Ben is the best! Very patient and kind. As I felt I was able to repeat back to him what he was explaining to me about my car. Didn't like the check out. I didn't have to write a check but would have been charged 3% if I used my debit card. So I wrote a check and had to sign a waver allowing Peruzzi to enter it electronically. Then she gave me my check back. Not good!

First time using Peruzzi Toyota and the experience was flawless. My service advisor, Mike, kept me informed when my 2018 Toyota Highlander service was complete along with additional maintenance items that he recommended to be done. He provided me a breakdown of the recommended services and I will look at scheduling them in the near future. If you are looking for a great Toyota specific service station I highly recommend Peruzzi Toyota. Service costs are inline with other repair shops.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander XLE from Peruzzi. It was by far the best experience that I've had buying a new car. In a difficult buyer's market, I found the transaction to be remarkably stress free. I worked with Derek, who was patient and answered all of my questions and provided whatever information that I asked. He did not apply any of the pressure that is too often associated with buying a car. The finance team was great as well - very transparent and had everything ready to go. I'd highly recommend Peruzzi.

Having to buy a new car in a world of uncertainty is stressful. Sage (sales) and Jason (finance) made this process completely painless and very pleasant from the moment I walked in the door. When my Highlander (which I LOVE) arrived at the dealership all of my paperwork was ready to go and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Sage took the time to make sure my highlander was set up and I went over all the details with me. Jason made sure I understood my warranty options to help me make the best decisions for me and not to just make a sale and upgrade. They were both very friendly and personable people to work with. Extremely Happy with the Sales department and their Finance personnel. Dan My salesmen, treated me great and went over everything from the beginning & me walking out with my 2022 Highlander. Dan is a super nice guy no pressure or pushy ness to buy a vehicle. Jason, in Peruzzis Financial office was super cool to deal with and explained all the finances and additional services. We worked with Sage for sales and Jason for finances. They are both super incredibly amazing people. My wife and I made a visit to Peruzzi exclusively for her. Myself, I bought a vehicle 2 weeks prior from a Honda dealership. The contrast between the two in terms of sales, support, genuine care, and finances are so vastly different. With Sage being so diligent, attentive, and hardworking to find my wife's dream car to Jason's kindness, honesty, and just willing to help in anyway possible. We just had an overall wonderful experience.

Jen in sales is so personable, helpful, informed, and calm during the entire car buying process. I have worked with her twice in the past 7 months and she was extremely accommodating a patient with me. Highly recommend her when looking for purchase a Toyota or any car from their dealership. I also would like to thank and recommend Jeff in Finance who answered all my questions with ease and was extremely polite and friendly with me through the entire leasing/buying process and I felt he went above and beyond to take the time to explain things to me and make me feel comfortable when financing a truck through Toyota.

I couldn't recommend these two outstanding employees any more or express my gratitude for their professionalism and kind demeanor. Very happy with my truck and the buying process from start to finish. In a word this dealership is a Predator. I have seen it with my own eyes when two service writers approached a senior woman with a $700.00 estimate for prevented maintenance, she asked if it could wait they said no you are here now so she might as will get it done. The service department intimidates their customers into getting unwanted service done. Stating that Toyota recommends this and that with no regard for the customers financial situation or intended use of the vehicle.

I took my car in for a state safety inspection and was told that my car needed the transmission fluid changed I declined and when I got home I checked the owners manual, it read the trans fluid does not need to be changed, it is lifetime unless under severe conditions. I love my Toyota but hate this Peruzzi Dealership.

UPDATE: After this, I called and spoke with the General Manager, Frank. He was incredibly pleasant and apologetic about the whole situation. He went out of his way multiple times to accommodate my budget and really wanted to help me get my dream car. I ended up purchasing from a different dealer, but it's just because I loved the car more. If I hadn't, I would have gone back and gotten the one from Toyota thanks to Frank!

To make this long story short, they certainly lived up to the reputation of "sleazy car salesman". This was my first car buying experience, maybe they thought they could pull a fast one on me because I'm a young single female. Whatever the reason, I can honestly say I will never go back to this dealership. They didn't work within my terms, didn't honor the verbal deal they made up front, and the cherry on top?

The car salesman I was dealing with was supposed to "call me in a few hours" when the car was done (it needed front brakes and detailed). At 6pm I called (4 hours later) and the receptionist told me he'd gone home for the night! Haha. What a traumatizing first time car buying experience. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to Carshop instead.

Purchasing my car with them was fantastic! Super great and helpful. I was a first time car buyer and a female and I felt heard and listened to. My issue is with the service department. I have gone 2 times for oil changes since it is free for a year. Figured why not. I have not received good services from them. Every time I go I feel dismissed and feel pressured to just go in and leave.

I feel rushed every time I am leaving. They never go over the services that were done on my car/ any concerns that might have occurred. My most recent oil change took an hour to complete. No explanation just sign these papers. After that my car started acting funny so I took it in the next day. They seemed bothered by my concerns and very defensive about the work they completed.

Just called about a warranty question and the guy I spoke to talked over me the whole time and seemed annoyed that I called. Just overall very frustrating experiences. I took my car to my mechanic after the poor service the other day and they discovered a small leak with my transmission. Just frustrated that it was not found when I took my car in a second time with this service department for the same concerns. It's just a business for them.

This is the worst service department I've ever encountered in 40 years. Every time I call to make an appointment the service department NEVER answers in three years since I bought my car there. The receptionist says I can leave a message and I tell her it doesn't matter they never call back. I complained twice to the Toyota complaint line and they said the Peruzzi customer relations person would call within 24 hours. NO ONE EVER CALLED.

I prepaid for service when I bought the car but it was a mistake. They could have sold me a policy for me to have my car serviced at any Toyota dealer but I was never offered that option. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR THERE EVER AGAIN!

Eric Johnston helped me buy my first ever car, he made the experience as pleasant as possible and I've made a memory I will never forget! Everybody was friendly and had a smile on their faces. Update today: Nick the service manager in Hatfield, PA took care of what was needed and did a couple things to touch up some paint in back bumper. He apologized for the length of time someone got back to me to service what was needed. He went over what was done in detail and answered all my questions. Thank you Nick! You regained my faith with your dealership.

Went to see a used car. Despite so many other dealerships that will prospective buyers to take card to their mechanic to be checked out, they don't allow that. In other words, you're SOL unless you have a mechanic in your family or circle of friends who will drop everything to leave their shop to go to Peruzzi. I stopped using Peruzzi over a decade ago because of their awful service department.

Complete waste of time. don't be duped. If they had a guarantee for 3 months/3,000 miles like most other reputable used car dealerships, then maybe I would have considered It. Don't be duped.

This is how much they rip you off. They say they give you a complimentary car wash. And than they go around and charge you for PPE/SANITIZER. And guess what! They didn't even wash my car. Lmfao. Last time I'm going to this place

I bought a tacoma from them years ago. There was a recall on the frames rotting so brought my truck to them and it had a crack in the frame. I wanted to trade in the truck and buy a new one instead of them replacing the frame. They quoted me on a high price on a new truck and would not move on price so i told them I wanted my truck back and I would go to another Toyota dealership.

They told me I could not have my truck back because it had a cracked frame. I said I would be fine to drive to another dealership but they insisted they were not giving my truck back. I had to call corporate Toyota to get my truck back from them. Went to the Doylestown dealership and they gave me a trade in for existing truck and a great deal on a new Tacoma. If buying from Toyota in this area I suggest going to Doyestown or anywhere else. Peruzzi is a shady dealership!

Terrible dealership.from New Car Sales Manager, Salesperson, Quality Control, to delivery of new vehicle! How bout when you get into your New car and you realize the salesperson hit the front Grille into a concrete lamp post? Tells you it's nothing it will buff out!?!? I get an IOU for new front grille and when I bring the car back I find out they used black out to touch up scrapes on grille cover.

I open the hood of the NEW vehicle and find mouse feces in engine department! Call New car Sales Manager, not very happy and explained issues.he hangs up on me! Bad bad bad dealership! Bought many automobiles but never, never experienced this incompetence and total disregard for customer service. The Manager and salesperson's actions are/were so unprofessional, Toyota should be ashamed of this dealership representing the Logo and Automobiles they build! R Taylor 10/24/2024

By far the worse experience I've had buying a car. They wanted me to NOT test drive the car. They wanted me to agree to a number to purchase it, THEN test drive it. The moronic excuse they're using is Covid. The Carfax on it was also not clean. Had an accident AND damage to the rear. At the price they're trying to quote me and the strong arming into making me sign a sales agreement was all around a shady practice and bad customer service. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I had a buddy drive me 2 hrs for a test drive there on a used car there, and was told by phone that that would work fine and I had an appointment scheduled a day ahead of time. When I got there they claimed that I could not actually test drive it until we had agreed upon a purchase price. This, they claim was for COVID-19 reasons but no other place I used for test-drives did this; in fact, every other place I went all claimed that policy was crooked and geared more toward forcing uninformed sales.

We had been in the car in the lot to look at it already, but were not allowed to drive it even a mile. SHADY! When I pointed out multiple scratches and paint damage as well as a missing spare tire and jack (none of which was mentioned online) none of that warranted ANY consideration for any wiggle room on the price. They insisted I commit to paying full price before I could even drive - no thanks. We walked and bought another car elsewhere within 2 hrs. Reminds me of that scene Pretty Woman - BIG MISTAKE! HUGE!

Nick called me from Peruzzi and he was wonderful! I had some trouble with making a prompt appt while I wait to be serviced as I always do. The engine light came on after two days of being serviced for maintenance. But Nick called and he will see personally that my car is taken care of and very helpful with my rental. Customer service is the best. Very professional and polite. That is why I do not mind driving an hour to Peruzzi Toyota. My next car will be a Prius again and for sure I will come back to this dealership. Thank you so much Nick!

Peruzzi has hands down the worst service department I have every encountered. Bad experiences include (but are not limited to): making me late by not having my car ready by the time it should have been completed, then running the car though the car wash; leaving the caps off the tires after an inspection; not reattaching the muffler they had just worked on so that it'd cause damage to the exhaust system; replacing brakes when they didn't need to be replaced; after replacing the brakes not test driving it to see that they made a lot of noise; not replacing worn hoses for the oiler cooler when needed.

The final straw was after I specifically asked them to replace wheel bearings. They instead claimed that my transmission needed to be replaced ($6000 - 2010 Highlander, 120k miles). Incompetent and dishonest.

Most unprofessional car experience of my life. Do not buy from here! They will look you right in the eyes and lie. I went to look at Camry's and narrowed it down to two that I liked. One of the cars had no price on the window but both cars were pretty much identical. We went inside to price out the cars and after two back and forth episodes a the manager came out to give me his "final price" of $18,900 for either car.

He said he can't do better because that's what he "paid for it". I went outside to talk to my parents who were walking around looking at the cars. I told them the price I was quoted and they looked confused. They told me when I was inside they asked "Jim" who was walking around with keys, and were told the sticker price for the car was $17,622.

I went inside and asked that they honor that price my parents were quoted. He asked if they honored it would I buy today, and I said "yes". The sales representative went back to the manager came out and said "no" and that price is $18,900. He doesn't care if he sells it or not and that he doesn't have to sell it to me. This was infront of his entire staff in the front of the store. There was no privacy and no respect by the manager. I have never had such a shady and sleazy experience. Don't waste your time at this dealer.

I purchased a new vehicle Saturday, December 21, 2019. I like it. However, there was a problem with the way the purchasing agreement was handled. I told the sales person I would like to pay full for the car but needed to wait until January 2020 to use money from my retirement funds because I wanted to wait it to be on the 2020 tax year. He said no problem but then he was like you can use our financing, I got a high rate of interest because there is a mistake on my credit report which I knew about and was working on correcting.

The credit report listed me as dead. I am not. Things were bundled up very quickly while purchasing the vehicle. I ended up paying $15,000 dollars extra for the vehicle, where I was charged $5000.00 to use their credit and then another $10,000.00 will be attached to financing my vehicle instead of waiting for my money to come through. I should be able to purchase a vehicle without so many strings attached to the financial end of it and for the company to allow me to use my own money or just tell me to wait until January, not push the sale through to make money off an almost 73 year old woman who just retired.

I just tried to call them but the sales person did not pick up. I realize they are making money but doing it in an underhanded way. I am so upset that I will make sure I send no one to them. And so I think women should not purchase a vehicle alone at Perruzi. This was the second vehicle I purchased and the first one was much easier and more forthright in explaining the information. Not sure about the price, HOWEVER, bout "Certified" Camary there, (& 4 prior Toyotas). I get indecisive & fearful of deals - When I bought from Peruzzi most of the time, they wouldn't let me get out w/out a car. I needed that assertiveness, HOWEVER, they will lie, & put big guilt trips on you. I.E: Just told me if I want remote start (again) it's up to $474.00 THEY"RE installer, & other, both gave me quotes around $335.00 (go to Millers). Also, when buying new car, salesman took $600.00 hold on it w/ credit card. Waited & waited - didn't get card BACK 'til I said, "I'll have to cancel it." Car I have (2013 Camary LE) rides beautifully & couldn't generally be better - just, now, too much mileage. Going there?

Just do your homework, & be tough! Remember, they want you to leave w/ a car. (Or say You'll think about it, go home, & wait for the call next day. They'll give you a better deal. THEY WANT TO MOVE CARS!) Service? Liked a lot!

Terrible customer service. After 2 emails and a phone call to arrange a test drive, when we arrived the truck was not at the dealership. A different salesperson had no idea that the truck had been relocated. Wasted 2 hours of our day. Manager, Brett, kept apologizing, but what kind of company books an appointment without checking to see if the vehicle is on the premises?

And when they realized it was not there.saleswoman Brandi did not call to say not to drive over. Just let us drive out and show up.with no truck to see. Will never buy from Peruzzi and will tell our friends who are car shopping not to go there.
