Picked up my dream car from Jerry Fontaine at Phillips Autos and couldn't be happier. not just about the car, but the entire car buying process. After flying to a couple dealers across the nation and being treated with disrespect and poor customer service, I felt hopeless and wanted to give up on finding the perfect 360 Modena! I decided to give one last shot to Phillips Auto and from the very moment I met Jerry and Mike, I knew it was meant to be and that I was in good hands.

No tricks, sly sales pitch, etc - the car was exactly as advertised. Condition pristine and owners are confident in their cars that they welcome any PPI or questions to make you feel comfortable and have peace of mind. Long story short, I met Jerry at 10am, signed at 2pm, caught my flight back home so I avoid the dog house and car delivered to me within 48 hours. I don't think there could be a better car buying experience and someone who is as kind, sincere and entertaining as Jerry. Love you brotha!

I rarely post reviews unless I am horrifically dissatisfied and want to warn my fellow man! My experience with the process of buying a car has been on par with visiting the dentist. I take that back. I have better experiences at the dentist! But buying a car at Phillips made me feel like I had just gone in for a teeth whitening. It was totally painless and I left looking better!

The salesman, Jerry, I had met before and told him what I was looking for- basically a clean low maintenance car at an affordable price. It took about a month from my initial conversation before I got a call. i thought he had forgotten about me but he REALLY WAS waiting for a great deal and the parameters I requested. I went down and test drove a car three years old with only 11,000 miles that looked like it was still on the showroom floor.

It was in my budget, and a plug in hybrid that on my first tank of gas I got 92 miles to the gallon. And there was no pressure. I actually drove a couple of others so he could prove to me that for the money I could not go wrong paying less money for a car that felt and acted brand new. And it was what I had told him I wanted while Not being drunk on the flash of a luxury vehicle name. He shopped finance rates for me that I couldn't believe I could get in this rising interest rate market. I am truly a happy customer!

I once had a dream as a kid that I would one day have a Shelby and that day has come. Michael was awesome! From front to back he was extremely communicative, friendly and professional. Once we got there we were in and out within an hour. When do you go to a dealership and you're out in an hour!? Their dealership has an array of eclectic cars, it really is top notch. Thank you guys! My wife and I couldn't be more happier. The little kid in me is screaming with excitement and joy.

Purchased a vehicle from across the State. Mike A was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me make an informed decision. No pressure. The paperwork process including the delivery of the vehicle via a 3rd party hauling company that he recommended was easy. After receiving the car, I noticed a small oil leak and sent Mike a text. Within 5 min, the Service Manager from Phillips called me to address the issue (which turned out to be a very simple repair.) I bought a 17 year old car so of course there will be minor things to fix which Mike and I discussed prior to my purchase. I have a pretty high bar for customer service, Mike and Harry (Service Advisor) were top notch. I'd do business with them again.

They sold me an excellent Porsche 911 S for what turned out to be a fair price. The guy picked us up at the airport, Jerry's a lovely guy, although his mission in life is to sell me extended warranty. Just like the rest of the world. Joking, he did try to sell me a warranty but he was fine when I said no. The car was all they had advertised and I bought it sight unseen, which is really scary. Turned out it's really beautiful car. The company did a good job.

I purchased a 2016 Cayman S from Mike Aziz and the experience could not have been better. He helped to coordinate a PPI since I am from out of town, and when I arrived to pick up the car it was in even better condition than I was expecting. Buying a new car can be an arduous task for anyone, with anticipation of the old cliches ( pushiness, manipulation, bending the truth, etc). I had been scouting used Tesla's for months, only to find that Teslas )and every other car for that matter ) gets snatched up within hours these days due to supply issssues. Upon entering the lot at Phillips Auto in Newport, I was greeted with a genuine smile and led to meet with Jerry, who was as affable and friendly in person as he was on the phone.

Sure enough he "saved" the car keys so no one else could nab it before I had the chance to get down there in 2 hour traffic from LA. Jerry ensured the car (2014 Tesla) was primed and ready for its test drive, answering my many questions with patience and enthusiasm. We then joined Mike, who helped facilitate the process with efficiency and confidence.

I was able to trade in my Audi without a hitch and was able to use its proceeds to get the car of my dreams, along with a decent deal to boot, and a great buying experience in which I was never treated like "the next prey, " as with most dealers. This was more like new friendships forming. - Goes without saying that if I ever have need for another quality car, my go-to will be Phillips Auto with Jerry and Mike, consummate pros and genuinely great people!

Had a fantastic experience working with Mike Alibrando purchasing my car remotely from Texas - initial discussions to the final transaction were all seamless. After the car was delivered, we noticed minor damage caused by the 3rd party transport company that we hired independent of Phillips Auto. Mike was my go-to (even though he was off on the day the car was delivered), and he helped facilitate an immediate and satisfactory repair. First class place. I wanted them to sell my Lamborghini Murcielago on consignment but they wouldn't because it needed a service. Wow. They turned money away to sell only cars that are up to standards and ready to roll. I guess if you want to BUY a car, this is the place. I respect them for their decision not to sell my Lambo unless I did the service. Stand out place that takes care of their customers.

We just purchased a beautiful Aston Martin from Phillips Auto, and I will definanately purchase my next car from them as well. The pricing was no-haggle, and fair, and both my sales person Chris and the sales manager Mike were easy to deal with, and answered all questions promptly. After I drove the car, we agreed on the deal, then they communicated with my banker directly, and did all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign and go, they worked hard to value my time and simplify the process.
