I'll see when my vehicle needs servicing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish! I have recommended Nissan of Keene to several people and will continue to do so in the future.
