Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy used vehicles from this place. The overall sales experience was okay but I'm finding out that they do not stand behind their certified standards. As I was completing regular maintenance on my vehicle I saw that crucial replacements were not completed upon their "inspection". The spark plugs were the original and I bought the car with 160,000 miles. WAY OVERDUE.

Same for the transmission fluid that was already black and unable to be changed. Not to mention I had to fight for them to replace one of the headlight assembly that was CLEARLY damaged and drawing moisture. I put too much trust in them being a dealership and claiming the used car was Toyota certified. VERY disappointed that my vehicle was not taken care of properly and that they would sale something like this. Do better. By new or go somewhere else.

Great dealership! Came from a long distance because they had the exact truck I was looking for. Everything was pretty much done through text & emails so when I got there, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. They made it an easy process. My sales guy Nathan went above and beyond to make sure my mind was at ease, sending videos & pictures since I couldn't be there to physically look over or test drive the vehicle. Definitely ask for him if you're going to buy from this dealership.

Adam Mosely was a tremendous salesman, I was concerned about not buying from the dealership I purchased my last six vehicles from but he met my expectations and so much better than what I expected. He worked diligently and patiently on getting me into the vehicle I wanted, answering all my questions and concerns and handled my persistence with grace. Dominique in finance was wonderful and also exceeded my expectations.

Every time I drive my care, I know I made the correct decision on visiting Johnson City Toyota. I will send all my friends and family with confidence knowing if it can be done, Adam will make it happen. Thanks again to Adam for a wonderful experience. You have a customer for life.

I was so nervous about purchasing a car! Mr. Jim made me feel right at home. He answered all my questions with great knowledge. I test drove two different vehicles, one of which he had to go pick up himself from a different location. He did it gladly and was super nice. Mr. Dominic helped me determine what warranties were best for me and my purchase. He was also very thorough and answered all my questions. I was super impressed with this entire dealership and especially these two employees.

I was assisted by Jennifer and she was amazing! She was able to set a car aside for me and get me in the same day I called. She was very friendly and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Then Daniel with the finance department was able to get everything do quickly and was also very friendly. The whole experience was good and I would definitely shop there again.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Rachel was wonderful. She was patient as we looked at a couple different trucks, never pushy. We couldn't have asked for better a better sales person. The sales manager gave us a great price on our trade in. Dylan was quick and friendly when it came to the business side. We love our Tacoma.

My wife and I had a very good experience at Johnson City Toyota. Our salespeople (Jennifer Humphrey and Taylor Thomas) were an absolute pleasure to work with during our visit. We were not pressured and were allowed to drive the car home and back that we were looking to buy. Everyone we met there and worked with at the dealership were very nice and great to word with.

My partner and I had been car shopping for awhile now and were striking out at all the dealerships.
