Michael and Matt took car of us. Going as far as pulling a jeep off the showroom floor for us to test drive. Our first jeep and loving it

Had a great experience with Fowler, my Jeep's clutch kit basically collapsed on me out of nowhere and they diagnosed it same day. Although the repairs took about a week or so, they gave me a nice loaner vehicle plus a discount for the time it took to fix. Bill the manager and my technician Shane were awesome - thanks!

I thought I had finally found a dealership that was honest and conducted business in the appropriate manner, however, my experience with Connor and the GM at Fowler Jeep of Boulder was incredibly traumatizing. I placed a custom Jeep Wrangler order with Connor where I specified the exact package I wanted which included remote start and cold weather group.

When my Jeep arrived, I assumed these items were included and proceeded with the sale. Prior to the delivery of the Jeep, I was assured that I would receive a FAIR evaluation of my trade-in which is a car that is only 1 year old and has less than 10k miles. During the sale, I did not receive a fair trade-in; they valuated my car such that the difference between the payoff and the "market value" was $1000.

That is absolute MADNESS especially in the current used car market and with the fact that my vehicle was in pristine condition. The finance manager and GM completely took advantage of my kindness. They also told several lies including not being able to buy out a lease under 10K miles due to some bogus policy set by Chrysler Capital. I called Chrysler Capital myself and they completely debunked that myth and told me this dealer was being dishonest.

When I returned the next business day to inform them that they had ordered the wrong vehicle when I could not find the seat heating functions or remote start functions of the vehicle, the GM refused to acknowledge that his employee ordered the wrong vehicle even after showing clear proof and very rudely told me "we'll put you back in your old car".

I believe that as a young, black woman I was preyed on by the sales people and GM at Fowler Jeep of Boulder. I will be sending a complaint to the State Attorney General's office as well as to the Better Business Bureau. My advice to other women: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I bought my jeep here back when it was Pollard. I took it to Fowler for a repair thinking I would get similar treatment. Prepare to be ripped off! Go elsewhere for all repairs. I went because a tire pressure sensor needed to be replaced. They have batteries and only last so long, so this is normal maintenance. Since, I hadn't taken my car in to a Jeep dealer in a while, I thought it might be a good idea to ask for software updates for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee too. 3 hours after dropping my Jeep off, they give me an estimate for the software update as $509.85 and $267.06 per replaced tire pressure sensor.

I asked how it could be so much, and they said each sensor takes 30 minutes to change and their hourly rate was ~$270/hour. The software update would take at least 3 hours. I asked for them to check and let me know what "value" I was getting for my $500 update. They called back 20 minutes later and then said "we do not recommend that you update your software".

At this point, I knew I couldn't trust them PERIOD and told them I would come pick up my car and to hold everything. Drove my car to Discount Tire. They replaced all four sensors for $60 each and $10 labor with a free rotation. It took them less than an hour to call me and say they were ready for pickup. All four sensors at Discount Tire were priced about the same as one at Fowler.

The folks at Fowler were extremely gracious and professional. I had been shopping for a Gladiator all over the country and had heard a lot of horror stories about dealers tacking on additional unnecessary charges and raising the price above MSRP just because of market demand. On Monday 4/18 I called the dealer asking about dealer charges for a Gladiator they had in stock.

I spoke with Edina, their sales rep, who answered all my questions. I was still skeptical because I had heard of things going smoothly in the beginning and dealers changing the deal last second. I visited the dealer the next day and made a deal with on a 2022 Gladiator, and drove away that day. Everything was seamless and their staff was extremely helpful and upfront. No pressure to buy or catch-22 stuff. Thanks again to Edina, Paul, Eric, and Rick. I'll definitely be back for my next Jeep.

Worked with me on my trade in and got me a good deal on my new car. Glad to say my car buying experience went well here and I recommend KJ who was very helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable to take a car home the same day I walked in and I am impressed with the customer service here.

Take your Jeep elsewhere. I took my 2021 Jeep into Fowler to have them diagnose and repair my adaptive cruise control. My regular cruise control was working just fine, I even used it on the way there. After running diagnostics and trying to re-align the front radar sensor they told me the entire module would need to be replaced as well as the housing.

I have no issue with this. They charged me $1222.58 for the parts and told me to come back for install when the parts arrive. On the way home, I discovered that my regular cruise control was now disabled (I commute for work so this is a large inconvenience, especially since it was working when I brought the car in). Additionally, I went to the MOPAR website when I got home and matched the part numbers only to discover that if I purchase the parts on my own directly from MOPAR they would cost $650.81.

Not only was this dealer trying to charge me double the price for the parts, but my car was less functional than when I initially took it to them. This is completely unacceptable. I have attached pictures of the Fowler invoice showing the part numbers and their subtotals as well as images directly from the MOPAR website.

My wife and I traded in our Jeep Sahara for a new Overland and absolutely luv our new Jeep. We worked with the "Jeep Whisperer" Connor Foy. His customer service and knowledge of Jeeps was exceptional. We got an amazing trade in price for our Sahara for a fully loaded Overland. We live in Denver Clermont area but the drive to the boulder Fowler dealership was well worth the drive. Check them out and ask for Connor!

With the help of the team over at Fowler Jeep of Boulder, was able to get my wife into a 2022 Grand Cherokee L. Paul, Michael, & Richard were super helpful from start to finish. Gave us a great value for our trade in & got us into a Jeep again for a very fair price. Couldn't say better things about our experience from the General Manager down. Thanks again!

I went to Fowler for an "express oil change" Thursday morning. While I was in the waiting room, of course the service guy came back three times with different additional things that needed to be fixed. I ended up walking out the door with a $250 oil change. When I drove off the lot my airbag light was on, and was still on the next day so I called to ask about it.

Wouldn't you know, the girl who answered the phone knew exactly what was probably causing the issue--a clock spring that just happened to be under warranty. She told me that I could book an appointment for a quick fix that wouldn't cost either of us anything because of the part under warranty. I booked an appointment for 9am Monday morning, showed up before 8:30, and then the games began.

The guy who checked me in also indicated it was likely a clock spring under warranty, got the process underway, then brought over my "service advisor" who would be in contact with me throughout the day. Throughout the day? I was told this would be an easy fix! She came over with a HUGE attitude, told me they wouldn't even be able to get me into a bay for at least two hours (even though I was 30min early for my appointment and the only person in the place) and then a couple more hours to run the diagnostics for an issue that everyone already knew the cause.

They would have to pull out part of the driver's side suspension to fix the spring and would likely have to keep my Jeep all day. No way I'm about to let these people pull out my suspension and create even more issues! Now they're playing with my time, money, and patience. There are plenty of shops around Boulder that work on Jeeps. Fowler has questionable, if not unethical, business practices and I'll go elsewhere before the entire front end of my Jeep needs to be replaced.
