This review is specifically for Dessini and Tyler at the used cars. They were both professional and NOT pushy. They did what they could to make this very stressful experience easier for me. Stay tuned on a review on the finance department.

I will never stop recommending Jeremiah to everyone who I meet that might possibly be in the market for a new or used car. His salesmanship is above anything you could want. He truly understands what it means to make his customers know they have someone there long after papers have been signed. Every time I feel even a bit stressed about the smallest thing I know he'll be there to either get me set up with service for my vehicle or he'll get me the best vehicle for me and my needs. Probably will be the only person I trust for many years to come with purchasing any vehicle from(I've already bought my last two from him)

I still have the vehicle I bought from here 4 years ago and it's doing fine. The model itself has lots of recalls, but I should have done my research on that before I bought it. Had my heart set on this particular model though. I did have some issues but nothing too major. Two of the issues were fixed after I reached out. Felix was the salesman on this.

I have bought several used cars from Pollard over the years. I bought one in December. It took them a month to fix back door. I brought it home finally and the very first time we took it out my son was driving it and he had a blow out. Over $500 later with tow truck and new tire it was fixed. Next time I took it out, the steering wheel shook so bad it scared me.

I decided to get rid of it and the radio went out on my way to trade it in. When I got to mears Mazda-wonderful place they pulled up car fax and I was the 7th owner! Pollard said they pulled car fax but failed to tell me that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH POLLARD! Rita Anderson

Tyson was amazing in helping me and my wife into a car! Not only was he friendly, but he understood our situation and our expenses as well and did everything he could to make sure the deal he made was affordable. The staff was friendly and all of the cars looked really well kept. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Car buying was NOT a stressful experience at all when buying from Pollard.

Tristan Tucker helped my family to trade in my car. I had intentions on buying a new car, but had no idea where to start. When I got there he gathered our info and told us what range we could affordably own. After a couple vehicles we chose one and sat down to make an offer. I was in shock we were approved with nothing down and trading in my vehicle.

After Tristan said we could move our belongings into OUR new car, I told my son to hurry before they changed their minds! This is by far the best experience hands down. Thank you for starting my year so awesome.

We were looking for a newer family car. Bobby and Triston were the ones to help us and they were amazing. They were able to get me into something that I will have for a long time. any issues I have had just minor they have been really great to fix it. as in my door code and my window seal. after having a great experience with them we decided to look for a truck for my husband and found one we liked we had a hard time getting financing but bobby and Javier were great with doing everything they could to get my husband in to a truck. we will defiantly do business with them again. i really do recommend going in to see them if your looking for a vehicle.

We have purchased several cars from Pollard. I am always amazed at the friendly staff and how far they will go to provide their customers with the very best experience possible. If you are looking for a good quality vehicle, I definitely recommend you shop here first!

Jesus was great to work with at the Q store, had a couple credit hurdles that they were able to help with and got much more vehicle than I expected and only $10 over the payment I wanted. The staff was very respectful and showed us about a dozen vehicles before making me a great deal on a 2013 GMC that meets my needs, and they made fit my budget to earn my business over my dollar.

The manager there was great, and never made me feel less than their favorite customer. I have seen some rough reviews and I have to believe they came from one of the other lots with the name. The only honest sternness I saw from any of the staff was a manager at 10am on a saturday getting a better deal than the bank wanted to offer the customer and I'm fine with that. If you want to be treated well I would start my search at the Ave Q location.
