Odells Auto Sales

This dealership is awful! Took my granddaughters hard earned money and left her with a piece of junk! What a way to take advantage of a young girl! Transmission is going out, doors locks don't work, which causing the alarm to go off when opening the doors and oil pressure not working properly. It is going to cost as much as the car! Should have went to a REAL dealership.

At least dealership inspect and detail cars they are going to sell on their lots, all others go to auctions! The owner only took care of the leaking windshield and left us with the rest! I was even willing to loose 3000 but he wouldn't do anything! All this happened 4 days after purchasing date! Advice, purchase from Odells' at your own RISK! BTW they received 1 star b/c it wouldn't let me choose no stars!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a truck from here last January it stopped working in June. Paid 11,000 for the truck took it to the gmc dealer they said it's 7200 to fix transmission needs to be replaced. These ppl don't do anything except roll the miles back and fix the cars long enough to get them off the lot. This dealer needs to be shut down for how they rip people off.

Bought several cars from these guys over the years, never had a bad one yet. Always very friendly and up front! These guys know their stuff and aren't out to shaft anyone like some of the other local places. George is good people!

I was on my second car with them until they ripped me off I had my gmc for 6 months then the motor and transmission went out. I asked for help getting another car even offered 1500 down on another car and they said it was nothing they could do! NEVER AGAIN they didn't even try. don't purchase here

Some of the nicest used cars at reasonable prices in the triad.wont find a better vehicle at great prices. The owners and sales reps are best around.wont find a better class of people.they take care of their cars and trucks and stand behind them.worth the drive to see the selection

Very nice people very helpful and courteous and the owner George is easy to get along with felt real comfortable. Plus the sales representative easy to talk to and came pick us up to finalize the sale 5 stars in my book

Such a great company. Honest about everything, you can tell they are really good people. I was ripped off by another company buying a vehicle last week but thanks to Odells I'm now driving a safe, reliable vehicle for my children and I'm so grateful! Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a vehicle!

Just recently had a transaction with Jeff at O'dells. The truck he had just sold me stalled at Wal-mart. It never would turn over, so I had to have it towed home. Had AutoZone check the battery, all good, put it back in, went down the road from my house about 200 feet, everything electrical failed, the trucked stopped running and stopped, wouldn't turn over again.

I called Jeff, he just laughed. Before calling him I talked to a V.A. rep, and it was indicated to me that the Sales Rep was negligent and could have caused my death or other harm. I indicated to Jeff that I was under Federal Protection from Fraud/Neglect by any sales rep/contractor, and he just laughed some more. My final decision is to pull the trigger and let him have the experience of the V.A. (Federal Offence to commit Fraud/Act of Negligance leading to harm against a Vietnam Veteran).

If these people will take advantage of the Veteran, I can't imagine how they treat others. Their claims of goodness and fairness are false, all buyers beware. My recommendation? Don't buy from O'dells.

This was an honest transition. So honest that I went on the word of Jeff and Odell's Auto. I feel like I got the better end on this.2006 F150, I didn't even test drive until I picked the car up. This was on the phone, on line.primarily. I love my truck and I did a diagnostic on the truck and 3 owners(Carfax was given) they took really good care. One Main Financial/Jeff(Odell's owner) worked with me when everyone else wanted huge down payments. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR AN HONEST CAR TRANSITION. Timmy Brady

I posted two screenshots of the response that this company gave a person who reached out to them (in error) asking for sponsorship for their daughter's diabetes fundraiser. What sortof business replies to people this way? Extremely rude. Don't support this business. I'd hate to see their response if you had a problem with a vehicle they sold to you.

Highest recommendation! I bought a truck from Odell's thatI thought was suitable but needed different within the year. They gave me more than fair trade value because they knew it was a good truck. The next one I bought was even better. I am sending my co workers to get trucks from them too. Jeff is a man of his word and will stand by any agreement made. He dealt with my finance company very well. All I had to do was sign and drive.

I reach out to them when looking for a cheaper used car. I filled out there credit application and was approved through a company called brighter finance, okay all is good? Not just yet. Jeff is one of the salesmen there who was communicating with me via Odells Facebook page, I was setting up a time to come in and see the car and before I went all in and used my time to do so I was curious about what the interest rate would be, when he told me 18% I told him I would have to pass considering I would end up paying more for the car than what it's worth.

He proceeded to tell me "good luck with no credit and no income" After I responded to him I was blocked VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. All the google reviews say the same things, lemon cars. Guess I dodged that bullet

Worst vehicle transaction I have ever done in my 48 years. Never followed through on any repairs. Truck still needs major engine work. Wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. Traded in my perfect running Jetta and all my savings totaling close to 5 gran only to be lied to. My problem is I trust others to much. There the same as any other little dealer. No difference. Crooks. Beware. Don't believe me. I have the proof sitting in my driveway. I hope karma gets to them soon
