I knew I could come to Pearl motors and get a car, I paid off my other card there a 2002 Buick century. Cody was my salesman, he was very courteous and got me in the car that I wanted, 2013 Chevy Impala. I haven't had it a month yet but I love it thank you Cody. MS Myrtle Hinesmon.

New sales agents weren't to friendly. Couldn't even get a greeting when I walked in the door to ask about a car. Funny because I was the only customer in the lobby. Eventually the cashier asked if she can help me. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere.

I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Versa. This car lot is amazing! The employees go above and beyond to help put you in the car of your choice Jeff and Robert will definitely get you in a car. Absolutely great service. Very helpful and responsive. Bought a Jeep Patriot here yesterday and it was the smoothest car deal I've had. Jeff was awesome throughout the process and had everything ready for when I came in and drove the vehicle. I came in Wednesday looking for a second car, they had a good selection of used vehicles, from compact to suv, all vehicles are clean and maintained, the application process was simple, the down payments are posted on the windshield, and very affordable. One of the best places to purchase a vehicle from. I was able to get into a 2015 nissan altima with 1 owner and it runs great plus the people are very nice and friendly and will work with you and you also get a free 30 day warranty! Will be back if I ever need another purchase.

THEY ARE SO RUDE AND UPROFESSIONAL i got a car from them that they didn't let me know that had a transmission problem! Meaning that the car was soon going to go out! They are now trying to sue me for the car i had got into a wreck that my insurance was going to fix anyway but the car broke down before i could even get it fix! How are y'all going to sue somebody for your mess up! It's okay because all this is about to get handled the right way!

Very unprofessional. My grandma purchased her car from here and spoke highly of the salesman jeff so we came on Tuesday and spoke with Jeff. He was very nice and helped a lot. We explained that we would make a decision on a car and come the next day. The next day Jeff was out and told us that he would be in. I eventually spoke to a blue eyed guy. Did not get his name.

I Used my dads business as my source of income. He has a small trucking company. Was told that the company was fake and I have to have a business license. A business license is not required on his end. Offered to verify the business all other ways. His exact words were "we can't find you on google or the yellow pages. It sounds like you just got someone to make this up for you." Do not shop here. Very rude and unprofessional.

I highly recommend Pearl Motors and Robert to anyone! The whole process was super easy and fast! My family was in a bind needing another vehicle ASAP. From start to finish, Robert was very helpful. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I had to say. He was very upfront and honest. I told him what I had for a down payment and what I could afford monthly.

He helped me get into a vehicle that fit my budget and was very patient with me as I looked and test drove several vehicles trying to make the best decision. Go see Robert! I will definitely be referring people to this dealership and to Robert!

I gave them 5 stars b/c for the first time I had a salesman be upfront and honest. He didn't try to sell me a car I couldn't afford. He actually asked how much of a down payment I had and then asked what I wanted my payments to be. After some quick math in his head he showed me cars that would fit my budget. They sell very nice quality cars. After a quick test drive I was sold!

He got us a good deal on a great car and I left there with it the same day. I didn't spend my entire day there either, maybe 2hrs at the most. He made sure the process went smooth and fast. Everytime I get my oil changed the guys tell me how my car is in such great shape and commend me on taking such good care of it. I do take care of my car but most of it comes from the fact that Pearl sold me a good quality vehicle. They're always nice when I go to make my payment and would recommend them to ANYONE!

While I was not personally insulted or hurt by this "dealership, " I would advise caution if not a full avoidance of this business. No one greeted me on the lot, leaving me to wander around a good 15 minutes before I walked up to the office to find someone. The man who was there around 2 pm today power-walked out the front door as if he knew he already messed up.

He acted as though we had interrupted something, and by the smell of alcohol on his breath, I'd have to agree. When I told him my price range, he glanced through paperwork but seemed utterly disinterested in helping me, a potential customer. When I told him I was going to look at the cars he mentioned in my price range, he clearly had no intention of walking with me or answering any questions.

He did not try to make a sale or even be personable. I have no interest in returning to this dealership and I will never refer it to even my enemies. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
