I had the most amazing experience here. Shannon in service was so great and truly cared about what was going on. I was traveling out of town and had an issue with my car and I didn't feel comfortable continuing on with my trip. I stopped in and they had me fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes. I truly appreciate Shannon and her caring professionalism.

They had the car running with air on when we got there. Our salesman and everyone else involved did a fantastic job answering our questions. The finance manager found an interest rate I was willing to accept and we were in and out in an hour and half. I will definitely be back for a future vehicle purchase.

This was my first time bringing my in for service since I moved from California and the difference is amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. My oil change was completed in a timely manner. They even fixed the recall issue that I had forgotten about. This was the first time I've taken my car in for service that I didn't have to be on defense about what services I wanted/needed done. I will definitely be back for all my future services.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This was not like any other car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Cody Stone, was very knowledgeable and laid back. He presented options with a no pressure attitude and made the sell in a very timely manner. The ever dreaded finance office experience was way different than other dealers. (cough cough Orr!) We were presented options and numbers that were clear and didn't change throughout the process.

I've bought from carvana twice because of the no salesman/no pressure atmosphere, but ultimately ran into lots paperwork issues and endless hold times to resolve them. If you're tired of the games and long confusing selling processes then I highly recommend checking out Mankins Nissan. Please understand that this experience relies on the customer going in with the right attitude as well. Be patient and understand that these aren't the days of old where cash is king and the art of haggling wins.

I've had a couple issues with my car, but Pete Mankins has been helpful with all of those issues. They've communicated back and forth with me and kept me in the loop about what was going on during the process. Jonathan and his team always get it right! Shannon was wonderful to work with in service. I will definitely go back in the future.

Our transmission went out and we were towed to there shop after closing. The next morning the service department went above and beyond what could be expected of them to help us out. John, Paul and the rest of the team were very helpful and kind at a time we were in need. Kindness is so rare now days, it's a blessing to see it in action.

It is unfortunate that someone is taken advantage of the way that I was when I went to Pete Mankins Nissan in Texarkana TX. I went to the dealership to see about refinancing my 2021 Nissan Murano SL, I had a small loan on it and I was pressured into trading my 2021 Nissan Murano SL that I absolutely loved for a 2021 Nissan Rogue, half the value of my vehicle, I was left with a car payment on a vehicle I do not like at all, then I'm told that I could trade the Rogue in for a stripped down Murano and but my car payment would double.

I was given $27,000 trade in on a $39,000 vehicle I had just purchased in February 2021, I asked if we could just cancel the deal the day after and get my Murano back but I was told NO. They have my vehicle on the used car lot listed for $40,000. I asked if they would buy back my Rogue, I paid $28,000 and they said they could offer me $20,000 one day after the transaction.

It is so sad that I was taken advantage of in this situation and I lost so much money due to this and I'm stuck with a vehicle that is very undesirable to say the least. Then to make matters worse, when I did show up to the dealership to discuss this situation, the finance manager walks right in front of me as if I didn't exist and was treated very rudely. I will drive back to Dallas when I decide to purchase another Murano, once I recover for the huge loss I have taken due to dishonesty.

Great experience buying from them. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me what I wanted at the payment I was wanting. The whole thing went fast. And no pressure in adding things I didn't want as far as service extras. I actually had to ask for the gap plan insurance. I will be purchasing from them again. Best experience in purchasing a truck I have ever had.

I bought my vehicle on 3/20 and didn't receive my plates until 6/6. Come to find out (only b/c I called them, they never called me) they did not get my vehicle inspected prior to delivering to me, therefore they couldn't get my registration. I had to pay for my inspection (in additional to already paying the TT&L fees) and send to them so they could apply for registration.

I made 2 car payments and paid almost 3 months of insurance before they told me the vehicle hadn't even been transferred to me because of their mistake. Luckily, I live in a smaller town and the shop that inspected it, didn't require me to provide proof of purchase, but did question how it happened. They were quick to make the sale and SLOW to follow through with the remaining process. Also, I bought a 2018 certified pre-owned and I asked 6 times for copies of what is covered under a "certified" vehicle before I received.

The sales rep blamed their lack of organization on the building remodel and after calling the manager (that never called me back) and texting, emailing and calling the sales rep multiple times, I finally received. If you are looking for a dealership that can sale you a vehicle and then drop you before they actually finalize it, this is your dealership.

If you're looking for a dealership and sales rep that will actually finish the process and finish is in a timely manner, GO SOMEWHERE else. Luckily, I love my car and I live 7 hours from the dealership or I would've been there daily until I got what they promised. Vehicles are an investment, don't settle for a dealership that treats you this way. I definitely wont do it again. By the way, I'm still waiting on copies of the signed contract.

1 star is far more than they deserve. One of the worst experinces in my life. The staff has no care for you at all. They will look you in the eyes and lie to your face about everything from the price you pay, to what you are actually getting for that price. The tactic they like to use is, they will make you wait for hours and hours, on the financing side after you drove the car discussed the price and agreed on terms, then finally calling you back to sign the paperwork, this is where you need to make them wait for hours while you pour over every single letter in the contract.

This is where they add to the price of the car not just in extras they actually raised the sell price of the car more than 10%. They gave me 50% of what they quoted me on my trade in. They told me I was buying an extended warenty but turns out, I was sold oil changes and tire rotations for another 20% the cost of the vehicle. The whole crew there are nothing but con-men, liars, and cheats.

I believe the man who sold me the car was named Steve White. Do not trust him he will lie straight to your face without hesitation. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY NEED TO LEARN A LESSON THAT ONLY YOUR DOLLARS CAN TEACH THEM!

The service manager was so nice and extremely helpful. She coordinated my service with my warranty company and it yielded great results. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and skillful. Two mechanics couldn't find the cause of a wheel noise I was having. He found a floating tire weight inside the wheel and also removed the brake squeal others couldn't. They will be my lifelong maintenance and car dealership!

I bought a 2016 Maxima SR from this dealership in September 2015 only because I really liked the car. The salesman was not at all helpful, could not answer my questions, even told me he couldn't connect my iPhone to the system because they were android based. They told me to go to the website and give a good review and I would get a free oil change and detail.

I did and never got that. They insisted I needed the extended warranty and assured me that it was refundable if I traded the vehicle, so against my better judgment I paid more than 2000 dollars for it. I traded the car in August 2016. The dealership I used gave me the paperwork to get the pro-rated refund from my extended warranty. I took it to Pete Mankins and gave it to a woman that was less than pleasant and waited for the check.

Almost 1 year later now (June 2017) and I'M STILL WAITING! The latest reason I've been given for the wait was "Oh here it is. I must have forgotten to send that in." REALLY? I consider myself to be very patient but this is ridiculous. I have obviously made a huge mistake buying from this dealership. I guess I'm going to have to bring in some help to get my money. I am writing this to maybe save someone else from the same mistake.
